2、 not described here, Competitors must determine by themselves or follow the relevant method described in Test Project. In particular, the WSC is a competition to evaluate individual competitors skills, thus, their unique ideas and high-level skills must be demonstrated. 对于此处未描述的项目，参赛者必须自行确定或遵循测试项目中描

5、s】 【基本要求】Competitors must install necessary material(s) and system(s) in accordance with the descriptions in the following documents; 参赛者必须按照以下文件中的说明安装必要的材料和系统;a. Test Projects, 测试项目，ISO standard, especially ISO/IEC 11801-1, 14763-2 and 14763-3, ISO标准，特别是ISO/IEC 11801-1, 14763-2 and 14763-3,Pre-dist

Competitors must bring the tools listed in List A, but their models or the quantity is not specified. This

However, this is allowed only when the tool or equipment has passed the tool box check. 参赛选手可以根据测试项目更换工具或设备。但是，只有当工具或设备通过了工具箱检查后时才允许这样做。A Competitor is not permitted to use two identical pieces of equipment at the same time during the test project. For example, a competitor

The competitor must allow the e

15、titors may use the competitors room freely during intermission. 休息期间，参赛者可自由使用选手房间。【Replacement of the materials / Equipment】 【更换物料或设备】16) If competitor damages any provided material/equipment, he/her must inform the Head referee or the Tool Box Team immediately to replace it. If replacement is not a

16、vailable due to lack of spare, the competitor may not get some points on his/her marks. 如果参赛者损坏任何提供的材料/设备，必须立即通知裁判长或工具箱组更换。如因缺货而无法更换，参赛者的分数可能会被扣分。【Entering / Exiting the competition site】 【进入或退出比赛场地】Competitors must follow instruction of the referee responsible for time-keeping for entering/ exiting

Competitors are not allowed to enter / exit the site without permission. 参赛选手进入/退出比赛场地时，必须听从负责计时的裁判的指导。未经允许，参赛者不得进入/退出比赛场地。Competitors must not reenter the site once they declared completion of the test project and left the worksite. 参赛者在宣布测试项目完成并离开工作现场后，不得再次进入工作现场。【Handling documents

19、t project handouts out of the Competitors worksite at any time. When the competition is over, the handouts must be placed in the indicated folder. 22、ime】 【熟悉场地设备时间】Competitors are allowed to do the followings during the Familiarization Time: Check the distributed materials and installation method Practice installation of materials Practice installation using permitted cables, materials, and booth based on the actual test project. Check tools and

They can also refer to them during the competition. 参赛者可在（熟悉材料）那天在特定的纸张上手写笔记。他们也可以在比赛中参考他们。（但不能带出和带进赛场）【Preparation Time】 【准备时间】20

24、）Preparation time is a time given before the start of each test project to prepare for the competition. Competitors have at least 30 minutes. Please note that the Module4s preparation time is considered as part of competition time. What competitors can possibly do during this time is as follows: 21)

Take out all the materials from the bags or boxes, Separate and sort out the materials to make it easier to work, Check tools and equipment, Check the distributed materials and installation method, Practice installation of materials. 准备时间是在每个测试项目开始前给出的为比赛做准备的时间。参赛者至少有15-30分钟的时间。请注意，模块4的准备时间是比赛时间

Install any of the accessories of the materials which will be used. Exception(s), if any, will be notified during the training. Cu

27、t any cables and tapes beforehand. Competitors must cut them during the competition time. Label or put any mark to make it distinguishable. Calibration of the equipment. However, competitors can test the operation of the specified device. 参赛选手在赛前准备期间不得做以下活动。安装将要使用的材料的任何附件。如有例外，将在培训期间通知。事先剪断电缆和胶带。参赛者

After the Expert writes down the finishing time after checking the necessary matters. （Need to extend the game time）（需要延长比赛时间的）参赛者完成比赛后，必须向旁边的专家举手示意完成。经专家核对必要事项后写下完成时间。Functionality of each Module must be ensured the competition is completed

This means that competitors must have finished all the connections, terminations, cabling and measurements by the time. 比赛的完成必须保证各模块功能。这意味着竞争对手必须完成所有的连接，端接，电缆和测量所用的时间。Competitors must clean up their tools and equipment immediately when the competition time is up. Competitors must also clean up the

Do not place any tools in high places, to avoi

37、d any possible accident. 保持比赛场地干净整洁。切勿将任何工具放在高处，以免发生意外。Do not collide against sharp objects, such as the cable rack and the door of the cabinet. 请勿与电缆架、机柜门等尖锐物体碰撞。Open the legs of a stepladder only in place to use. Do not work on the stepladder top board. 只在使用时打开梯子的腿。不要站在梯子顶板上工作。Do not place tools o

38、r equipment on the stepladder. 不要将工具或设备放在梯子上。【Cabling and Installation】 【布线和安装】Competitors must use the cables with the specified length. 参赛选手必须使用规定长度的电缆。All cables need appropriate slacks respectively. The length of the slack must be designed by each competitor, unless otherwise specified. 所有电缆分别需要

39、合适的余长。除另有规定外，每个选手必须自行设计松弛余长长度。Cabling and installation must be done with consideration on later maintainability and sustainability. 布线和安装时必须考虑到以后的可维护性和可持续性。The basic Cabling Performance Rule of Cabling System to construct must be Class D/E (ISO11801-1). 要构建的布线系统的基本布线性能规则必须是Class D或E类(ISO11801-1)。Opt

40、ical fibers bending radius must be more than 30mm, unless otherwise specified. 除非另有规定，光纤弯曲半径必须大于30mm。Copper cables pin assignment must follow the specified method for the cables to use (T568B). However, it must be close to the actual installation s

Cutting off the extra length must not make construction work s

At the same time, maintainability and s

54、h the industrial standards, such provision as: cables must be managed before termination. Competitors are not allowed to terminate the panel, and then, manage the cable on the cable tray. 参赛者必须按照行业标准工作，如:电缆必须在端接前进行管理。参赛者不得先端接配线架，然后在电缆桥架上管理电缆。If a competitor does not know the cable length required in

55、 field wiring at the time of pulling out the cable out of the cable box, he/she cannot cut off the cable coming out of the cable box on the spot. The competitor must put the cable on the cable rack first, and then, measure before cutting it. 当选手从电缆箱中拔出电缆时，如果不知道现场布线所需的电缆长度，则不能切断从电缆箱中取出的电缆。参赛者必须先将电缆放在

57、) must not be fully managed before termination or connection. It/They must only be temporality managed. 电缆在端接或连接前不能完全管理。它/它们必须只是暂时的管理。Cables must be put on the cable rack first, and then, managed afterwards. Competitors are not allowed to manage the cable on the floor to lay on the cable tray later.
