2、vereachedthefollowingagreementsoncooperativeeducationontheprinciplesofvolunteering,equality,opennessandjustice.I.CooperationcontentInordertoconcludethecontentsbelowregardingthecooperationfollowingnegotiationsbetweenthetwoparties:PartyAwillsendtheirqualifiedstudentsfromPartyAwhowillstudyasnon-degreee

3、xchangestudentsatPartyBfor_(ESL/Summercamp/Wintercamp/Non-academiceducationalundergraduateprofessionalcourses/Academiceducationalundergraduateprofessionalcourses)PartyBwilladmitstudentsnominatedbyPartyAinaccordancetothenon-degreeadmissioncriteriaofPartyBandwilldividestudentsintoclassesbasedupontheir

4、course.Thiscooperativecontractwillcomeintoeffectonthedatewhenitissignedbythetwopartiesandisvalidfrom_until_.Thisagreementshallbeforaperiodof_yearsfromthedateofexecutionunlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthiscontract.II.Responsibilities,RightsandObligationsPartyAsresponsibilities,r

7、foreseenreasonsbeyondthecontroloftheindividualstudent.AnysuchstudentswillproducedocumentsasevidencedulyendorsedbyPartyB.PartyBsresponsibilities,rightsandobligations,a.PartyBwilladmitstudentsnominatedbyPartyA,andwillinformstudentsandPartyAabouttheadmissionsdecisions.PartyBwillproperlyexplainthereleva

8、ntlawsoftheircountryandstipulatestudentsregistrationinformation.Inthecase,ifthereisastudentwhohasalongerlearningperiodthanavalidvisa,PartyBshalltaketheresponsibilitytoassistthestudentwithhis/hervisa.b.Afterthecompletionoftheprescribedcoursesandpassingtheexaminations,PartyBshallsubmittheacademicperfo

9、rmanceofeachadmittedandregisteredstudenttoPartyA,whichwillthenbeanofficialtranscriptandastudycertificate.c.PartyBshallbringadmittedstudentsintotheirregistrationanddailyteachingsystem.d.PartyBensuresthatitwillorganizetheconformityteachingactivitieswiththerequirementsofPartyA.Whenunpredictablecircumst

10、ancessuchaspoliticalpolicy,naturaldisasterswarorotheruncontrollablefactorswhoseoccurrenceandconsequencescannotbeprevented,andwhichleadstoasituationinwhichtheagreementcannotbecarryoutorbeimplementedasplanned,PartyBhastheresponsibilitytonotifyPartyAwithoutdelayandprovidedetailsandvalidsupportingdocume

11、nts.Forstudentswhoviolateschoolregulations,performillegalactivities,willbepunishedaccordingtoschooldisciplineandlegalruleprocessing;violateslawsofthecountry,willbenegotiatedbetweenthetwocountriesanddecidedaccordingly.TuitionfeePartyBwillchargetheadmittedstudentsfeeasfollowing,a.Eachtermhas_students,

12、thedurationoflearningsessionwillbeThefeesshallbepaidin(currency)_,(cash/cheque/draft)_,(time)_,payinthePartyBFinanceDepartment.Afterpaymentiscompleted,PartyBwillissueaformalreceipttothestudentsofPartyA.Dailyexpensesandothercostsincurredshallbepaidbythestudentsthemselves.Largechangesinexchangeratecau

13、sedbypoliticalinstability,war,naturaldisastersandotheruncontrollablefactors,shallbesettledbybothpartiesthroughconsultationandnegotiation.IV.QualityControlinTeachingThestudentsofPartyAwhowillreceivecourses,otherteachingandpracticeactivitieswhichareofferedbyPartyB,shallbecoveredbyawrittensupplementala

14、greementreachedbetweenbothpartiesthroughnegotiation.Thesupplementalagreementhasthesamelegaleffectasthisagreement.PartyBshallensurethatalloftheirteachingstaffsholdtheteachingqualifications,andthattheteachingqualityisaccordingtotheteachingrequirement.PartyBmustconformtotheadministrativeprovisions,admi

15、nisteringtheteachingqualitymonitoringofthedailyclasses,ensuringthatteacherslistentoandacceptstudentspositiveorconstructivefeedbacks.AfterstudentsofPartyAfinishtheireducation,PartyAandPartyBshallexchangetheirviewsabouttheteachingresults,alltheaspectsoftheprogramdevelopmentandotherrelevantissuesinoral

16、orwritingway.ArticlesofAgreement(CooperationTerm)Theagreementshallcomeintoeffectafterbeingsignedbybothparties,anditshalllastfor_fromthesigneddate.Duringimplementationoftheagreement,ifanyPartysimproperconductbreachestheagreementand.thereisfurtherotheragreementthatshowthiscooperativeagreementshallbete

17、rminated.Eitherpartyshallhavetherighttosuggestterminatingtheagreement.Ifbothpartiesconsideritnecessarytocontinuethecooperationthroughnegotiationorallyorinwriting,thenanofficialwrittenagreementandsupplementalagreementofextensionshallbesigned90daysbeforetheexpiration.Intheprocessofimplementingtheagree

18、mentandsupplementalagreement,notificationofimportantmattersbythetwopartiesshallbebasedupontheproperconsultation.NeitherPartyhastherighttochangethecontentorviolatethelegalrightsoftheagreement.Itshallberegardedasabreachifeitherpartychangethecontentoftheagreementorcannotimplementtheagreementandperformi

19、tsdutiesorresponsibilitiesinaccordancewiththetime,mannerandrequirementsstipulated.TheotherpartywillterminatetheagreementandthepartywhichisresponsiblefortheviolationwillbepenalizedbyRMB_.EitherpartymayterminatethisContract,bygivinga_day(s)priorwrittennoticetotheotherparty.However,duringthetimePartyAs

20、studentsarestudyingatPartyB,theagreementshallnotbesubjecttounilateralterminationbyeitherparty.Othermattersrelatedtothisagreementshallbedealtwiththroughnegotiationbythetwoparties.Thetwopartiesshallhavetherighttousetheoutreachprogram,sessionoftheproject,nameoftheprogramparticipants,forthepurposesofpro

21、motingtheacademicexchangesandbenefititsenrollment.BothPartiesMustmaintaintheconfidentialityoftheconfidentialinformationsuchastuitionfeesandcourseplan.Theymaynotdiscloseanysuchrelevantinformationtoanypersonoranythirdparty,excepttoitsemployeesor.employeesofAffiliates,andotheradvisorswhoneedtoknowsuchinformationtoperformtheirresponsibilities.Incaseofaviolationbyeitherpartywhomaydivulgetherelevantinform
