10、t occurs as evidence thereof.Under such circumstances the Sellers, however, are still under the obligation to take all necessary measures to hasten the delivery of the goods. In case the accident creates a delay of more than four weeks, the Buyer shall have the right to cancel the contract.14.仲裁：凡因执
