7、lly before use. 1. Operating Panel Operating panel, as an interface of man-machine communications, is composed of keyboard and display. Keyboard is used to input control command, and display is used to display parameter data and different operating state. Its outline is figured as following: 1.1 Key

8、board Operation Descriptions Symbol Name of KeyFunctional Descriptions Start ForwardSTFSTF Key Press this key to actuate forward start of frequency converter. If it is set controlled by external terminal, it is null to press this key. Start ReverseSTRSTR Key Press this key to actuate reverse start o

9、f frequency converter. If it is set controlled by external terminal, or “Pr004” is set at 1, it is null to press this key. STOP/RESETSTOP/RESET Key Press this key to stop the frequency converter. If it is set controlled by external terminal, it is null to press this key. After failure alarming, pres

10、s this key to reset the system. SETSET Key Press this key to enter into function setup. After amendment is finished, press this key to quit out of function setup. ENTERENTER Key Under the state of setup, press this key to confirm function code. After parameters have been amended, press this key agai

11、n to save the amended data. Under the state of operation or standby, press this key to select the displayed contents, such as output frequency, motor speed, output current etc. PLUS Key Press this key to increase the value of function code and parameter data. Under the state of operation or standby,

12、 press this key to increase the operating frequency. MINUS Key Under the state of setup, press this key to decrease the value of function code and parameter data. Under the state of operation and standby, press this key to decrease the operating frequency. JOGJOG Key Under the state of standby (Pr04

13、3=1), press this key to activate JOG function. To amend parameter data under the state of setup, displacement is allowed. Panel Potentiometer When Pr000=1, it is used to adjust the operating frequency of frequency converter. 1.2显示内容说明1.2 Display Descriptions No. CodePhysical QuantityDescriptions Tar

Amendment of Parameters To amend parameters, first enter into the function code, and then reset the value of parameters, detailed steps as following: No. Operation Descriptio

17、ns Press SET key. Pr000 displayed, entering into function setup. Press JOG keyAdjusted to the function code to be amended. Press ENTER key=XXXX displayed, entering into parameter setup. Press JOG key Reset the parameters as requested. Press ENTER key END quickly displayed, data stored, and then the

18、function code PrXXX displayed. Operation Modes Frequency converter can be used in “panel operation mode”, “external terminal operation mode” and “combined oper

20、ation mode”. Please prepare necessary tools and parts according to the specific operation mode, and the switchover methods of operation modes. 3.1 Panel Operation Mode Parameter Pr001=0, and parameter Pr004=0. Starting signal: press STF to start forward, STR to start reverse, and STOP/RESET to stop.

21、 Parameter Pr000=0Frequency setting signal: frequency set by . 3.2 External Operation Mode Ex-factory setup as Pr000=4 and Pr001=4. When power supply is connected, the operation mode of free switchover between panel and external operation according to panel or external starting signal and frequency

22、setting signal. 1) Starting signal: when parameter Pr001=1, 2 and 3 When parameter Pr001=1, terminal X1 and COM switch closed for forward operation, and disconnected to stop. Terminal X2 and COM switch closed for reverse operation, and disconnected to stop. Terminal X3 and COM switch closed for jog

23、operation, and disconnected to stop. When parameter Pr001=2, terminal X1 and COM switch closed to start frequency converter, X2 and COM disconnected for forward, closed for reverse, terminal X1 and COM switch disconnected to stop. When parameter Pr001=3, X3 and COM to connect the normally closed con

24、tact of stop button, X1 and COM to connect the normally open contact of forward button to press forward start, X2 and COM to connect the normally open contact of reverse button to press reverse start, and press X3 and COM disconnected to stop. 2) Frequency setting signal: set parameters Pr000=2 or 3

25、. When parameter Pr000=2, external potentiometer to connect terminal 10V, FV and COM, or the external 0-10V to connect terminal FV and COM. When parameter Pr000=3, 4-20mA signal to connect terminal F1 and COM. Multiple space speed terminal X5 and X6 closed with COM (Ex-factory value). (Note) It cann

26、ot be operated with only starting signal, there should be together with frequency setting signal.3.3 Combined Operation Mode Combination of the above two modes: Started and stopped by panel, and frequency set by external terminal, or started and stopped by external terminal, and frequency set by pan

27、el, which can be flexible according to users requests. 第五章 参 数Chapter 5 Parameters This chapter gives the detailed description of product parameters. The ex-factory parameter value of frequency converter is set for simple variable speed operation, and can be regulated if necessary according to load

41、machine model (requested by users). 2. Description of Parameter Function Pr000: Selection of Frequency Setting Mode Range of Setting: 0-5 Ex-factory Value: 4 0. Frequency set by on operating panel. 1. Setup of panel potentiometer. 2. Frequency set by FV terminal potentiometer or 0-10V. 3. Frequency

42、set by F1 terminal 4-20mA signal. 4. Frequency set by on operation panel, if potentiometer is detected from FV terminal or 0-10V signal is automatically switched to 5. 5. Frequency set by FV terminal potentiometer or 0-10V, if panel operation is detected, it is automatically switched to 4. Function

43、Description: This function is used to select operating frequency (under multiple space speed or program operation, used as the operating frequency of space speed 1), and to set or control the source. The second to eighth frequency is set up by parameter Pr056-Pr086. When the selected frequency is se

44、t by on operating panel to Pr000=0 or 40, X1-X6 multifunctional may have the function to increase and decrease the frequency, which is given the same operational effect as keys on operating panel. Pr001: Selection of Operation Command Range of Setting: 0-4 Ex-factory Value: 4 0. Operating panel cont

45、rol (forward start, reverse start, stop). 1. External terminal control (forward/stop, reverse/stop). 2. External terminal control (start/stop, reverse/forward). 3. External terminal control (forward start, reverse start, stop) 4. The above modes automatically adaptable. Function Description: This fu

46、nction is used to select the starting and stopping control modes of frequency converter. When panel control (Pr001=0) is selected, external terminal control becomes null. The motor is started and stopped by the keys of STF, STR and STOP on the operating panel. When external terminal control (Pr001=1

47、) is selected, the keys of STF, STR and STOP on the operating panel become null. When control terminal X1 (ex-factory value as forward function) is connected to COM to start by forward, and when X1 is disconnected from COM to stop; when X2 (ex-factory value as reverse function) is connected to COM t

48、o start by reverse, and when X2 is disconnected from COM to stop, as shown in Fig. . When external terminal control (Pr001=2) is selected, the keys of STF, STR and STOP become null. When control terminal X1 (ex-factory value as forward function) is connected to COM to start, and when X1 is disconnec

49、ted from COM to stop; when X2 (ex-factory value as reverse function) is connected to COM to start by reverse, and when X2 is disconnected from COM for forward, as shown in Fig. . When external terminal control (Pr001=3) is selected, the keys of STF and STR become null. X3 (ex-factory value as normal

50、ly closed stop button function) and COM are to connect normally closed contact of stop button; X1 (ex-factory value as forward function) and COM are to connect the normally opened contact of forward button; X2 (ex-factory value as reverse function) and COM are to connect the normally opened contact

51、of reverse button, as shown in Fig. . When automatic adaptability (Pr001=4) is selected, the above types are effective synchronously. Pr002: Selection of Stop Mode Range of Setting: 0-2 Ex-factory Value: 0 0. Slowdown Stop. 1. Free stop. 2. Immediate DC braking. Function Description: This function i

52、s used to select the stop mode of frequency converter. When slowdown stop (Pr002=0) is selected, after motor has slowed down to Pr042 DC braking starting frequency, it will be stopped according to Pr041 DC braking torque and Pr040 DC braking time.When free stop (Pr002=1) is selected, after frequency

53、 converter has received the stop command, output will be immediately cut off, and motor will stop freely by inertia. When immediate DC braking (Pr002=2) is selected, after frequency converter has received the stop command, it will be stopped by braking according to Pr041 DC braking torque and Pr040

54、DC braking time immediately. Note: when any one of the X1-X6 external multifunctional terminals is selected at “Free Stop” (for details refer to selection of Pr104- Pr109 input function), and this terminal has been connected to COM terminal, external free stop may be actualized. Pr003: Motor Reverse

55、 Prohibited Range of Setting: 0-1 Ex-factory Value: 0 0. Motor reverse allowed. 1. Motor reverse prohibited. Function Description This function is used to select whether to prohibit motor reverse or not. If the motor reverse is likely to result in human hazards, production loss or equipment damage,

56、this parameter shall be set to 1, thus to avoid accidents. Before installation and wiring, check whether the rotating direction of motor is correct or not. Pr004: Keyboard Reverse Starting Prohibited Range of Setting: 0-1 Ex-factory Value: 10. Keyboard reverse starting allowed. 1. Keyboard reverse s

57、tarting prohibited. Function Description: This function is used to activate or deactivate the key of “Reverse Start” on operating panel. Pr005: Starting Frequency Range of Setting: 0.0-10.0Hz Ex-factory Value: 3.0HzFunction Description: This function is used to set up the starting frequency of frequ

58、ency converter. And the frequency converter is speeding up toward target frequency from here. Note: excessive setting of this value may result in the act of overcurrent protection. Pr006: Start Delay Range of Setting: 0.0-60.0s Ex-factory Value: 0sFunction Description: When frequency converter is st

59、arted, and outputted according to starting frequency (Pr005). After the time of this setting has been maintained, it will accelerate toward the target frequency. This function is used to improve the starting characteristics of motor, so that motor can be completely started within the set time. 频率Fre
