2、d to support additional LNG operational needs and requirements.负责营运部所有承包商的日常管理工作。To manage all contractors daily routine work.协助营运部承包商的合同管理工作。To assist contract management of Operations Department work.主要工作 Principal Activities根据现场需要：监督和指派承包商的工作，保持生产的平稳运行。Oversee and collect contractors according to

3、 operations requirement to keep the operation in smooth.协调营运部门相关给承包商做技术评标。Coordinate the Operations department to do the contractor technical bid evaluation. 按时组织营运承包商的月度沟通会议，半年、年度总结会议。Organize the contractors monthly communication meeting, semi-yearly and end-yearly summary meeting timely.制定承包商安全培训

4、计划并实施。Set up the safety training plan and strongly implementation for contractors.主导营运维修项目的“开工会”，协调、推进项目的进程至项目结束。Leading the kick off meeting of operation projects and co-ordinate /push up the project in progress/end.监督承包商在费用控制、工作效率、安全习惯行为上符合大鹏公司的政策和规定。Oversee contractors in a cost-effective, effici

5、ent and safe manner to ensure adherence with LNGs policies and regulations.确保承包商人员跟相关的维修、操作人员在有计划的、高效的进行各项安全的工作。Ensure the safe work of the selected contractors in conjunction with maintenance and operations personnel so that all work is planned and scheduled effectively.确保承包商遵从大鹏公司的所有的安全方面的、环境方面的规定

6、、程序和其他要求。Ensure that contractors comply with LNGs safety and environmental regulations/procedures and other statutory requirements. 协调HSSE部门给承包商以相应的安全培训并保留培训的记录作为选择承包商的依据。Work with HSSE department for the safety training for the selected contractor and keep the record.监督并确保承包商为生产运营提供迅速的、有效率日常维修工作服务。

7、Ensure that the needs of the operation group are fully addressed by providing prompt service executed on a daily basis to the supervisor to ensure efficient service跟踪承包商的月度费用、年度费用以达到我们成本效用在最优状态。Achieved cost-effectiveness by compiling data so to aid the preparation of section operating costs, prepar

8、ation of contractors annual cost and tracking of contracts monthly costs.确保承包商每天从MAXIMO系统中安排的工作计划得以实施。Ensure the planning and scheduling of the daily activities of the contract work force by utilizing the MAXIMO system so to ensure efficiency of work.根据考评，对承包商留用、辞退进行筛选以保证生产需求的连续性。Select contractors
