Thesubcontractorsareresponsibleforstandardizedmanagementandmaintenanceofpublicfacilities,surroundingroadswithinfixedstorageyardortemporarysitetheyused,aswellastocaterforGeneralContractor’sstandardizedmanagementrequirements.

TemporaryWaterandPowerSupplyCoordination

GeneralContractorisinchargeofoverallplanningandimplementationfortemporarywaterandpowersupplydeploymentanddelivertechnicaldisclosuretosubcontractors.

Thesubcontractorsareinchargeofconfiguringfull-timetemporarywaterandpowersupplymanagerialpersonnel,whoshouldsubmittoGeneralContractor“Subcontractingusepowergeneralschedule”withinstipulatedperiod,aswellastosign“Temporarywaterandpowerusemanagementagreement”withGeneralContractorwithinoneweek.

Thesubcontractorshallsubmit“Useoftemporarypowersupplyapplication”toGeneralContractorProductionCoordinationDepartmentasperproductionrequirementsateachstageforapproval.

ThesubcontractorsareinchargeofsafetymanagementoftemporarywaterandpoweruseandacceptdailyinspectionfromGeneralContractor,aswellasrectifythediscoveredproblemsduringinspectionandmakereplyimmediately.

TemporaryFacilitiesCoordination

GeneralContractorisinchargeofoverallplanningandimplementationfortemporaryfacilities,formulatingusageallocationschemeanddelivertechnicaldisclosuretosubcontractors.

Thesubcontractorshallsubmit“Useoftemporaryfacilities(office,living)applicationsheet”toGeneralContractorProductionCoordinationDepartmentasperproductionrequirementsateachstageforapproval.

ThesubcontractorsareinchargeofmaintainandmanagetemporaryfacilitiesuseandacceptdailyinspectionfromGeneralContractor,aswellasrectifythediscoveredproblemsduringinspectionandmakereplyimmediately.

ThesubcontractorsareinchargeofapplyingoverallacceptanceandhandovertoGeneralContractoraftertemporaryfacilitiesusagecompleted.

MaterialandEquipmentMobilizationandDemobilizationCoordination

Thesubcontractorsshallsubmitdetailedmaterial,equipmentmobilizationapplicationscheduleinaccordancewithGeneralContractor’sconstructionprogresstoconfirmmaterial,equipmentname,specification,modelandmobilizationtime.

Thesubcontractorsareinchargeofmaterialmobilizationanddemobilization,whoshallpreparedocumentswhichinclude,butnotlimitedto,materialtype,transportationmode,qualityassurance,etc.aswellassubmit“Material/equipmentmobilizationanddemobilizationapplicationsheet”toGeneralContractorProductionCoordinationDepartmentforapproval.

ThesubcontractorsareinchargeofabidebyGeneralContractor’ssitematerialandequipmentmanagementsystem,pileupmobilizedmaterialandequipmentingoodorder,acceptdailyinspectionfromGeneralContractor,aswellasrectifythediscoveredproblemsduringinspectionandmakereplyimmediately.

VerticalTransportationCoordination

GeneralContractorisinchargeofoverallplanningandimplementationforverticaltransportationequipment,formulatingprojectverticaltransportationschemeanddelivertechnicaldisclosuretosubcontractors.

Thesubcontractorsshallsubmit“Subcontractverticaltransportationequipmentuseschedulesheet”toGeneralContractorforapproval.

Thesubcontractorshallsubmit“Useofverticaltransportationapplicationsheet”toGeneralContractorProductionCoordinationDepartmenteverydayasperdailyconstructiondemandforapproval.

GeneralContractorisinchargeofplanningallsubcontractors’verticaltransportationequipmentusesituationasawholeandformulatingandpublic“Dailyusedistributionsheetofverticaltransportationequipment”,aswellascoordinateandresolveemergentproblemsamongsubcontractorsforusingverticaltransportationequipment.

Thesubcontractorsareinchargeofconfigurefull-timestafftomanageverticaltransportationwithinsubcontractorsandcooperateGeneralContractortocoordinateandresolveemergentproblemsamongsubcontractorsforusingverticaltransportationequipment.

GeneralContractorisinchargeofarrangingverticaltransportationequipment’skeepandmaintenance,attachment,jackingtimereasonablyandgivetopublicitytimely.

PublicOperationPlatformCoordination

GeneralContractorisinchargeofformulatingoverallplanforpublicoperationplatformanddelivertechnicaldisclosuretosubcontractorsinaccordancewithcontractorganizationorentrustsubcontractorstoerect,dismantleandmaintainpublicoperationplatform.

Thesubcontractorshallsubmit“Dismantleofpublicoperationplatformapplicationsheet”toGeneralContractorProductionCoordinationDepartmentforapprovalduetotheneedofaltering,dismantlingplatform,dismantleshallbeconductedonlyafterobtainedtheapproval,whichcouldbeusedonlyafterinspectionandacceptanceofdismantlingandalteration.

GeneralContractorisinchargeofsupervisingpublicoperationplatform’susecondition,handlingmisusetimely.

PublicSecurityProtectionCoordination

GeneralContractorisinchargeofunifyingpublicsecuritystandardinaccordancewithcontractorganizationorentrustsubcontractorstofitwithpublicsecurityprotectionfacilities,aswellasdelivertechnicaldisclosuretosubcontractors.

GeneralContractorisinchargeofpublicsecurityprotectionandsupervisionwithinpublicarea,thesubcontractorsareresponsibleforsecurityprotectionandsupervisionwithinworkingface.

Thesubcontractorshallsubmit“Dismantleofpublicsecurityprotectionapplicationsheet”toGeneralContractorProductionCoordinationDepartmentforapprovalduetotheneedofaltering,dismantlingsafetyprotection,dismantleshallbeconductedonlyafterobtainedtheapproval,whichcouldbeusedonlyafterinspectionandacceptanceofdismantlingandalteration.

GeneralContractorisinchargeofmanagingsecurityprotectioninconstructionsiteasawhole,aswellasexecutesupervisionandacceptanceworksforsafetyprotectiondismantlingandalteration.

SiteElevationAxisCoordination

GeneralContractorisresponsibleforpreparingoverallsurveycontrolscheme,establishingLevel1planeandverticalcontrolnetwork,mainaxis,elevationcontrolnetworkswithinsitearea,aswellasmakeidentificationandcarryoutdailymaintenance,meanwhiledelivercontrolpointandcontrolaxisdisclosuretosubcontractors,finishhandoverworks.
