kitchenwindowhasbeenaviewofthathill.Thehillwas

afundamentalpartofmychildhoodlife;itwasthehub

ofsocialactivityforthechildrenofmystreet.Wespent

hourstherebuildingforts,sledding,andplayingtag.The

viewoutofmykitchenwindownowisverydifferent;itis

oneoftractorsanddumptruckstearingupthehill.When

thehillgoes,theneighborhoodwillnotbethesame.Itis

apieceofmychildhood.Itisavisualreminderofbeing

akid.Withoutthehill,mystreetwillbejustanotherpea
