党务工作者创先争优研讨文章目前,在全国各地揪起创先争优活动阵阵热潮的大背景下,如何围绕“推动科学发展、促进社会和谐、服务人民群众、加强基层组织”的活动目标深入开展创先争优活动,成为一个重要课题。笔者认为,深入开展创先争优活动要抓好五个方面的工作。抓好宣传引导,营造活动开展氛围除了抓好横幅、标语、电视、网络等传统方式的宣传外,还要采取一些基层党员群众喜闻乐道的宣传方式,让大家能够更直观、更主动的接受创先争优活动。比如重用大学生村官为创先争优活动指导员,向党员群众宣传创先争优知识;编发创先争优活动简报,及时迅速刊发活动涌现出来的先进典型和经验;印制活动宣传小卡片递送到党员群众手,让他们足不出户就能知晓相关知识;在电视、网络上开设专栏,及时将央、省、市、县创先争优活动的工作动态向党员群众播报;组成创先争优宣讲团,深入基层组织授课讲解。要力争以多种方式的宣传,将创先争优活动全方位的渗透到党员群众的生活,入心入脑。抓好活动载体,强化活动运行支撑创先争优的活动载体搞好了,创先争优就搞好了一大半。可以借鉴学践活动的成功经验和有效做法,精心设计和不断创新活动载体,要将活动载体细化,制订具体的Unit5Whatwereyoudoingwhentherainstorm
