，按《JGJ18-2003》操作规程严格执行。f.constructionoffencemasonrywasinspectedstrictlyinaccordancewiththenationalcodeGB50203-2002.围墙砌筑按《GB50203-2002》严格把关。g.roadpipeembedmentandcatchbasinmasonrywasinspectedstrictlyinaccordancewiththenationalcodeGB50242-2002.道路管道埋设，窨井砌筑安装按《GB50242-2002》规范要求严格把关。h.constructionofeastandnorthroadconcretepouringwasstrictlyinspectedinaccordancewiththenationalcodeGB50204-2002.东、北面道路砼浇筑施工按《GB50204-2002》规范要求严格把关。i.qualityissues:存在的质量问题如下：Duringweldingforpileextension,issuessuchaspilecenterout-of-vertical,imperfectweld,incomplianceofwindpreventionmeasures,weldbubble,undesirableweldheightandwidthhavebeencorrected.接桩焊接时桩中心不垂直，焊缝不饱满，挡风措施不符合要求，焊缝存在气泡，焊缝堆高加宽不符合要求，经指出后已整改。Duringconcretepouringforsouthroad,partialcloseoutworkwasnotdoneintimeandthesurfacecoursehaspitteddefectsandhoneycombdefects.Suchdefectshavebeencorrected.北面道路砼浇筑局部收头不及时，面层麻面蜂窝，经指出后已整改。Workquantityandprogresspayment工程计量与工程款支付1、workquantityreview:工程量审核情况2、progresspaymentapprovalandmonthlypayment:工程款审批情况及月支付情况Othercontractissues合同其它事项的处理情况1、change:工程变更2、delay:工程延期3、claim:费用索赔ConstructionSupervisionSummary本月监理工作小结1．Summaryofschedule,quality,safetyandpaymentforthismonth本月进度质量、安全工程款支付等方面的综合评价1）100%ofschedulewascompleted.本月进度按合同工期顺利完成。2）alloftheworkquantitiessubjecttotheacceptanceofthesupervisioncompanywereacceptable.本月经监理验收的工程量全部合格。3）noqualityandsafetyaccidentsoccurred.本月无质量、安全事故。2．Summaryofconstructionsupervisionforthismonth本月监理工作情况1）7supervisionpersonnelwereonsiteforthismonth:本月上岗监理人员7名,具体如下：Chiefsupervisionengineer:总监：Representativechiefsupervisionengineer:总监代表：Civilconstructionsupervisionengineer:土建监理工程师：Safetysupervisor:安全员：secretary:资料员：2）CodeforSupervisionofConstructionProjectwasfollowedduringconstructionsupervision依据《建设工程监理规范》开展工作。a.requesttheconstructioncontractortocollectandsortouttherelateddocumentsandmaketherelatedtaking-overworksproperlydoneaftertheconstructionofengineeringpile,fenceandroadwascompleted.对本月工程桩、围墙、道路施工，要求施工单位在施工完成后抓紧归类整理工程资料，做好工程实物、工程资料的移交。b.instructtheconstructioncontractortodismantlethemobilizedequipmentandmachinesaccordingtotherelatedregulationsandmakethemsafelywithdrawfromthejobsite.对进场的设备、机具指令施工单位按有关规定进行拆除，安全出场。c.witnessthesamplingforvariousbuildingmaterialmobilizedaspertherelatedregulationsandsendthesamplestotherelatedtestauthority.Nounacceptableproductsareallowedonthejobsite.对进场的各种建筑材料按相关规定进行见证取样送检，杜绝不合格产品。e.conduct24hours＇patrolsupervisiononsitefortubularpilepenetrationaccordingtothesupervisionregulationsandmakerecordsforsuchdataaspilepenetrationpressure,piletopelevation,weldingqualityandpiledrivingdepth.对现场施工管桩沉桩进行24小时巡视旁站，按监理细则要求进行检查。对沉桩压力、桩顶标高、焊接质量、入土深度等逐项记录相关数据。f.conductpatrolsupervisionatregular/irregularintervalsonsiteforroadconstructionaccordingtotherelatedcodes,andmakerecordsfordatarelatedtopipeembedment,catchbasinmasonry,blockandcrushedstonebackfillingandleveling,compacting,concretepouring,roadelevationandwaterflowingslopeandaspect.对道路工程施工进行定期、不定期巡视旁站，按规范要求进行检查。对管道埋设、窨井砌筑、块石碎石回填平整、碾压、砼浇筑、路面标高、流水坡向坡度等逐项记录相关数据。g.timelycommunicatewiththeowner,PMCandconstructioncontractorforopenissuesandurgetheconstructioncontractortotakecorrectiveaction.Through3siteroutinemeetings,7supervisionworkmemos,1safetysupervisionworkmemo,1supervisionengineernoticeand1safetysupervisionengineernotice,wehaveurgedtheconstructioncontractortotakecorrectiveactionfortheworksinwhichqualitydefectsareexisted.Priortotheconstructionofeachwork,requesttheconstructioncontractortocarryouttechnicalbriefingandsafetyrequirementsbriefingforitseveryemployeetorealize“zeroqualityandsafetyaccident“target.对存在的问题及时与业主、管理公司、施工方沟通，督促整改，本月通过三次工地例会、七份监理工作联系单、一份安全监理工作联系单，一份监理工程师通知单，一份安全监理工程师通知单督促施工单位对有质量缺陷的分项工程按验收规范要求进行整改，对每个分项工程实施前一定要对每位员工进行清楚的技术交底和安全交底，以达到工程无质量事故和无安全事故的目的。h.urgethegeneralcontractortosubmittherelatedqualificationdocumenttothesupervisioncompanyforapproval,topreparethevariousschemes,specialtyschemeandconstructionorganizationplanandsubmitthesametothesupervisioncompanyforapproval.督促总包在进场后提交资质资格资料到监理部审查，抓紧编制各方案，专项方案、施工组织设计提交监理审查。i.coordinateandwitnessthemechanicalconstructioncompanytotakeoverthereferencepoint,connectionforwaterandpowersourceaswellastheroadtothegeneralcontractor.沟通、见证机施公司与总包进行基准控制点、水、电、道路的移交工作。j.reviewtheconstructionorganizationplanandconstructionschemeprovidedbythegeneralcontractor.审查总包提交的施组设计、施工方案。k.acquaintitselfwiththeconstructiondrawingsandattendthedesignrequirementbriefingmeetinganddrawingreviewmeeting.熟悉施工图纸，参加设计交底及图纸会审。l.urgethegeneralcontractortomakepre-constructionpreparationtorealizethat:a.thewholeprojectwillreachthestandardforhygieneandstandardconstructionsiteasspecifiedinthecontract;b.theprojectqualitywillreachthestandardfor“baiyulan”prize;c.theconstructionwillbeproceedwithsmoothlyandonschedule.督促总包抓紧前期施工准备工作的进行，争取工程按合同要求达文明标化工地，质量达“白玉兰”奖，如期顺利施工。3．Emphasistobeputfornextwork下月工作重点1）inspectionandacceptancetobeconductedwhenthemobilizedequipmentaccessingthejobsite,samplingwitnessofthemobilizedmaterialandsendingthesampletotherelatedtestauthorityandthesafetyeducationofmobilizedpersonnel.设备进场检测验收，材料进场见证取样送检，人员进场的安全教育是工作重点。2）groundpitprotection:8soil-cementmixedpiledriversand1SMWpilingmachinewillbeusedfortwoshiftsperday.基坑围护，8台水泥土搅拌桩机，1台SMW工法桩机施工每天实行两班倒连续施工，工期紧、工作量大，是重要工作控制点。3）dewateringwork,earthwork,groundpitprotectionandsupportingwork.降水工程、土方开挖工程、基坑支护工程的施工，工作量大、工期紧、时间长，连续施工，是重要工作控制点。4）pilefoundationacceptancebyitems,measurementofpiletopelevationandpilepositiondeviation.桩基分项验收，桩顶标高，桩位偏差的实侧实量，是重点工作。5）foundationcap,beamandcolumnrebarwork,formwork,concretepouringandvibrating.基础承台、梁、柱钢筋工程、模板工程、砼浇捣工程的施工，工期紧，任务重，标高、几何尺寸精度控制，是重要工作控制点。6）insummary,weneedtoassisttheownerandPMCinfollowingworks:重点控制工作多，工作量大，且工期紧，为此要协助业主、管理公司督促施工单位做好如下工作：anizepowerfulmanagementteamandrequestthevarioussubcontractorstofollowtherelatedcodesandregulat
