《新视野大学英语111》课程教学大纲课程英文名称:NewHorizonCollegeEnglishIII课程编号:0210014301课程计划学时:64学分:4课程简介:授课对象:全校非英语专业的学生。入校时,他们应已掌握基本的英语语音和语法知识,领会式掌握1800个单词(其中复用式掌握的单词为1200),并在读、听、写、说、等方面受过初步的训练,已达到《全日制义务教育普通高级中学英语课程标准(实验稿)》的七级或以上水平。课程性质:大学英语教学是高等教育的一个有机组成部分,大学英语课程是大学生的一门必修的公共基础课程。大学英语教学是以英语语言知识与应用技能、学习策略和跨文化交际为主要内容,以外语教学理论为指导,并集多种教学模式和教学手段为一体的教学体系。教学重点、难点:新的《大学英语课程教学要求》提出:大学英语的教学目的是培养学生的英语综合应用能力,特别是听说能力,使他们在今后工作和社会交往中能用英语有效地进行口头和书面的信息交流。因此,新形势下的教学重点是从原有的重视阅读、轻视听说向重视包括听、说、读、写、译在内的英语综合能力的方向转变,同时增强其自主学习能力、提高综合文化素养。教学难点在于促进听、说、读、写、译能力的协调发展并教会学生将所学知识转化为技能,在加强阅读训练的同时,注意培养学生的表达能力,使其学会用英语来获取信息、处理信息和交流信息,做到学以致用。教学目标:培养学生英语综合应用能力,特别是听说能力,使他们在今后工作和社会交往中能用英语有效地进行口头和书面的信息交流,同时增强其自主学习能力、提高综合文化素养。通过本课程的学习,学生应达到下列基本要求:大学英语in级:掌握3200个四级词汇,能够听懂简短英语对话、短文和题材熟悉的新闻、访谈、讲座等(每分钟140词),理解大意和细节,能够表达对某ー问题的观点和意见。能够在规定时间内不借助工具书完成150字的作文书写,语言规范,思想表达清楚,文理通顺,内容完整。ー、课程教学内容及教学基本要求(-)课程教学内容第一单元
