14、nthewearer.安全绳及其与使用者连接点的设计应能预防会导致船舶和穿戴者上的强力附着点间长度超过2米的意外错误连接4.2Materialandconstruction材料及结构4.2.1TheyarnandsewingthreadusedforharnessandlinematerialsshallcomplywithEN354.Sewingthreadsshallbeofacontrastingshadeorcolourinordertofacilitatevisualinspection.用于安全带及安全绳上纱线及针车线应符合EN354标准.针车线的颜色应与布料颜色不同,以便目视检查

15、.4.2.2Allmachiningshallhavebeencarriedoutonalockstitchingmachineandsecurelyfinishedoffbybacksewingforatleast13mm,exceptwheresewnbyanautomaticlockstitchingmachine,whenthefirstandlaststitchesshallhavebeensewninsuchawayasnotprovideanaturalstartingpointforabreakinthestitching.Sewingshallnothavebeencarri

16、edoutwithin2mmofanyedgeofthematerial.However,endsmaybeoversewniftheyarenotheatsealed.Sacrificialelementsarenotrequiredtocomplywiththismethodofstitching.所有的针车应用锁式针车机来车,且开始及结尾至少要有13mm的回车，除了由自动锁式针车机针车的，开始及结尾的针脚已经有回车了，不会出现有断口的自然起始点。针车线不可落在距材料边缘2mm的范围内.不过,如果末端未进行热封则应来回针车加固.可消耗材料无需遵照此针车规则.4.2.3Allfittings

20、ecentralaxisofthebody,frontorback,abovethelowestpointoftheribcage.安全绳及甲板安全带的连接点应落在胸腔最低点上方距身体中心轴50mm范围内，前面或后面都可。Ifadecksafetyharnessincorporatesmorethanonepointtowhichthesafetylinecanbeattached,thenitshalleitherbedemonstrated,usingthetestin5.2,thatattachmenttoeachsinglepointofattachmentinturnmeetsthe

21、requirementsofthisstandard,ortheharnessshallbemarkedasdescribedin6f).如果甲板安全带上不止一个安全绳连接点，则应根据5.2轮流对每个点进行测试，以确保与每个点的连接都符合本标准要求，或如6f)对安全带做上标记.4.3.3Comfortablewear穿着舒适性Adecksafetyharnessshallbecomfortabletowearformen,womenandchildrenasappropriateforthesexesandsizesforwhichitisintendedandwhencorrectlyadj

22、usted.Unlessfittedwithanautomatictensioner,correctadjustmentshallbetofitthebodyfirmly.Thisshallbeassessedaccordingto5.5.当适合的性别及体形的使用者(先生,女士,小孩)穿上甲板安合带并正确调节好后，应觉得舒适方便.除非是带有自动收紧装置的,否则都应做正确的调整以便保证安全带紧紧地系在身上。应按照5.5对此进行评估.Itshallbesimpletomakeadjustmentstothesizefittingofadecksafetyharnessinaccordancewit

23、hthemanufacturesinstructions.遵照产商的指示书,对甲板安全带进行调整应简便易行.4.3.4Detachabilityofsafetylines安全绳的可拆卸性Asafetylineshallbedetachablefromthedecksafetyharnessorfromthevesselorfromboth,whentestedaccordingto5.4,exceptinthecaseofadecksafetyharnessintendedforsize3.Inthelattercase,thesafetylineshalleitherbeattachedin

24、suchaway,ortheattachmentshallbesopositioned,thatthewearercannotdetachthelinefromtheharness.However,thesafetylineshallbedetachablefromthedecksafetyharnessorfromthevesselorfromboth,whentestedaccordingto5.5,byanadult.根据5.4测试时,安全绳应可从甲板安全带或（和）船舶上分离，除尺寸3的甲板安全带外.若是尺寸3的甲板安全带，安全绳连接在安带上时穿着者是不能将它们分开的。但是,根据5.5测

25、试时,成年人应可将安全绳从甲板安全带或（和）船舶上分离.4.3.5Hooks钩具Thehookprovidedonasafetylineforattachmenttothevesselshallbeofaself-closingtype,theopeningofwhichshallbelargeenoughtoacceptandfullycloseonacylinderofdiameter(12.5+0.1/0)mm.Thereshallbenotendencyforthehooktoopenbyanyaction,astestedin5.4,otherthandeliberatereleas

29、dshallnotberenderedinoperativebythedynamictestofthesafetyharness.任何安全带及其它装置，如救生衣和浸没衣的组合应符合相应的EN394或ISO15027-1或15027-2的要求且不可因安全带的动态测试而失效。4.4Inspectionrequirementsfordecksafetyharnesssizes1and2andsafetyline尺寸1与尺寸2的安全带及安全绳的检测要求Whentestedasdescribedin5.2,thedecksafetyharnessandsafetylineshallcomplywitht

30、hefollowing.当根据5.2进行测试时,安全带及安全绳应符合以下要求:a)Throughoutthetest,thedummyshallberestrainedsecurelyintheharnessclearoftheground.在整个测试过程中,假人都应牢牢地固定于安全带上,且没有碰及地面.b)Throughoutthetest,nocomponentofthedecksafetyharnessorsafetylineshallbecomeineffective.Sacrificialshock-absorbersmayrupture,butthisshallnotaffectt

31、hesecurityofthedummyinthedecksafetyharness.在整个测试过程中,安全带及安全绳上的任何零部件都不应失效.可消耗的减震器可能会断裂,但不可影响到安全带对假人的固定.c)Afterthefirstdroptestonly,theslippingofanyadjustmentdeviceshallnotexceed25mm.第一次跌落测试后,所有调节器(调节扣)的滑动量都不应超过25mm.d)Afterthefirstdroptestonly,andwiththeloadofthedummyortestmassrelievedfromthesafetyline

32、,thedetachabilityofthesafetylineshallbecheckedasin5.5.4.第一次跌落测试后,将假人或测试重物从安全绳上卸下,再根据5.5.4对安全绳的可拆卸性进行检测.4.5Staticloadingofdecksafetyharnessofsize3尺寸3的甲板安全带的静态负载Whentestedaccordingto5.3,thetotalslippageinthesafetyharnessadjustmentdevicesshallnotexceed25mm.根据5.3进行测试时,安全带调节器的总滑动量应不超过25mm.5Testmethods测试方

33、法5.1Magneticpropertiestesting磁性测试Placeadirect-readingmagneticcompassinanundisturbedmagneticarea(i.e.anareainwhichmagneticitemsandd.c.electricalcablesarenotcontinuallymovedorswitched).Checkthecompasstoensurethatithasnegligiblepivotfriction.Thiscanbedonebydeflectingthecompasscard10bymeansofamagnetandt
