功夫在平常
1.仔细做好备考
留学标准化考试的“功”也是下在平常。备考过程中不存在侥幸心理,不异想天开“天上掉高分”,而是一点一滴扎扎实实复习,全面提高自己的英语力量。考前1-2周合理进行模考,充分了解自己的备考成果。一旦考试充分把握自己的复习状况,对自己的考试结果有自信,那么考前焦虑、慌乱的状况就会大大削减。
2.保持良好的学习环境,调整学习节奏
一个舒适良好的学习环境,有利于考生仔细做好复习。没有了嘈杂吵闹的影响,考生能保持平和的心态。另外,讨论显示,人的大脑皮层有不同的分工,不同的刺激会引起大脑皮层不同的反应,假如人的大脑长期接受同一种信息刺激,就简单产生疲惫,留意力分散。所以不能长期学习某一项,而是要听说读写加单词,合理支配合理变化。

1.正确看待考试
托福标准化考试不是仅有一次机会,SAT考试一年有6次,托福考试几乎每个月都有2、3次。即使考试结果不好,还是有机会进行下一次考试。

2.摆脱“万一”心理
有的考生在考试前,往往问“老师,考试那天我万一生病怎么办?”“万一发挥失常怎么办?”考生应当摆脱这些消极的心理示意,而是多从正面来看待考试。
3.乐观的心理示意
考生要树立必胜的信念,多对自己说“我肯定能行”,“我肯定会考好”,“我肯定会超常发挥!”。多用这些乐观的心理示意鼓舞自己,时间长了就会形成思维习惯。
4.克服怯场心理
一旦发觉自己心里消失害怕的苗头,立刻要转移留意力,可以跟身边的同学伴侣聊一些轻松的话题,假如是在候考室,可以在脑子里回想口语段子,作文模板等。另外,还可以做几个深呼吸,平顺心情,把留意力集中在自己的呼吸上,把负面的想法排解在外。
