inTheCity”对于”新加坡-南京生态科技岛首期市政景观设计”项目,我们认为”野趣入城”的前期设计思路是合适生态科技岛的可持续性发展理念及江心洲的本地环境特质,所以在本项目的设计概念将会该思路更进一步的延续,落实在道路景观设计的内容中。For

Nature完全野生的生态并一定能被现代人所接受,美的感受也会因为时空的不同,有不同的评价。在城市环境中,取得其平衡,需要有多重的方式及手法,进行考虑及调和。如何让野趣被感知,是我们认为是值得被注意的重点。所以本项目的设计概念以“融入自然”作为发想,让野趣可以被具体实现,让人群感受。Full

ofField如何让江心洲的自然被发掘,被触摸,应该从地方的既有自然或是产业环境去发掘,才能突显其特色。我们将新加坡-南京生态科技岛首期市政景观设计-道路景观的设计思路,分为三个不同的面向,给予设计方向。The

ofGrapefruit最为人所熟知,并且能充分反映在地文化、产业的是葡萄种植的相关产业。Grape

也是江心洲良好生态环境的母亲。Yangtze

Hierarchy首期开发区域范围内,北端主要是公共用地,南端主要是住宅用地,整个区域内绿地面积较少,且大部分绿带沿道路分部。In

the
public
land
mainlylocates

north
and
residential
onthe
south.
It
has

inthe
area
and
mostly
green
buffers
are
locatedalong
the
roads.优化:
Improvements此区域位于全岛中心区域,加强片区绿地景观设计,形成良好的景观效果,也使片区成为连接岛屿南北、东西的生态绿链。This
area
locates
inthe
core
area
of
the
island.

also
make
the
precinct
an
eco-green

wholeisland._设计区域DesignArea_現有土地使用分佈Current

USE土地使用分布目前设计范围内,用地的功能主要集中在产业用以二类居住用地、产业用地及产业居住混合用地,个别分布区域相对集中,但是居住区范围内的集中型绿地较少,
同时分隔长江及夹江,容易形成一个生态系统串连的沙漠。江心洲原有占耕地40%的葡萄园为依托,现有规划用地仍然保留洲首及洲尾的非城市建设用地(水域及农林用地)。在不调整现有用地规划的前提下,利用基础公共建设形成生态串连网络,是较经济可行的方式。
南北向贯穿两个主要用地类别的水道,具有可以形成特征区别明显的滨水绿带。In

farming

thecurrent
plan
seek
to
maintain
the
non-urban
construction
landof
the
top
and
bottom
of
the
island
(water
area,
farm
land
forestland).While
maintaining
the
current
land
plan,
utilizing
theinfrastructure
toform
aconnected
eco
network
iseconomicallyfeasible.
Thenorth-south
water
canal
that
crosses
the
twomain
function
areas
can
form
a
feature
waterfront
green

USE区域用地分析目前南北向的岛内主要道路为环岛西路及葡园路,东西向横跨的道路有纬七路及科技路。葡园路为串连非城市建设用地(水域及农林用地)的主要道路,
并且穿越岛中的核心区,成为可以一览江心洲全貌,从乡村到城市面貌的代表性道路。环岛西路沿长江南北布局,
沿线几乎均为非城市建设用地所,
具有形成蓝绿相间道路的潜力。Currently

Waternetwork江心洲全岛的水文系统错综复杂,有着多种不同的组成部分:水沟、灌溉水渠、大小不一的水塘和河道。现状水体数量多,面积大,但水质欠佳。The

analysis江心洲最主要的动物物种是鸟类,大约有69种鸟类停留栖息在岛上密林、农田、居民点等不同的环境中,其中有留鸟28种,候鸟39种,夏候鸟16种,冬候鸟15种,旅鸟8种。这些生物保持了长江洲岛之间的联系。The

果实是鸟类的食物_李属植物(紫叶李、樱花、梅花、碧桃)诱鸟类植物乔木是很多鸟类觅食的对象。香樟、垂柳、麻栎、
