云阳县高阳镇集镇荣华社区移民安置小区综合帮扶项目计算软件名称及版本号:PAGEPAGE2一、工程概况云阳县高阳集镇玉石湾移民安置小区综合帮扶项目由消除房屋居住安全隐患、基础设施完善、环保设施完善、公共服务设施完善等四部分组成。本次设计为3号、4号人行步道结构设计。其中3号梯道桥长149.04m,宽3.5m;4号步道桥长72.8m,宽3.5m。1.1、上部结构设计1、3#人行步道桥跨结构布置为布跨为(12.0+16.0+12.0)m+(3×16.0)m钢筋混凝土现浇连续箱梁,截面为单箱单室,箱梁顶面宽3.5m,底宽2.5m,高1.0m,顶板厚0.22m,底板厚0.20m,腹板厚0.4米,翼缘板长0.5m,梁顶板平行。通过梁底楔形块、支座垫石和桥台盖梁调节横向坡度。2、4#人行步道桥桥跨结构均采用钢筋混凝土连续π型梁。π型梁高为0.8m,两侧腹板宽0.4m,中间顶板厚0.2m。步道共一联,布跨形式为9×8.0m。1.2、下部结构设计1、3#人行步道桥墩采用桩柱式桥墩,墩柱固结,柱径1.0m,桩径1.2m。其中,3号墩为过渡墩,采用盖梁柱式墩,柱径1.0m,桩径1.2m。桩基均采用嵌岩桩,嵌入中风化岩层不小于3倍桩径,且基底沙岩饱和抗压强度不得小于6.0MPa。桥台均采用轻型柱式台,桩基础,桩径为1.2m,嵌入中风化岩层不小于3倍桩径,且基底沙岩饱和抗压强度不得小于6.0MPa。2、4#人行步道桥桥墩采用桩柱式桥墩,墩梁固结,柱径0.6m,桩径0.8m。桩基均采用嵌岩桩,嵌入中风化岩层不小于3倍桩径,且基底沙岩饱和抗压强度不得小于6.0MPa。二、采用的规范及标准1、技术标准(1)设计荷载:人群荷载根据规范计算取值:4.625KPa;(2)地震基本设防烈度:6度;(3)桥面宽度:B=0.25m(栏杆)+3.0m(人行道)+0.25m(栏杆)=3.5m;(4)桥梁横坡:双向0.5%;(5)桥梁纵坡:5号人行梯道:1.1%;5号人行步道:0.3%(6)桥梁设计基准期:100年;(7)设计使用年限:50年;(8)设计安全等级:二级。(9)耐久性设计环境类别:Ⅰ类(温热地区的大气环境,与无侵蚀性的水或土接触的环境)(JTG3362-2018规范中分类)2、设计规范《公路桥涵设计通用规范》(JTGD60—2015)《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》(JTG3362—2018)《公路桥涵地基与基础设计规范》(JTGD3363—2019)《城市桥梁设计规范》(CJJ11—2011)《公路圬工桥涵设计规范》(JTGD61-2005)《城市桥梁抗震设计规范》(CJJ166—2011)《公路桥涵施工技术规范》(JTG/T3650-2020)《城市桥梁工程施工与质量验收规范》(CJJ2—2008)《钢筋混凝土用钢第1部分:热轧光圆钢筋》(GB1499.1-2008)《钢筋混凝土用钢第2部分:热轧带肋钢筋》(GB1499.2-2007)《钢筋混凝土用钢第3部分:钢筋焊接网》(GB1499.3-2010)《钢筋机械连接技术规程》(JGJ107—2010)《钢筋焊接及验收规程》(JGJ18—2012)三、上部结构计算3.1、3#人行步道桥3.1.1、人群荷载计算根据《城市人行天桥与人行地道技术规范》(CJJ69-95)3.1.3条计算:其中:L=16.0m;B=1.5m算得:W=4.625Kpa,取4.625Kpa3.1.2、主梁单元截面图1箱梁横断面截面为单箱单室,箱梁顶面宽3.5m,底宽2.5m,高1.0m,顶板厚0.22m,底板厚0.20m,腹板厚0.4米,翼缘板长0.5m,梁顶板平行。通过梁底楔形块、支座垫石和桥台盖梁调节横向坡度。3.1.3、主要设计计算参数(1)结构重力:混凝土容重取26KN/m3;(2)二期恒载:砼铺装:24KN/m3;(3)收缩徐变影响力:按设计规范取用,天数3650天;(4)人群荷载:4.625KN/m2(5)温度力:整体温差取+19℃、-23(6)风荷载:风荷载按《公路桥涵设计通用规范》(JTGD60-2015)4.3.7计算取用。(7)地震动峰值加速度:0.05g3.1.4、单元离散设计对人行桥做整体建模计算,计算采用Midas/Civil2020软件对全桥建立空间有限元模型,根据设计图纸中的结构布置、结构尺寸将全桥结构划分为50个单元。均按照梁单元考虑计算。其计算模型如下图所示。图2箱梁离散图3.1.5、计算结果1、抗弯承载力计算验算位置结果rMu
