Theproceduretoturnoffthemachine

Uponreceivingtheswitchofforderoremergencystoporderonthemachine,pressthestopbuttonrightawaytostopthemachinefromoperatingandthenturnofftheelectricsourceinsidethecontrollingcabinet.

Followingtheproductionrequirementtofeedthemineevenly.Theeccentricdistanceofthefeedershouldnotbeadjusted

Cautiousaboutthemachineturnonandofforderandmakeproperdecisiononhowtohandlethesituation

Eachshiftmustfollowtherequirementandinspecttheconditionofthelubricatingoil,addthelubricatingoilasneeded

Theorewarehouseshouldbeclosedtopreventorefromdamagingthefeeder

Ifwood,metalandotherdebrisarefoundbeforetheyreachthefeeder,stopthefeederrightaway.Afterpickingupthewood,metalorotherdebris,turnonthemachinetoresumefeedingtheore.

Preparatoryworkbeforestartingthemachine

Checkwhetherthechuteofthecrushercontainsoreordebris

Checkwhetherthepartsareproperlylubricated,addlubricatingoilasnecessary

Checkwhetherthereisanythingthatpreventsthecrusherfromworkingproperly.Checkwhetherthesafetyprotectionshieldisstillvalidandthelightingsareingoodworkingcondition.Ifanythingfails,fixedtheproblemsfirstbeforestart.

Turnontheswitchofthecrusher,checktheindicatorlightandmetertoensurethattheyareworking.Makesurethatthechuteorefeederisproperlyworking.

StarttheMachine

Aftermakingsurethatthecrusherisabletostart,presstheswitchonbuttonontopofthecontrolcabinettoallowthecrushertobootup.

Afterthecrusherisbootupproperly,proceedwiththefollowingcheck:

Checkwhetherthereisanyabnormalsoundfromthecrusher

Checkwhetherthereisanypartorscrewthatisbecomingloose.Ifabnormalsituationisfind,stopthemachinerightawaytofixtheproblem

Checktheelectricvoltageandcurrenttoseewhethertheyarewithinthenormalworkinglimit

Afterensuringthecrusherisworkingproperly,startfeedingtheore

Feedtheoreevenly;controltheinputaround20–30MTperhours

StoptheMachine

Stopfeedingtheore

Waittillthecrusheremptyoutthecrushedorefirst,thenpressthestopbuttonabovethecontrolcabinettostopthecrusherfrommoving

Turnofftheswitchofthecrusherlocatedinsidethecontrolcabinet

Duringthecrushingprocess,ifthecrusherisblockedorisworkinginabnormalcondition,stopthemachinerightaway.Resolvetheproblemfirstthenstartthemachineagain.

Duringthecrushingprocess,donotobservethemachinefromthetopofthecrusher

Duringthecrushingprocess,donotperformanycleaningorrepairingtasks

Duringthecrushingprocess,donotinserthand(s)intotheorefeedingopeningofthecrushertospreadouttheore

Thecrusherisrunningatthebestperformancewhenitis2/3full.Adjusttheamountoforefeedintothecrushertoensurethatthecrusherisrunningatitsbestperformance.

Performthefollowingcheckbeforestartthemachine

Checkwhethertheoilinsidethedeceleratorisenoughandwhetherthescrewsinanypartsareloose

Checktheupperandlowerrollertoseewhethertheyareinworkingcondition,ensuringthattheself-aligningrolleraremovingfreely,andthebeltsareproperlyfastenedandconnected

Cleantherollersandunsurethereisnoobstaclethatwillpreventtherollerfromoperatingproperly

Checkandmakesurethattheinputandoutputorefunnelsarenotblocked

Donotoverloadthebeltconveyor.Beforestoptheconveyor,stopfeedingtheoreandwaittillalloreareemptedfromtheconveyor.

Everyshifthastochecktheequipmentonceevery15minutes

Checkthebearingandmotorofthedeceleratorandmakesuretheyareallworkingnormally.

Checkwhetherthebeltisstillinproperposition

Checkgearboxbearings,motorswhetheritisnormal

Checkwhetherthespacebetweentheheadandtailwheelsareblockedwithdebris,theconveyorbeltistearandtherollersarefunctioning

Checkwhetherthefunnelisblocked.Ifitisblocked,findoutthesourceoftheproblem;reporttheproblemtoresolvetheissue.

Performyourduty,aftertransporttherawmaterial,carryoutthesprayprocessrightawayanddelivertherawmaterialtothedesignatedpoint.

Ifthemachineismalfunctioningduringthecheckingprocess,donotinsertyourhandintothemachinetofixtheproblem.Stopthemachinefirstbeforeconductingtherepairprocedures.

Thebodyofthemachineandthetransmissionsystem

Checkwhetherthereisanypartorscrewthatisbecomingloose.Manholecover,materialinputdeviceisworkingproperly.

Checkwhetherthedeceleratorisfunctioningnormally,thespoonheadlooksnormal,thescrewsareproperlytightened

Checkwhetherthesafetyprotectiondeviceisworking,andwhetherthereisanythingthatpreventsthemachinefromfunctioningwell.

LubricatingSystem

Checkwhetherthelubricatingoilforthehollowshiftisinwithintherequirement,oilforthegearhasreachedtherequiredlevel

Checkwhethertheoilforthedeceleratoriswithintherequirement,whetherthelubricatingoilisstillclean

Motor

Isthelowvoltagecabinetfunctioningwell?Isthesignalandmeterfunctioningasrequired?

Isthewiringworkingproperly?Isthereenoughgreaseforthebearingofthemotor?Istheminebrushingconditionlooksnormal?

Tostartthemachine

Beforepressthestartbutton,makesurethereisnothingthatwillobstructthemachinefromfunctioningnormally.

Tostopthemachine

Beforepressthestopbutton,wait5to10minutestillthemachineemptiesthemine,andthenturnoffthepowersource.

Stopthemachineimmediatelyif:

5secondsafterstart,thefrequencysensitiverheostatoftheACcontactorisnotturnonoritisturnedonbuttheelectricmeterindicatesthatitisoverthelimitandthespeedoftherotationisnotnormal.

Themainbearingvibratestoomuchorthetemperatureofthemainbearingraisedmorethan60degreeanditcontinuestorise.

Thelining,humanorifice,rotatingpartsandotherconnectingboltsstarttobecomelooseorfalloff.

Thegrindingpartsorlinerstarttowearandtear.

Theotherpartsofthemill,suchasconnectingboltsbecomeloose,whichaffectstheproductiontooperatesafely.

RepairandMaintenance

Oilnozzleshouldbefilledonceineveryshift

Bigandsmallgearshouldbelubricatedonceineveryshift

Theoillevelofthedeceleratorshouldbecheckedonceineveryshift.Theoilshouldbefilledonceayear,theoilcontainershouldbecleanedandnewoilshouldbeaddedatleastonceevery2years.

Toincreasetheefficiencyofthedecelerator,thedeceleratorshouldbecheckedonceaweek,filledwithoilonceeveryyear,cleanedandreplacedwithnewoilonceevery2years.
