recreation

residents

type

and

layout

will

play

an

important

role

in

defining

the

landscape

framework.Formal

street

tree

planting

along

the

north/south

streets

will

connect

to

the

urban

fabric

alongGuanguang

Road.

Informal

tree

drifts

along

the

east/west

roads

will

connect

the

surroundingnatural

environment

through

the

site.

Wide

sidewalks

along

the

north/south

roads

will

containsmall

landscape

buffers

which

separate

the

street

sidewalk

from

the

retail/residential

sidewalk.Along

the

east/west

streets,

the

wide

sidewalks

will

be

primarily

paved

with

informal

tree

driftsthat

allow

for

maximum

visibility

and

pedestrian

access

to

the

retail

storefronts.Informal

planting

and

undulating

berms

along

the

west

edge

of

the

project

will

visually

screenthe

high

speed

rail

and

provide

a

natural

backdrop

that

can

be

seen

throughout

the

site.

Asthis

open

space

area

enters

the

project

between

parcels

1

&

3

it

will

become

more

stylized

andopen

up

to

large

turf

areas

and

plazas.

This

linear

park

will

terminate

at

a

large

berm

featuring

anobservation

tower

that

will

be

a

sculptural

beacon

for

the

Creative

Indutry

Park.Landscape

berming

around

the

project

perimeter

will

borrow

from

the

adjacent

open

spaceto

help

visually

connect

the

project

with

its

context.

As

the

berms

enter

the

project

they

willtransition

into

streets

and

buildings

in

a

variety

of

different

ways.

Parcel

4,

the

ceremonial

heartof

the

project,

will

not

have

landscape

berms.

Retail

buildings

will

define

all

four

sides

andconnect

to

surrounding

parcels

with

plazas

and

raised

podiums.景观植栽将作为构建场地结构框架的重要工具。本项目的景观植栽策略将独特的广场和公园镶嵌于统一的街道景观框架中，并为本开发项目创造景观层级。街道乔木类型和布局在界定景观框架过程中扮演着重要角色。形式感强的街道乔木沿南北街道，将城市机理连接到观光路。沿东西道路自然形式的乔木组群将场地与周边的自然环境相连。沿南北街道宽广的人行步道包含小尺度缓冲景观，将靠近街道的人行空间从商业或住宅边界的人行道空间分离。沿着东西街道，宽广的人行道将主要以铺装和自然的乔木组群形式出现，可以最大化视线和通往零售商业的可达性。沿项目西侧边界，贯穿全场地的自然形式植栽和高低起伏的景观堆坡将在视觉上遮挡高速铁路，并提供葱绿的视觉背景。开放空间从介于地块1和地块3

的区域进入项目，这里的景观将作为设计感强烈的开放大面积草坪和广场。线性的公园空间将止于一个大型的景观堆坡，视线的尽端是一个景观瞭望塔，作为科技创新园雕塑性强的立体标识。环绕项目边界的景观堆坡将周边的开放空间从视觉上借鉴入场地，帮助将场地与周边相连。景观堆坡以多种方式带入到行地，并过度到街道建筑中。地块4，场地仪式感强烈的核心，是没有景观堆坡的。零售建筑将界定场地的四个边界，并将周边地块和广场以及抬升地库相连。SHENZHENHUAQIANGCREATIVE

Using

the

landscape

concept

of

merging

nature

with

city

the

streets

will

havetwo

distinct

typologies.

Streets

oriented

in

the

North/South

direction

will

evoke

a

formalcharacter

with

linear

allees

of

trees

framing

the

street.

Understory

planting

will

help

bufferpedestrians

from

the

adjacent

street

traffic.In

contrast

to

the

North/South

streets

that

maintain

a

formal

urban

character,

the

East/Weststreets

will

borrow

from

the

informality

of

the

adjacent

forest

area

to

create

drifts

of

treesthat

frame

the

street

and

enhance

pedestrian

connectivity

from

both

sides

of

the

street.Framing

the

southern

edge

of

the

project

is

Guanguang

Road,

which

uses

trees

to

split

thewide

sidewalk

into

a

bike

lane

adjacent

to

the

street,

and

a

pedestrian

thoroughfare

alongthe

project’s

property

line.街道景观将为整个项目行人的体验创造起到重要角色。使用融合自然和城市的景观理念，项目的街道将拥有两个截然不同的类型。南北走向的街道通过线型树列引出形式感强的街道构架。下层植被将帮助行人缓冲相邻街道上的车流。与南北走向道路形式感强烈的特点相反，东西走向的道路借以相邻森林区的自然有机形式，创造出流线状的树簇，界定街道空间的同时增强街道两边的人行链接。南侧构架出项目边界的观光路，乔木被用来分开宽广的人行步道，在临街处创造出自行车道，以及沿项目红线的主要人行通道。SHENZHENHUAQIANGCREATIVE

curvilinear

path

system

providesresidents

a

variety

of

experiences

all

within

a

relatively

small

space.Informal

tree

massing

helps

establish

individual

garden

rooms

while

preserving

viewcorridors

to

the

adjacent

city

park

and

mountains

beyond.

Broad

leaf

evergreen

canopytrees

and

flowering

trees

will

provide

shade

and

a

sense

of

seasonality

for

the

nearbyresidents.源于中国古典园林的精髓，景观设计如同回廊般庭院构建出的景观一层层展现而出，而非一次性呈现。住宅区花园使用交错的弧形步道创造出一系列花园空间，为周边居民你提供座位，玩耍以及活动空间。弧形的步行系统为居民在相对较小的空间内提供变化的体验。不规则乔木体块帮助构建单独的花园空间，同时留存望向相邻城市公园和远处青山的视线廊道。阔叶常青遮荫乔木和观花乔木为相邻居民提供遮荫和季节变化感。parcel
