鉴于:WHEREAS:甲方酒店大楼外墙需要进行幕墙装饰施工,委托乙方进行幕墙工程设计;乙方具有幕墙工程的设计资质和技术能力,愿意承担本工程的设计;经双方协商一致,同意甲方委托乙方承担酒店项目幕墙工程设计工作,根据《中华人民共和国合同法》、《建筑工程勘察设计管理条例》,国家及有关建设工程勘察设计管理法规和规章,签订本合同。OutsidewallofpartyA’shoteltowerneedtobemadeconstructionofcurtainwallengineeringforwhichherebyconsignpartyBtoassumethedesignationhereof;PartyBwhichhavethedesignauthorizationandtechnicalcapacityofcurtainwallengineeringiswillingtoassumethedesignationhereof.NOWTHEREFORETHISCONTRACTWITNESSESthatitisherebymutuallyconsentedandagreedbyandbetweenthepartiesheretoasfollows:partyAwillconsignpartyBtoassumetheworksofcurtainwallofhoteltower,inaccordancewithTheContractLawofthePeople’sRepublicofChina,ManagementRegulationsofInvestigationandDesigninConstructionEngineeringinadditiontoNationalandlocalrulesandregulationsonManagementRegulationsofInvestigationandDesigninConstructionEngineering,makeandenterintothiscontract.

设计依据和国家技术标准ArticleTwo
BasisandTechnicalStandardofDesign1、设计依据
DesignBasis甲方交付给乙方的设计委托书或中标函和有关资料和文件。LetterofDesignAssignmentorLetterofAcceptanceprovidedbypartyAtopartyBandotherrelatedinformationanddocuments,whicharesubmittedbythePartyA.
乙方投标时提交的幕墙的设计方案。DesignSchemeofCurtainWallwhichissubmittedbypartyBatthetimeofbidding.
本合同规定的设计质量严格执行以下现行版的中华人民共和国技术法规、标准规范及其引用的规范性文件的要求,如下述技术标准.法规文件要求有不一致的地方,则以较严格者为准。Thequalityofdesignhereofwillstrictlyperformtherequirementsoffollowingcurrenteditionofnationaltechnicalrules,standards,codesandcitednormativedocuments,whereanydifferenceorconsistencebetweenfollowingtechnicalstandardsandstatutethestrictershallprevail.

设计要求
ArticleFour
RequirementforDesign1、
从选材、确定幕墙形式、结构、保温隔热设计等多方面进行详细、周密的研究和设计,严格按照国家现行节能设计规范的相关要求,确保设计环保与节能的幕墙。Thedetailedstudyanddesignwillcovervarioussubjectsincludingmaterialsselection,determinationofcurtainwall‘sform,structureandthermalinsulationdesign,andothers,instrictaccordancewithState’scurrentenergysavingdesignspecificationstoensuredesignofthecurtainwallwithadvantagesofenvironmentalprotectionandenergysaving.
2、以建筑图纸及招标的幕墙图纸为基础进行深化和优化,重视原有的立面效果,力求造型美观、搭配协调、色彩和谐,最大程度地实现建筑师的设计理念;工艺考虑通过先进的设备加工、组装而成。

第七条
设计费用ArticleSeven
DesignCost甲方应向乙方支付本合同项目的设计费为

第八条设计费的支付方式ArticleEight

第九条双方责任ArticleNine
ResponsibilitiesofPartiesHereto1、甲方责任ResponsibilitiesofPartyA甲方按本合同第五条规定,在规定的时间内向设计人提交基础资料及文件,并对其完整性、正确性及时限负责。甲方不得要求乙方违反国家有关标准进行设计。如果甲方提交上述资料及文件超过规定期限,乙方按本合同第六条规定的交付设计文件时间顺延。PartyAshould,withinspecifiedperiodhereinunderthestipulationofArticlefive,submitthebasicdataanddocuments,andliableforcompleteness,accuracyandtimelimitthereof.PartyAshallnotrequirePartyBtoconductdesigninviolationofrelevantnationalstandards.IntheeventthatpartyAdelaytosubmitthedataanddocumentsaforesaid,thetimeofsubmissionofdesigndocument’sdeliverybypartyBunderArticleSixhereofshallbeextendedaccordingly.
如果甲方变更委托设计项目、规模、条件或因提交的资料错误,或所提交资料作全套修改,以致造成乙方设计返工时,双方除另行协商签订补充协议、重新明确有关条款外,甲方应按乙方所耗工作量给予补偿。IncaseofpartyB’sre-workondesignwhichrisingoutoforinconsequenceofpartyA’salterationofconsignationproject,scale,conditionsorerrorsofsubmitteddata,orfullamendmentofsubmitteddata,partiesheretoshouldconcludesupplementagreementinadditiontomakecompensationbypartyAfortheworkloadwhichhavebeenundertakenbypartyB.
在合同履行期间,甲方要求终止或解除合同,乙方未开始设计工作的,不退还已付的定金;已开始设计工作的,甲方应根据乙方已进行的实际工作量,不足一半时,按该阶段设计费的一半支付;超过一半时,该阶段设计费应予全部支付。DuringtheperformanceofcontractincasethatpartyArequiretoterminateorrelievethiscontract,if,partyBhavenotcommenceddesignwork,theearnestmoneypaidbypartyAshallnotberefund;if,designworkofpartyBhavecommencedprovidethatnotreachhalfofcontractedwork,partyAshouldinlightofpartyB’sactualquantityofworkmakehalfofdesigncost;if,partyB’sworkquantityoverhalf,totalcostofthatstageshouldbemadepaymenttopartyB.
甲方应按本合同规定的金额和日期向乙方支付设计费,逾期支付的,每天承担应支付金额百分之一的违约金。如果甲方支付逾期超过30天以上时,乙方有权暂停履行下阶段工作,并书面通知甲方。甲方或其他审批单位对设计文件不审批或本合同项目暂停缓建,甲方均应支付应付的设计费。PartyAshouldaspertheamountanddatestipulatedhereofeffectthedesignpaymenttopartyB,if,overduepayment,shouldassumeliquidateddamagesof1%ofoverdueamount,whereandtotheextentthatpartyA’soverduetimeexceed30days,partyBisentitletosuspendtheperformanceofnextstage’sworkandgivewrittennoticetopartyA.RegardlessofweatherfailureofapprovalbypartyAand/orothercompetentauthorities,orsuspensionofthisproject,partyAshouldeffectthepaymentofdesignduetopartyB.
甲方要求乙方在合同规定时间提前交付设计文件时,须征得乙方同意,不得严重背离合理设计周期,且甲方应给予补偿。ProvidedthatifpartyArequirepartyBtomakedeliveryofdesigndocumentsinadvancethetimewhichisspecifiedherein,shouldgetpartyB’sconsentandsubjecttowithoutseriousdeviationfromthereasonableperiodfordesignworks,forwhichpartyAshouldmakecompensationthereoftopartyB.
甲方应为乙方派驻现场的工作人员提供工作、生活及交通等方面的便利条件及必要的劳动保护装备。PartyAshouldprovidepartyB’sstaffon-sitewiththeconvenientconditionsofwork,lifeandcommunicationinadditiontonecessaryprotectionequipmentforwork.
2、乙方责任ResponsibilitiesofPartyB乙方应按国家规定和合同约定的技术规范标准进行设计,按本合同第六条规定的内容、时间及份数向甲方交付设计文件,并对提交的设计文件的质量负责。PartyBshould,inaccordancewithState’stechnicalstandardsandcodeandstipulationhereofcarryoutdesignwork,andasperthespecifiedcontent,timeandcopynumbermakedeliveryofdesigndocumentstopartyA,andshallberesponsibleforthequalityofitsdesigndocuments.
乙方对设计文件出现的遗漏或错误负责修改或补充并负责对设计资料进行审查,负责该合同项目的设计联络工作。乙方交付设计文件后,应参加甲方组织的有关单位/部门的设计审查,并根据审查结论负责不超出原定范围的内容做必要调整补充。PartyBshallberesponsiblefortheamendmentorsupplementtoanyomissionormistakeofthedesigndocumentinadditiontoinspectionofdesigndocumentandliaisonworktherewith.PartyBshould,upondeliveryofdesigndocument,takepartintheexaminationbycompetentauthority,whichisorganizedbypartyA,andmakenecessaryadjustmentsandsupplementstothedocumentsinaccordancewiththeexaminationconclusionwithintheoriginalscopehereof.
合同生效后,如果乙方要求终止或解除合同,乙方应赔偿甲方十万元人民币。如果由于乙方原因,延误了设计文件交付时间,每延误一天,应减收该项目应收设计费的百分之一。ProvidedthatpartyBrequiretheterminationorcancellationofcontractaftercontractcomeintoforceandeffective,partyBshouldmakecompensationofOneHundredThousandsRMBtopartyA.WhereduetopartyB’sreasonthedelayofdeliveringdesigndocument,thereductionof1%ofdesigncostwillbemakeforeachdelayedday.
乙方派专人长期驻施工现场进行配合与解决有关问题,协助甲方招标及签订施工合同;
供给工程需要的详图;
指导施工,解释图纸和协助解决技术上的疑难问题。双方应另行签订技术咨询服务合同。PartyBshoulddispatchtechnicalpersonneltostaylongonconstructionsiteforcoordinationandsettlementofproblemconcerned,assistpartyAforbiddingandconcludingexecutioncontract,supplydetaildrawingswhicharenecessaryforconstruction,directexecution,explaindrawingsandhelptoresolvedifficult/ambiguousproblemontechnique.
第十条保密ArticleTen
Confidentiality双方均应保护对方的知识产权,未经对方同意,任何一方均不得对对方的资料及文件擅自修改、复制或向第三人转让或用于本合同项目外的项目。如发生以上情况,泄密方应承担一切由此引起的后果并承担赔偿责任。Anypartyshouldprotectopposite’sintellectualproperties,withoutpriorwrittenconsentoftheparty,cannotmakeamendment,copythereofinitsinitiativeand/ortransferorusefortheprojectbeyondthesamehereof.Providedthatsuchmatteroccurs,thedisclosingpartyshouldassumetheconsequencesarisingoutorrelatingtoitsdisclosureandundertaketheliabilityofcompensation.
第十一条
争议ArticleEleven
Disputes双方均同意,若本协议发生任何争议,双方将尽其最大努力通过友好协商解决。若协商不成,任何一方可将争端提交至中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会上海分会,按照申请仲裁时该会现行有效的仲裁规则进行仲裁。仲裁裁决是终局的,对双方均有约束力。Partiesheretoagreethatinthecaseofanydispute,theywillusetheirbesteffortstosolvealldifferencesamicablybynegotiation.IfnosettlementcanbereachedbynegotiationeitherpartymaysubmitsuchdisputetoChinaInternationalEconomicandTradeArbitrationCommissionforarbitrationinaccordancewithitsarbitrationrulesthenineffect.Thearbitrationawardwillbefinalandbindinguponbothparties.
第十二条
合同生效及其他ArticleTwelveContractEffectivenessandMiscellaneous本工程项目设计中,乙方不得指定建筑材料、设备的生产厂或供货商。甲方需要乙方配合建筑材料、设备的加工订货时,所需费用由甲方承担。NomanufacturerorsupplierofconstructingmaterialsorequipmentshallbedesignatedbypartyBinprojectdesign.Ifnecessity,partyBisneededtocooperatetheprocessing/purchasethereof,forwhichtheexpensewillbeonpartyA’saccount.
双方认可的来往传真、函件、会议纪要等,均为合同的组成部分,与本合同具有同等法律效力。未尽事宜,经双方协商一致,签订补充协议,补充协议与本合同具有同等效力。Allfaxes,lettersandmeetingminutesandother,whichhavebeenconfirmedbypartiesheretoarethecomponentsofthiscontractandhaveequalvalidityherewith.Anyoutstandingissuemaybeagreedbymutualnegotiationandenterintosupplementagreementwhichhaveequalforcetothiscontract.
如因不可抗力致使乙方不能按期完成项目,乙方不负违约责任。但乙方应在合理的时间内向甲方报告所发生的不可抗力并提供有关政府部门的证明文件。PartyBisnotliableforfailuretoperformtheobligationsifsuchfailureisasaresultofForceMajeure.However,PartyBshalltimelynotifyPartyAoftheoccurrenceofForceMajeureandprovidethesupportingdocumentsofrelevantgovernmentauthorities.
本合同双方签字盖章之日起生效,双方履行完合同规定的义务后,本合同即行终止。本合同一式两份,甲乙双方各执一份。Thiscontractwillcomeintoforceandeffectivenessonandfromthedateofsignatureandsealing,andwillterminatevalidityafterfulfillmentoftheobligationshereofbypartieshereto.Thiscontractismadeintotwocopies,eachpartyholdonecopyrespectively.

单元式幕墙公母槽的对插构造完全靠胶条来实现其水密、气密性能和结构传力。Watertightness,airtightnessandstructuralforcetransfershallberealizedforswappingstructureofmaleandfemalechannelsofunitizedcurtainwallbyglue.
合理选用不同硬度不同压缩量的胶条,在公母槽外侧选用较低硬度较大压缩量的胶条以确保槽口的始终密封,从而保证幕墙的水密、气密性能;而在公母槽内侧则选用较高硬度较小压缩量的胶条以确保公母槽结构的传力,使公母槽的配合紧密组合受力,同时可消除铝合金立柱直接接触产生的噪音。Ithastoselectgluewithdifferenthardnessandcompressionreasonably.Gluewithsmallhardnessandlargecompressionshallbeselectedinoutersideofmaleandfemalechannelstoguaranteenotchsealing,watertightnessandairtightnessforcurtainwall.Gluewithlargehardnessandlittlecompressionshallbeusedininnersideofmaleandfemalechannelstoguaranteeforcetransferofmaleandfemalechannels.Itcanguaranteefirmcombinationofmaleandfemalechannelsandeliminatenoisecausedbydirectcontactofaluminumalloycolumnsatthesametime.

防水设计WaterproofDesign本方案单元式幕墙根据等压腔原理、“堵”“排”结合及分层排放的思路进行深化设计。Deepeningdesigncanbedoneforunitizedcurtainwallshownintheschemeaccordingtoisobariccavityprinciple,combinedcaulkinganddrainageaswellaslayereddrainage.
由于本工程楼层较高,在较大风雨作用下时进入单元板块前腔的雨水增多,当上下单元板块雨水持续积聚,形成过大的水流极易造成排水不畅雨水倒灌的情况,大大增加了发生渗漏的可能性。因此,本方案通过设置批水胶条、防水胶皮、弹力海绵等“堵”“排”结合的措施,使单元板块的前、后腔形成多道连续不间断的防水屏障。而同时对于进入前、后腔的雨水,有组织的分层排到室外,整个排水路径清晰直接。Rainwaterwhichflowsintofrontcavityofunitizedboardincreasesundereffectofwindandstormduetohighfloorofbuilding.Penetrationpossibilityincreasesgreatlyduetounsmoothdrainageandcontinuousrainwateraccumulationofupperandlowerunitizedboards.Therefore,ithastotakemeasureswithcombinedcaulkinganddrainagesuchassettingglue,waterproofrubbersheetandelasticspongeforthescheme.Frontandrearcavitiesofunitizedboardshallformmultiplecontinuouswaterproofbarriers.Inthemeanwhile,rainwaterwhichflowstofrontandrearcavitiesshallbedrainedtooutsideinlayersforclearanddirectdrainageroute.
单元板“十字缝”封堵设计CaulkingDesignof
“CrossingJoint”
forUnitizedBoard在单元板块横向和竖向相接部位称为“十字缝”,它是单元式幕墙防水最为薄弱的地方之一,也是幕墙保证气密性能和水性能设计的一个难点。Transverseandverticalconnectorsofunitizedboardsarecalledas“crossingjoints”.Itisoneoftheweakestjobsforwaterprooftreatmentofunitizedcurtainwall.Itisalsoadesigndifficultyforcurtainwalltoguaranteeairtightnessandwaterproofperformance.
在两个单元板块水槽连接处施打密封胶,并在铝合金水槽料存水较多的的前腔加设防水胶皮,用于正面封堵及分层排水。Ithastobrushsealantintroughconnectorsof2unitizedboardsthensetwaterproofrubbersheetinfrontcavitywithalotofwaterinaluminumalloytroughforfrontcaulkingandlayereddrainage.
铝合金水槽和立柱相接处采用双道弹力海绵,用于封堵铝合金公母料和水槽料产生的空隙;铝合金托条间设置防水胶,用于防止雨水竖向聚集,导出室外。Doubleelasticspongesshallbesetinconnectorofaluminumalloytroughandcolumntocaulkgapbetweenaluminumalloymale&femalematerialsandtrough.Waterproofglueshallbesetinaluminumalloybrackettoavoidverticalrainwateraccumulationforouterdrainage.
3、幕墙分包的物理性能PhysicalPerformanceofCurtainWallSubcontracting根据《建筑幕墙》GB/T21086-2007,本幕墙工程的物理性能及其分级如下:PhysicalperformanceandgradationofcurtainwallengineeringareasfollowsaccordingtoCurtainWallofBuilding(GB/T21086-2007).
抗风压性能WindPressureResistance
幕墙的抗风压性能指标应根据幕墙所受的风荷载标准值Wk确定,且不应低于1.0KPa。Windpressureresistanceofcurtainwallshallbedeterminedaccordingtostandardwindload(Wk)bornbycurtainwall.Italsoshallbenotlessthan1.0KPa.
在风荷载标准值作用下,幕墙支承结构和面板的相对挠度和绝对挠度不应大于下表的要求。Relativeandabsolutedeflectionofbearingstructureandpanelofcurtainwallshallnotexceedvalueshowninfollowingformundereffectofstandardwindload.

根据《玻璃幕墙工程技术规范》JGJ102-2003的规定,玻璃幕墙的平面内变形性能,在抗震设计时按主体结构弹性层间位移角限值的3倍进行设计。Planardeformationperformanceofglasscurtainwallshallbedesignedaccordingto3timesofelasticlayereddisplacementanglelimitofmainstructureduringseismicdesignaccordingtoTechnicalSpecificationofGlassCurtainWallEngineering(JGJ102-2003).
本工程结构类型为框架-核心筒结构,高度171.7m,弹性层间位移限值为1/734.9,可知其3倍为1/245。Tductof3timesis1/166.7accordingto“TechnicalRegulationsforConcreteStructureofHigh-riseBuilding”(JGJ3-2002).
从上述分析计算可知:Fromaboveanalysis&calculationwecanseethat:综合以上,平面内变形性能和抗震要求设计指标为建筑幕墙层间位移角=1/245,性能等级均不低于国标2级。Insum,layereddisplacementangleofbuildingcurtainwallis1/245accordingtoplanardeformationperformanceandseismicrequirements.PerformancelevelalsoshallreachatleastGrade2accordingtonationalstandard.
4、性能保证措施PerformanceAssuranceMeasures从上述分析计算可知,相对普通建筑幕墙的平面内变形性能指标而言,本工程的平面内变形性能要求相当高,这对本工程的幕墙设计提出了一个全新的要求。针对这一特点,本方案的幕墙结构设计中采取了一系列提高平面内变形性能的措施。Fromaboveanalysis&calculationwecanseethattherearestrictrequirementsforplanardeformationperformancebycomparingwiththoseofordinarybuildingcurtainwall.Itcanproposeanewrequirementforcurtainwalldesign.Wewilltakeaseriesofmeasurestoenhanceplanardeformationperformanceforstructuraldesignofcurtainwallshownintheschemebyaimingtosuchcharacteristics.
本工程标准层层高为3700mm,即要求平面变位适应能力最大为15mm。本方案单元式幕墙采用横滑型方案,分别利用各个单元板块主梁之间的相对滑动和单元板块与支座之间的相对滑动去适应。Floorheightis4,500mmforstandardfloor.Thatis,themaximumplanardeflectionadaptationabilityis27mm.Asshowninthisscheme,transverseslidingschemeshallbeadoptedforunitizedcurtainwallforadaptationbyutilizingrelativeslidingbetweenmainbeamsofvariousunitizedboardsandrelativeslidingbetweenunitizedboardandbase.
采光顶和金属屋面的防雷设计应符合GB50057的有关规定,自身的防雷体系应和主体结构的防雷体系有可靠的连接。若采光顶和金属屋面或其部分构件按滚球法计算,不在建筑物接闪器保护范围之内,则此采光顶和金属屋面或其部分构件应按GB50057的要求装设接闪器,并与建筑物防雷引下线可靠连接。LightningprotectiondesignofdaylightingroofandmetallicroofshallmeetrelatedregulationsofGB50057.Itslightningprotectionsystemshallbeconnectedtothatofmainstructurereliably.TerminationsystemshallbeerectedfordaylightingroofandmetallicrooforothermembersaccordingtoGB50057requirementsiftheyarecalculatedaccordingtorollingballmethodoutofprotectionscopeofterminationsystemofbuildings.Terminationsystemalsoshallbeconnectedtolightningprotectiondownleadwireofbuildingreliably.
按《建筑防雷设计规范》GB50057-2000要求,本工程可按二类防雷进行设计。本方案用φ8mm钢绞线组成不大于10m*10m或8m*12m的避雷网格,φ8mm钢绞线伸出屋面200mm作为防雷接闪器,把整个采光顶全部保护起来。在避雷网格的最边缘与建筑物防雷引下线进行可靠连接以满足防雷要求。TheprojectcanbedesignedasClassIIlightningprotectionaccordingto“CodeforDesignofLightningProtectionofBuildings”(GB50057-2000).Asshowninthescheme,lightningarrestinggridofnotmorethan10m*10mor8m*12mconsistsofsteelstrandsofφ8mm.Steelstrandsofφ8mmshallprotrudeoutoftheroofby200mmaslightningprotectionterminationsystemtoprotecttheentiredaylightingroofcompletely.Rimoflightningarrestinggridalsoshallbeconnectedtolightningprotectiondownleadwireofbuildingreliablytomeetlightningprotectionrequirements.

防火设计FireproofDesign幕墙防火是幕墙设计的一重要组成部分。本工程招标文件要求建筑物耐火等级为一级,防火等级为一级。本工程根据《建筑设计防火规范》GB50016-2006和《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》GB50045-95(2005年版)的规定进行防火设计。Fireproofcurtainwallisanimportantcompositionforcurtainwalldesign.FireresistingratingisGradeIandfireprooflevelisGradeIforbuildingsaccordingtotenderdocuments.Fireproofdesignalsoshallbedonefortheprojectaccordingto“CodeforFireProtectionDesignofBuildings”(GB50016-2006)and“CodeforFireProtectionDesignofHigh-riseCivilBuildings”(GB50045-95)in2005.
幕墙层间防火设计:FireproofdesignbetweencurtainwallfloorsA)在幕墙与楼板之间,用1.5mm厚镀锌钢板设置总高度为850mm(从楼板底部起),防火率为2小时的带支撑防火隔层。Totalheightis1000mmforgalvanizedsteelsheetswiththicknessof1.5mmandfireresistinglimitisnotlessthan2hourbetweenfloorslabsofcurtainwall.Italsohastosetfireproofbarrierwithsupportwithfireproofrateof1hour.
B)在建筑图所示的内墙面及建筑物楼板间设置防火及安全隔热的层间塞及防烟填缝剂,且满足两小时防火时效,防止烟、火焰及热气的穿透。Layeredcaulkingforfireproofcontrolandsafetyheatinsulationandsmokecontrolcompoundshallbesetoninnerwallandfloorbuildingofbuildingshownindrawings.Ithastomeetrequirementsforfireproofperiodfor2hourstoavoidpenetrationofsmoke,flameandhotgas.
层间以1.5mm厚的连续镀锌钢板支撑,用密度不小于110kg/m3的防火岩棉密实填满楼层板和幕墙之间的所有空隙,且最小厚度不小于100mm;在防火矿棉的上方施打连续的防烟填缝胶,保证其完全不透烟。Layersshallbesupportedbycontinuousgalvanizedsteelsheetswiththicknessof1.5mm.Gapbetweenfloorslabandcurtainwallshallbecaulkedbyfireproofmineralwoolwithdensityofnotlessthan110kg/m3.Theminimumthicknessalsoshallbenotlessthan100mm.Continuoussmokecontrolcaulkingsealantalsoshallbebrushedabovefireproofmineralwooltoguaranteenosmokepenetration.
6、幕墙材料设计Chapter5DesignofCurtainWallMaterials幕墙材料设计依据:DesignBasisofCurtainWallMaterials
幕墙材料的选择是幕墙工程中极为重要的一环。它不仅是决定整个工程总造价的重要因素,而且关系到整个工程的寿命、档次、使用性能、外观效果。合理地使用材料至关重要,好的材料堆砌在一起并不一定能产生好的效果,只有科学地、合理地进行选择组合,才能同时保证并提高幕墙的安全性、先进性和经济性。因此,材料的选择应遵循以下几个原则:Selectionofcurtainwallmaterialsisthemostimportantlinkforcurtainwallengineering.Itisnotonlyanimportantfactortodeterminetotalcostoftheentireprojectbutalsoservicelife,grade,useperformanceandappearanceeffectoftheentireproject.Itiscrucialtousematerialsreasonablybecausehigh-qualitymaterialscannotbestockedtogetherforexcellenteffect.Theyonlycanbecombinedscientificallyandreasonablytoguaranteeandenhancesafety,advancementandeconomyofcurtainwallatthesametime.Therefore,materialsshallbeselectedaccordingtofollowingprinciples:
幕墙采光区域及活动区域是体现整体幕墙档次、性能、寿命及外观效果的重点部位,因此,此部位的材料选择为工程的重点投入部分,材料的外观颜色效果、热工性能及材质方面尽量选择最好的。Daylightingzoneandactivityzoneofcurtainwallareimportantpartstoembodygrade,performance,andservicelifeandappearanceeffectofcurtainwall.Therefore,materialsshallbeselectedasanemphasis.Itispreferredtoselectthebestappearancecolor,effect,thermodynamicperformanceandmaterialquality.

本工程主要材料说明:Introductiontomainmaterialsfortheproject
钢化玻璃强度设计值可达平板玻璃强度设计值的2.5~3.0倍,表中数值是按3倍取的;如达不到3倍,可按2.5倍取值,也可根据实测结果予以调整。Note:1)Designstrengthoftemperedglasscanreach2.5to3.0timesofthatofflatplateglass.Valueshownintheformis3timesofit.Italsocanbe2.5timesofitiffailingtoreach3times.Italsocanbeadjustedaccordingtomeasuredresult.
2)半钢化玻璃强度设计值可达平板玻璃强度设计值的1.6~2.0倍,表中数值实按2倍取的;如达不到2倍,可按1.6倍取值,也可根据实测结果予以调整。Designstrengthofhalfstrengthenedglasscanreach1.6to2.0timesofthatofflatplateglass.Valueshownintheformcanbedoubleofit.Itcanbe1.6timesofitiffailingtodouble.Italsocanbeadjustedaccordingtomeasuredresult.
本设计方案所有玻璃原片均要符合《平板玻璃》GB11614-2009的规定要求。所有玻璃不应含有裂纹,划痕,气泡,砂眼以及如硫化镍和其它导致有损外观及影响功能的有害物质,都不可加入在内。所有玻璃均为洁净,车切边缘不可有削边情况,及不带有缺口,凹口或槽口式边缘。所有玻璃加工外形尺寸,工艺和质量要求均按现行国家规范和招标文件执行,有不一致之处按较严格者执行。中空玻璃密封胶应使用认可的丁基热熔密封胶作第一道封密,此胶必须连续性贴着玻璃,以及结构胶作第二道封密。第一道封不可小过3mm深。第二道密封应将铝管完全覆盖,使之紧贴玻璃。铝管是己核准的专有铝合金类,内填干燥剂,而其银色阳极氧化面须与密封胶兼容。将铝管隐敝地安装在胶条内。中空玻璃技术性能不低于《中空玻璃》GB11944-2002的要求。镀膜玻璃要求膜层均匀分布,钢化玻璃需经过均质处理工艺。夹层玻璃应采用干法加工合成,其夹片应采用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB),夹层玻璃合片时应严格控制温、湿度。夹层玻璃技术性能不低于《建筑用安全玻璃
