2、各地考勤,准时进行组织结构的更新 3.对新入职的员工在通过考核后办理工卡 五、对外事务 1.来访人员的接待 2.证照、合同申办资料的预备及提交,年审证照的取回 3.社保及居住证的办理六、其他临时事项协调财务的工作,完成交办的事务; 2.帮助建立和完善行政后勤管理的各项规章制度,并负责监督、执行与追踪; 3.完成上级交办的其它工作任务。 以上是本月的工作方案,还有许多不完善的地方,我会渐渐改进 目前为止,很多工作都是停留在琐事上,我盼望可以有更多可做的事情,而不仅仅时这些琐事。这对我来说不仅仅是个挑战,更是一次历练,为公司更好进展的同时对自己也是一个提升。虽然入职只有一个多月,但感受颇多,下面我

3、发表下入职以来的个人的一些感受: 公司里没有员入职培训,新员工进公司后连最基本的公司制度都不知道,许多时候工作协作起来就有肯定的困难。管理、技能方面的培训,不仅是针对技术人员,同时其他岗位的都应当适时的培训,学习汲取新的学问,以提高各人员的工作效率及办事解决问题的力量 公司没有资产统计,有些东西坏了丢了以致公司究竟有多少家底都不清晰 除了办公室人员,平常大家很难有机会一起沟通!所以适时的举办一些公司活动是很有必要的!公司每次的活动及一些大小事,都有必要采集相应的影像资料,记录公司进展的历史 福利上,为发福利而发福利,从没有考虑过员工的需求和实行性,过于个人主义。我在论坛看到有些企业的福利是这样

4、发的:同样是发月饼,人家却把月饼寄到了员工的家里,送给了他的父母,并送一份对员工表扬及对其父母感恩的话,我想这样的效果远远超过于通知员工到你办公室领月饼?所以许多时候我们可以更全面的考虑这些,不仅对员工是一种关怀,对公司也有更好的影响 岗位职责不明确,许多制度不完善,工作没有激情等。 延长阅读 英语版 1.
