1、PAGE 22书面表达一、命题特点书面表达作为体现学生英语水平的综合类主观试题，不仅考查学生所学的英语基本知识，如词汇、语法、句式、文法等方面的内容，而且还体现了学生在逻辑、构思、交际、想象等方面的综合能力。因此，多年来，书面表达一直在各种形式的英语考试中占有举足轻重的地位，也是历年来全国各地中考试卷中不可或缺的压轴大题。一般说来，书面表达的内容都是以生活为背景，根据所给的提示进行简单的写作。书面表达常见的体裁有记叙文、描写文、说 明文和应用文(英文书信、E-mail、感谢信)、日记、请假条、便条、讲稿、启事、电话留言条、贺卡、发言稿(值日报告)、介绍、通知、看图写话等。二、解题思路1. 认真

2、审题，明确要求审题是做好书面表达的前提，做题前应认真分析说明材料，明确题目要求。1）审文体。首先要弄清写何种体裁的文章。无论提供材料的方式还是通过文字描写还是图画，要求写的文章体裁是唯一的。2) 审人称。即要弄清书面表达要用第一人称，第二人称，还是第三人称。3) 审时态。记叙文尤其日记多以一般过去时为主，说明文和议论文多以一般现在时为主。2.紧扣主题，组织要点书面表达评分的主要依据是内容，因此在认真审题，弄清题意的基础上，要逐个地完整无缺地把内容要点列出来，对于以图画或图表为内容的提示，更要仔细观察。写作时必要的细节要紧扣主题，发挥要适度，不要太随意。3.选词造句，表达准确理清要点之后，然后选

3、词造句，对各条要点进行英译。要尽量用课文中的词语、句型、范例。当遇到 辟的短语或句式时可以灵活地使用自己最熟悉的表达方式，采取一路不通，另辟它径的方法。提倡用短句，简单句，少用长句，复合句。多用主动语态，少用被动语态，按英语的表达习惯既准确以灵活地组织句子。4.整理成篇，行文连贯这个过程就是将写好的句子连贯起来，形成短文。串句成篇，绝不是将一句话简单地排在一起，要注意上下句的逻辑关系，必要时使用一些表示并列、递进、让步、转折、因果等意义的关联词语。有的书面表达还可以分段，注意段与段之间要过渡自然。5. 计划时间，检查复核有的考生书面表达仅写半截就中断了，也有的字迹模糊，草草了事。甚至有的其它题

4、做得较好，而书面表达却是空白，凡此种种不能看出都是因为没有合理安排时间而造成的。书面表达一般要求在二十分钟内完成，在这段时间里用几分钟时间审题，粗略拟个腹稿还是很有必要的。打草稿、誉写、检查等环节都要注意科学安排时间，成文之后，还要通读全文一、两遍，看其是否通顺流畅、同时发现问题，及时纠正。（一）怎样写应用文1.写信写作点拨英文书信由“称呼、正文、结束语、署名”组成。1）称呼是对收信人的称谓。在信内地址下一两行处顶格写起，自成一行。末尾用逗号或冒号。 当给一位熟悉的人写信时可以用Dear 或是My Dear。当给一位你不知婚否的女性写信时，可以用Ms.，这是指女士。 在给不熟悉的人写信时，可以

5、用Dear sir, Dear Madam, Dear sirs, Gentleman 等等。2）正文是一封信的主体部分。通常在称呼的下一行写出。正文也可采用齐头式或缩进式的方法。齐头式是反映每段开头一行和后面行并齐。缩进式是指每段的第一行向右缩进几个字母。信笺讲究简洁、效率。开头几句简单地寒暄后就不如正题，在结尾处要有祝愿和敬语。 常用的开头语有： I have received your letter of July Ist. 7月1 日来信已经收悉。 I have the pleasure to tell you that .很高兴告诉你。 I am very much delighte
