基于BS模型的个人住房贷款系统设计与实现

1、 STYLEREF 样式 标题 1 + 宋体 三号 行距: 多倍行距 1.3 字行 l * MERGEFORMAT 摘 要摘 要基于B/S模型型的个人住房房贷款系统设设计与实现在房屋资源紧缺缺的当今，个个人房屋贷款款已经成为了了一种重要的的买房资金筹筹备方式。本本文阐述房屋屋个人贷款业业务研究基础础上，设计和和实现个人房房屋贷款系统统。本系统基基于对个人贷贷款的详细研研究，开发个个人贷款流程程的各个模块块，编写使用用过程，极大大减少系统使使用者的工作作量。另外系系统提供的网网络操作机制制是优秀的系系统安全性和和维护性的保保障。本系统统实现了个人人贷款系统的的模式化、一一体化、人性性化和全面化化

2、要求。本论文针对个人人房屋贷款的的现状和流程程，在对银行行业务进行了了全面、系统统分析的基础础之上，进行行研究开发，设设计并实现了了以个人房屋屋贷款业务为为主的个人贷贷款系统。系系统不但可以以全面一体化化的体现个人人房屋贷款的的流程，并且且在整个过程程中提供方便便快捷的操作作。在此基础础之上，本文文还对于个人人贷款风险进进行了研究，对对于防范和解解决个人风险险问题做出探探讨。本系统实现更加加人性化和系系统化的个人人贷款业务管管理，并且为为了达到更好好的维护性和和安全性，提提供地域性管管理、分级式式管理、网络络式登录等多多种方案。系系统进一步分分为四个主要要模块，每个个模块会根据据贷款人的贷贷款

3、情况提供供不同时期所所需的操作内内容，模块式式的系统编写写将更加清晰晰，并且提高高系统客观性性，减少了用用户使用难度度。系统是建建立在B/SS模型之上的的网络管理系系统，可以提提供更好的维维护。除此之之外，系统更更考虑到安全全性问题，提提供了操作员员分级机制和和地域性管理理机制，是对对于用户和贷贷款人使用安安全的重要保保障。本系统是基于JJAVA和SQL SServerr2008编编写的系统。数数据库方面，系系统将大体分分为两个部分分，在将系统统使用者和系系统运行数据据分离的基础础上，提供更更清晰、人性性化的数据管管理。通过系系统测试，验验证了系统的的功能性，安安全性和有效效性。系统的最终目的
