resistance).对建筑地基做出岩土(包括膨胀土)工程评价,并对基础类型、基础形式、基础埋深、地基处理、基坑支护、工程降水、建筑和结构措施、施工和维护以及不良地质作用的防治提出建议。Theinvestigationdepartmentshouldmakeengineeringevaluationforfoundationsoil(includingtheexpansivesoil).Suggestionsshouldbemadetothefoundationtype,groundtreatment,embeddeddepthoffoundation,internallybracedexcavationengineering,engineeringprecipitation,structuralmeasurementforconstructionandmaintenance,preventionandimprovementofunfavorablegeologicalconditions.3.1场地岩土层情况Thegeotechnicallayerconditions1)查明建筑物场地各层岩土的类型、深度、分布、工程特性和变化规律,分析和评价地基的稳定性、均匀性;提供完全完整的地基土物理力学性能指标,提供地基承载力特征值、桩端阻力特征值、桩侧阻力特征值等;在基坑开挖范围内,查明岩土分布,分层提供支护设计所需的抗剪强度指标。1)Thetypeofsoil,depthofeachlayer,distributionofdifferentlayers,specialengineeringpropertiesandvariationsmodelshouldbeinvestigated.Thestability,uniformityofthefoundationsoilshouldbeanalyzedandevaluated.Thecompletephysicalandmechanicalperformanceindexandcharacteristicvalueofsubsoilbearingcapacityshouldbeprovided.Thetipandshaftresistancecharacteristicvalueforpile,etcshouldbeprovided.Theshearingstrengthparametersofeachsoillayersshouldalsobeprovided.2)提供地基变形计算参数,预测建筑物的变形特征。2)Thefoundationdeformationcalculationparametersshouldbeprovidedandthedeformationrangeofthebuildingsshouldbeevaluated.3)查明不良地质作用的类型、成因、分布范围、发展趋势和危害程度,提出整治方案的建议。3)Thetypesandthecauses,distribution,developmenttrendandhazarddegreeofunfavorablegeologicaleffectshouldbeinvestigated.Suggestionsaboutpreventionandimprovementshouldbeprovidedinthemeantime.4)查明暗藏的河道、沟滨、墓穴、防空洞、孤石等对工程不利的埋藏物。4)Hiddenstreamchannel,groove,shoreland,grave,airraidshelterandboulderswhichareunfavorabletotheconstructionsshouldbechecked..5)膨胀岩土勘察还应包括:5)Thefollowingitemsshouldbeincludedintheinvestigationofexpansivesoil:①搜集当地降水量、蒸发力、气温、地温、干湿季节、干旱持续时间等气象资料,查明大气影响深度;调查当地建筑经验。①TheinformationaboutHYPERLINK"javascript:void(0);"rainfallHYPERLINK"javascript:void(0);"capacity,evaporativecapacity,airtemperature,HYPERLINK"javascript:void(0);"earthHYPERLINK"javascript:void(0);"temperature,wetanddryseason,thedroughtdurationetc;theat-mosphereinfluenceandthelocalconstructionexperience.②膨胀土的室内实验,除遵守《岩土工程勘察规范》第11章的规定外,尚应测定自由膨胀变形量和膨胀率、一定压力下的膨胀率、收缩变形量和收缩变形系数、膨胀力、胀缩变形量。根据土的自由膨胀率确定膨胀土的膨胀潜势等级,并结合室内分析试验的主要物理指标和胀缩指标划分膨胀土类型。②TheindoorexperimentofexpansivesoilmustmeasuretheunrestrictedexpansionHYPERLINK"javascript:void(0);"def-lectionofsoilandexpansionrate,expansionrateunderacertainpressure,shrinkagecoefficientanddeflection,expansionforceandexpansiondeformationbesidesrequirementinthe11thchapterof“Codeforinvestigationofgeotechnicalengineering”.Todetermin-etheexpansivepotentialoftheexpansivesoilbasedontheunrestrictedexpansiondefl-ection,andanalyzethetypeofexpansivesoilbasedontheindoorexperimentandanalysisofmainphysicalindexesandswell-shrinkindicators.3.2地下水情况Thegroundwaterconditions1)查明水文地质条件,提供地下水位及其变化幅度;提供设计使用年限内常年稳定水位、雨季平均水位情况。1)TofindoutHYPERLINK"javascript:void(0);"hydrogeololgyconditions,andprovidetheundergroundwaterlevelandamplitudeofvariation;toprovidethedataofstablegroundwaterlevel,averagegroundwaterlevelinwetseasonduringthedesignworklife.2)提出设计使用年限内防水设计水位和抗浮设计水位的建议值。2)Toprovidethegroundwaterlevelforwaterproofdesignandanti-floatingdesignduringthedesignworklife.3)判定地下水和土对建筑材料的腐蚀性。3)Toclassifygroundwaterandsoilcorrosionforbuildingmaterials.4)评价地下水对桩基设计和施工的影响。4)Toevaluatethegroundwaterinfluencetopilefoundationdesignandconstruction.5)提供地下水渗透性能等参数。5)Toprovideparameterssuchasgroundwaterpermeability.3.3场地和地基的地震效应Theseismiceffectonthesiteandfoundation1)根据国家批准准的地震动动参数区划划和有关的的规范,提提出拟建场场地的抗震震设防烈度度、设计基基本地震加加速度和设设计特征周周期分区。1)Accordiingttothhenaationnalggrounndmootionnparrametterzzoninngmaapanndthhereelevaantsstanddardss,thheseeismiicfoortifficattioninteensitty,ddesiggnbaasiceartthquaakeaaccellerattionofggrounndmootionnandddessigncharracteeristticpperioodoffgrooundmotiionoofthheprrojecctsiitesshoulldbeeprooposeed.2)划分场地地类别,划划分对抗震震有利、不不理或危险险的地段。2)Toclasssifyytheesittebyyfavvouraable,,unfaavourrableeandddanggerouusseectorrs.3)现场进行实测测土层剪切切波速试验验,场地覆覆盖层厚度度取值应满满足《建筑筑抗震设计计规范》的的相关要求求。3)Basedoonthhemeeasurredssoilsheaarwaavevveloccitytestt,tooasssignavaalueforgrouundccoverrthiickneesswhicchshhoulddmeeetthhereequirremenntsoofthhecoodefforsseismmicddesiggnoffbuiildinngs.4)场地土的液化化判别。4)Toclasssifytheliquuefacctionnofsofttsoiilsiinsiite.5)判别软弱土层层震陷的可可能性,并并评估其震震陷量。5)Toclasssifytheseissmicsubssidennceoofsooftssoilinssite,,anddtoasseesstthessettllemenntinnearrthquuake..3.3地基和和基础Founndatiionaandsubsooil1)根据本地区的的地基工程程经验,提提出基础形形式的建议议;至少包包括天然地地基、桩基基础、复合合地基等形形式的比较较。1)Accordiingttothheloocalengiineerringexpeeriennce,propposethefounndatiionttypeinclludinngthhecompparissonbbetweeensspreaadfooundaationn,piileffounddatioonanndcoompossitefounndatiion,andprovvideallkinddsoffparrametters..2)评价成桩(钻钻孔桩、预应力管管桩和预制制方桩等)的的可能性,论论证桩的施施工条件及及其对环境境的影响,对对设计、施施工应注意意事项提出出建议。2)Toevalluateetheeposssibiilityyofpileeconnstruuctioon(suuchaasdrrilliingppile)).Toeevaluuatethecondditioonanndimmpacttonenviironmmentduriingttheppileconsstrucctionn,thematttersneeddtobecconsiidereedduuringgdessignandconsstrucctionnshoouldbemmadecleaar.3.4基坑支支护Inteernalllybbraceedinnexccavattionengiineerring进行基坑工程的的勘察,提提供基坑开开挖的场地地条件、土土质条件和和工程条件件;提供基基坑处理方方式、计算算参数和支支护结构选选型的建议议;提出施施工方法和和施工中可可能遇到的的问题的防防治措施的的建议;论论证和评价价基坑开挖挖、降水对对邻近工程程、建筑物物和道路的的影响。Thegeootechhnicaalinnvesttigattionforexcaavatiionsshoulldbeeputtinttoefffectt,prroviddethheannalyssisaabouttsittecondditioonsfforeexcavvatinngthhefooundaationndittch;Topproviideffounddatioondiitchtreaatmenntmeethodd,anndpaarameeterssanddtyppeseelecttionsugggestiionfforrretaiininggstrructuure;Topputfforwaardppreveentioonanndimmprovvemenntsuuggesstionnsfoorthhepoossibblepprobllemsduriingtthecconsttructtion;;Arggumenntatiionandevalluatiionttheiimpacctonntheearooundbuilldinggsanndrooadsduriingttheffounddatioondiitchexcaavatiionaanprrecippitattion..3.5勘探孔孔深度及控控制性孔要要求Thedeptthanndreequirremenntsoofboorehooles勘探孔深度必须须满足勘察察规范、设设计、施工工和检测的的要求。测测量控制点点和具体坐坐标高程由由当地政府府提供。Thedeppthoofboorehoolesmusttmeeetthhereequirremenntsoofdeesignn,coonstrructiion,insppectiionaandootherrrellevanntcoodes..Theemeaasureementtconntrollpoiintsandspeccificccooordinnateelevvatioonshhoulddbeprovvideddbylocaalgoovernnmentt.控制性勘探孔数数量Thequanntitiiesoofcoontroolhooles选取勘探点总数数的1/3作为控制制性勘探点点。Thequanntitiiesoofcoontroolboorehoolesareonethirrdofftottalbborehholess.2)勘探孔深度要要求Therequuiremmentofbborehholessdeppth一般性勘探孔应应进入预计计桩端持力力层下不小小于3m,且不应小小于5m;Thereggularrborrehollesmmustbeddrilllednnoleesstthan3mdeeeperrthaanthheexxpecttedppilebearringlayeer.TThettotalldeppthoofonnereegulaarboorehoolesshouuldbbenoolesssthhan55m.控制性勘探孔的的深度应超超过地基变变形计算深深度以下22m,且不应小小于8m。Theconttrolboreeholeesmuustbbedrrilleedinntoaadeppth2mdeeeperrthaanthhetheooretiicalfounndatiionddeforrmatiionddepthh.Thhetootaldeptthoffoneeconntrollborrehollesiisnoolesssthhan88m.3)膨胀岩土勘探探点宜结合合地貌单元元和微地貌貌形态布置置,其数量量应比非膨膨胀岩土地地区适当增增加,其中中采取试样样的勘探点点不应少于于膨胀土区区域勘探点点的1/2;勘探点点的深度,除除应满足基基础埋深和和附加应力力的影响深深度外,尚尚应超过大大气影响深深度。3)TheborrehollesaarranngemeentiinexxpanssivesoillareeabaasedonttheHYPERLINK"javascript:void(0);"pphysiiognoomy,thequanntityyofboreeholeesinnexppansiivessoilareaashoouldbemmorethannthaatinnnonn-exppansiivessoilareaa,anndthhequuantiityoofsaampliing
bborehholessisnollessthann1/22oftotaalquuantiityoofboorehoolesineexpannsiveesoiilarrea;theboreeholeesdeepthshouuldbbedeeeperrthanntheeatmmosphhereinflluenccedeepthbesiidesmeettingttheeembedddeddeptthofffouundattionandtheinflluenccedeepthofaaddittionaalsttresss.3.6其它有有关事项Otheerittems1)当相邻勘探孔孔主要持力力层面坡度度和土性变变化较大或或其它异常常情况时,应应及时与GGDE沟通通,适当加加密勘探孔孔,并报业业主或其代代表批准后后实施。1)Whenthhereisaalarrgerunussualcirccumsttanceessuuchaasthhediifferrenceeofsurffacesloppeanndthhemaainbbeariingssoillayeerproppertiiesbbetweeenaadjaccentdrilllhooles,,theegeootechhnicaalinnvesttigattiondepaartmeentsshoulldtiimelyycommmuniicateewithhGDEEtoincrreaseetheedennsityyofboreeholeesanndinnformmownnersorttheirrreppreseentattivessforrapprrovallbefforeimpllemenntatiion.2)勘察单位位应根据现现场实际情情况,对建建筑物施工工阶段补充充勘察的可可能性、必必要性以及及涉及的工工作量提出出分析意见见。2)Thegeootechhnicaalinnvesttigattiondepaartmeentsshoulldannalyzzethhepoossibbilittyanndneecesssityaswwellasiinvollvinggworrkoffsuppplemeentarrygeeotecchniccaliinvesstigaationnbassedoonthheacctuallsittuatiion.3)在施工过过程中,勘勘察单位应应密切做好好现场配合合工作。3)Duringtheconsstrucctionn,thhegeeotecchniccaliinvesstigaationndeppartmmentmusttbecoopperattiveduriingssiteworkk.4)勘察单位位应依据本本技术任务务书制定勘勘探实施方方案,开钻钻前,勘探探点的准确确位置应征征得GDEE等有关方方的同意。4)Thegeottechnnicallinvvestiigatiionddeparrtmenntmuustssetooutttheiinvesstigaationnplaanbaasedontthistechhnicaalsppecifficattionbefooreiimpleementtatioon,aandttheaaccurrateposiitionnofboreeholeesmuustbbeaggreeddbyGDE..5)本技术要要求中所提提出的工作作内容为基基本要求,实实际的工作作内容必须须满足国家家和当地有有关规范和和标准的要要求,勘察察单位据此此可提出
