Key Responsibilities Credit management,A/R Collection management: Perform credit check at order level according to credit policy, customers A/R aging and credit exposure; Closely communicate with the Sales Reps and customers (account statement, dunning letter, phone calls, etc) for t

3、he AR collection. Follow up the overdue timely and leverage all the tools and work out with the sales team to drive the collection; Perform regular credit review according the set polices and customers performance; VAT invoicing Reporting: Ensure the accuracy of the collection booking, clearing and

4、A/R balance, reconciliation from sub-ledger to G/L for responsible G/L accounts; Monthly reconcile inter-company receivable. Communication Maintain good relationship with customer service department, sales team and customers; improve the internal cooperation in Order-to-Cash process and payment beha

5、vior of the customers. Relationships Internal: Commercial team, Supply Chain, Finance, Internal auditors, Compliance etc. External: Customers and External auditors Background and Skills 1. Accountancy bachelor degree or above; 2. 2+ years of relevant experience in multi-national companies; 3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills; 4.
