9、G调试CHECK BEFORE COMMISSIONING 调试前的检查Completion condition check 完工状态检查Make sure all the preparative work has been completed according to the commissioning project, including all the temporary piping, electric loops and so on. 确定所有的准备工作已经按照调试方案完成，包括所有的临时管线和电缆等。Compare the nameplates on the equipment w

10、ith data sheet, and make sure it is correct. 按照数据表核对设备的铭牌，确定其正确。Check installation is in accordance with the mounting drawing 按照安装图纸检查设备的安装Verifying record of installation inspection, alignment, NDT according to the installation diagram. 根据安装图检查安装报告、对中报告和无损探伤报告Check the record of installation, sweep

11、, gas seal test, NDT, hydrostatic test and leaking test of piping system according to the piping diagram.根据管线图检查管线的安装报告、吹扫报告、气密报告、NDT记录和水压试验记录。Confirm all instrument have been calibrated, check the calibration certificate and the record of installation inspection and instrument cable according to th

14、 and deck.检查设备与甲板间的焊接All bolts and nuts have been tightened.确定所有的螺栓都已上紧Check the connection of pipelines to make sure that it has been completed according to PI&D.根据PI&D检查所有管线的连接都已完成Ensure the pipelines are clean, and there is no corrosion or impurity.确定所有的管线内部清洁，没有腐蚀物和杂物Make sure the flanges and in

17、油和油脂填充和准备完毕FUNCTION TEST功能测试Pump startup启泵Open the valve in the suction and discharging line of the pump to let the liquid fill in the pump and vent the air. 打开泵进出口的阀门，使流体进入泵内以排出空气Startup the pump through the local panel to confirm the pump is started. 在就地盘启动泵Stop the pump, then start it through the

18、 remote control, make sure the pump is started. 停泵，然后再远程控制盘启动泵Measure and record the starting current of the motor.记录启动电流Running test运行测试Startup the pump, close the valve in the discharging line of pump slowly until get the operating pressure.启动泵，然后缓慢打开泵出口阀门，当出口压力达到最大操作压力后将出口阀门打到全开。The pumps should

19、be run continually for 2 hours at least. 连续运行泵最少两个小时Check leakage of mechanical seal and lube oil seal. 检查机械密封和滑油密封Record the performance parameters as follow every 30mins. 每三十分钟记录一次以下运行参数Measure and record the noise of the pump (75-90dB). If the difference between environmental noise and measured v
