EXCLUSIVEThisreportsummarizesthedesigninput,assumptionandresultsoftheBYTWHPAjacketliftingstructuralysis.Toperformthestructuralstrengthcheckundertheliftingloadingcondition.APILoadFactorof2.00and1.35areutilizedfortheysis.TheLoadFactor2.00isappliedforthemembersconnectedtoliftingpointsandliftingand1.35forallothermembers.Inadditiontothat,aC.O.GShiftof0.5misconsideredtoaccountforinaccuracyinthecalculationofthecenterofgravityThejacketshallbeliftedoffshorebyHUAXICUN.Onecranehookwithfourslingswillbeused.Thehookpointshallbelocatedrightabovethecenterofgravityofthejacket.TheliftingcapacityandliftingheightofHUAXICUNmeettheliftingrequirement.TheysisisperformedinaccordancewithAPIRP2A-WSD,21stEdition,2007.SACSV8iVersionprogrambyBentleyisusedtoperformtheThestaticliftweightofthejacketis28796.84kNwithaweightfactorof1.03formembersgeneratedinmodelandweightfactorof1.05fornon-generatedappurtenance.Theumcalculatedslingforceis17269.66kNwiththeloadfactorof2.00(withoutC.O.G.shift).Theresultsindicatethat:Allmembers’UCvaluesarefoundtobelessthan1.0.Theresultsofnominalstresscheckindicatethatthejacketmembersareadequaysized.AllthejointpunchingshearUCvaluesarelessthan1.0.Theresultsofjointpunchingshearcheckindicatethatalljointsmeetthecoderequirements.Thejacketshallbeweighedpriortolifting.Ifthestructureisheavierthanthatcalculatedinthisreportorthecenterofgravitylocationisdifferentfromthatobtainedinthisreport,itis mendedthattheliftingconditionshouldbere-yzedbyinstallationcontractor.Liftingriggingselectionandcranevesselcapacityverificationaretheresponsibilityoftheinstallationcontractor.TheBei&HuangyanOil&gasfieldislocatedintheEast,thePeople’sRepublicofChina.Itisapproximay425kmsoutheasttoShanghaiwithwaterdepthinthisareaisabout79.4-97.3m.ThedevelopmentofBYTgasfieldconsistsofonefixedsteeljacketplatforms(BYTWHPA),foursubseapipelinesandtwocompositecables.Thejacketisafour-leg,eight-skirtpilesteelframestructurewithfivehorizontallevels.Thejacketfeatureseightpiecesof2134mmdiameterskirtpiles,withtwopilesateachofthefourjacketlegs.Thejacketincludesninepiecesof24”conductors,onepieceof8”riser,onepieceof10”riser,onepieceof14”riser,onepieceof14”riserforfuture,twopiecesof440mm(ID)diameterpumpcasing,twopiecesof700mm(ID)diameterpumpcasing,twopiecesof14”cablecasings(onecasingforfuture),oneboatlanding,twobargebumpersandotherAPIRP2A mendedPracticeforPlanning,DesigningandConstructingFixedOffshorePlatforms–WorkingStressDesign”,2007AmericanInstituteofSteelConstruction(AISC).“ManualofSteelConstructionAllowableStressDesign”,13thEdition,2005.DESIGNThestructuralcomputermodelofthejacketwasdevelopedusingtheSACSTheliftingysiscomputermodelisathreedimensionalframeinvolvingthejacketandtheliftingslingswhicharemodeledfromthejacketuptotheirupperterminationatthecranehooks.Nominalslinganglesof60degreesareused.Theslingsaremodeledasweightless.Twosoftelasticsprings,restrainingthemodelinlateraldirectionsonly,areincorporatedatthebaseofthemodelfornumericalstability.DetailsofthestructuralmodelarepresentedinDD-RPT-WHPA(JK)-ST-0009.Theliftinggeneralviewmodelandcranehookslocationsareshownasfollowed:Fig4.0-1Lifting3D-LOADBASICLOADTheloadsusedintheliftingysisarejacketself-weight(loadconditionDEAD)andappurtenanceweights(loadconditionAPPU).Theuncertainfactoris1.03forthejacketdeadweightand1.05forappurtenanceweight.Andthesefactorsareincludedintherelativebasicloadcases.COMBINEDLOADForpadeyeandjacketmemberswhichareattachedtotheliftingpadeyeandtransmittingliftingforcesinthestructure,thebiggerdynamicloadfactor2.00shallbeused(loadcase32).Allothermemberstransmittingliftingforces,thesmallerloadfactor1.35shallbeused(loadcase31).Inadditiontothat,aC.O.GShiftof0.5misconsideredtoaccountforinaccuracyinthecalculationofthecenterofgravity(C.O.G).Table5.2-1LoadConditionandLoadLoadLoadLoadDeadLoadLoadLoad31(-XC.O.G.Load31(+XC.O.G.Load31(+YC.O.G.Load31(-YC.O.G.Load32(-XC.O.G.Load32(+XC.O.G.Load32(+YC.O.G.Load32(-YC.O.G.Load31(-X&+YC.O.G.Load31(-X&-YC.O.G.Load31(+X&+YC.O.G.Load31(+X&-YC.O.G.Load32(-X&+YC.O.G.Load32(-X&-YC.O.G.Load32(+X&+YC.O.G.Load32(+X&-YC.O.G.DetailedbasicandcombinedloadcasesaresummarizedinAppendixYSISNOMINALSTRESSThenominalstresscheckswereperformedbySACSaccordingtoAPIRP-WSD.Allthemembers’UCvaluesarelessthan1.00withthebiggerdynamicfactor2.00,meetcoderequirement.Summaryofunitycheckvaluesutilizingthebiggerdynamicfactors2.00forallmembergroupsaregiveninAppendixB.Theresultsofnominalstresscheckindicatethatallthejacketmembersareadequaysizedtoresisttheliftingloadsutilizingbiggerdynamicfactor.Therefore,allthemembersarealsosoundutilizingsmallerfactors.PUNCHINGSHEARSTRESSTubularjointpunchingshearstresscheckswereperformedaccordingtoAPIRP2A-WSD.Twojointcheckswereperformed;aloadbasedcheckandastrengthbasedcheck.Thepurposeofthestrengthbasedcheckistoensurethatalljointsmeetminimumstrengthrequirementswithrespecttothemembersframingintothejoint.Theresultsofallthejointcheckindicatethatthejacketjointsareadequaysizedtoresisttheliftingconditionloads.Thedetailedjointstresscheckof4jointswithliftingpadeyes(421L,441L,820Land898L)willbefoundintheFEAreportoftheliftingpadeyes.DetailedunitycheckvaluesforalltubularjointsaregiveninAppendixSLINGFORCEANDHOOKDetailedslingforcesarepresentedinAppendixD.Theumcalculatedslingforceis17269.66kN(withoutC.O.G.shift).Thisvalueincludestheweightgrowthcontingencyanda2.0dynamicfactor.DetailedhookloadsarepresentedinAppendixE.Theseloadsincludesweightgrowthcontingencyanddynamicfactorbutexcludesslingandshackleweight.Thisliftysisisprimarilyconcernedwithassessingthejacketforliftingforcesandnottoprovideumdesignloadsforrigging,asthesemaydependontheexactriggingsizesselectedbytheinstallationcontractor.Theinstallationcontractorshouldtaketheweightofallriggingintoaccountwhenassessingumcraneloadsandslingforces.Thesemaybeestimatedbyaddingtheweightsofsuchitemstothecraneloadsandslingforcesnotedabove,asTheumjointdeflectionsofthejacketjointsundereveryloadcasearelistedinAppendixF.SPRINGDetailedspringforcesarelistedinAppendixLIFTING
