4、providing the following description:UNIK为了利用塞纳河和比扬古公园开阔的景观视野，为每个公寓配置了梯田和阳台。这个公寓也是欧洲第一个为患有“闭锁综合征”的人们提供了设施的公寓。The river Seine and the new Billancourt park provide a permanent spectacle: UNIK emphasises generous views, planted terraces and balconies for every apartment, as well as its participation in

5、the first European residential home offering facilities specifically designed for people living with “Locked-in Syndrome”.远观建筑，External View 沿街视角，street view 开阔的窗户打破了建筑主体的垂直体量，a line of generous openings that punctuate the verticality of the volumes.经过两年半的建设工作，B/NT设计事务所向Boulogne地产交付了一批名为UNIK的住宅。第一批住

6、户已经入住这个如艺术品般的公寓，公寓如同公园自然的延续。公寓彩带状的城市形态，仿佛在和周围环境持续的交流对话，也使人们的视野不停在公园和公寓之间穿梭变幻。公寓以白色的主要体量和多彩的玻璃彩带创造出了一个当代的形象。After almost two and a half years of construction work, Beckmann-NThp (B/NT) has delivered a residential group of properties to Boulogne, called “UNIK”. The first residents have already moved i

7、nto this living artwork, which is designed to be in natural continuity with the park. Thanks to its ribboned urban form, its visual rifts and the garden which runs through it, the project is in constant dialogue with its surroundings, creating a contemporary signature through its use of white concre

9、 Billancourt park and the river: a mosaic cladding reflects the landscape that surrounds it in its choice of colours, and modules in white concrete form balconies and walkways with a line of generous openings that punctuate the verticality of the volumes. The park continues not only through the central

11、garden but also on the buildings facades, all the up to the rooftop terraces, giving a distinctive identity to the whole development and transforming these spaces into a framework for plants and bushes. The general sense of vegetation blurs into the distance, enabling the residents to “keep their he

13、闭锁综合征”人群的居住需求。This richness and this diversity is mirrored in the design of the apartments, where a variety of different layouts offer a response to different lifestyles corresponding to the demands of different generations. Another important element of this unusual project is the integration of a r
