鲍鱼壳功能羟基磷灰石微球的制备及鲍鱼壳有机无机质应用探究摘要
鲍鱼壳是一种天然的有机无机复合材料,具有优良的生物相容性和生物可降解性,在生物医学领域中被广泛应用。本研究首先通过热处理的方法制备出鲍鱼壳羟基磷灰石微球,利用FTIR、XRD等分析手段对其进行表征。实验结果表明,制得的羟基磷灰石微球表面能够吸附干细胞生长因子,具有良好的生物相容性和生物活性。其次,本研究利用鲍鱼壳的组成特点,采用酸解法制备鲍鱼壳有机无机复合材料,并采用SEM、XPS、TGA等测试手段对其进行表征。结果表明,鲍鱼壳的有机无机复合材料具有较高的生物相容性和生物降解性,同时可作为优良的载体材料,应用于纳米药物传递系统、骨修复材料等领域。本研究提供了制备鲍鱼壳羟基磷灰石微球和有机无机复合材料的新方法,深入探究了鲍鱼壳的应用前景。

Abstract
Abaloneshellisanaturalorganic-inorganiccompositematerialwithexcellentbiocompatibilityandbiodegradability,whichhasbeenwidelyusedinthebiomedicalfield.Inthisstudy,hydroxyapatitemicrosphereswerepreparedfromabaloneshellbythermaltreatment,andcharacterizedbyFTIR,XRDandotheranalyticaltechniques.Theresultsshowthatthehydroxyapatitemicrospherescanabsorbgrowthfactorsofstemcells,andhavegoodbiocompatibilityandbiologicalactivity.Secondly,theorganic-inorganiccompositematerialofabaloneshellwaspreparedbyacid-dissolvingmethod,andcharacterizedbySEM,XPS,TGAandothertestingmethods.Theresultsshowthattheorganic-inorganiccompositematerialofabaloneshellhashighbiocompatibilityandbiodegradability,andcanbeusedasanexcellentcarriermaterialfornanoscaledrugdeliverysystemsandbonerepairmaterials.Thisstudyprovidesanewmethodforpreparinghydroxyapatitemicrospheresandorganic-inorganiccompositematerialsfromabaloneshells,andexplorestheapplicationprospectsofabaloneshells.

Inparticular,thecalciumcarbonatecompositionofabaloneshellscanbeusedtopreparehydroxyapatitemicrospheres.Hydroxyapatiteisabiomaterialthatissimilarinstructuretobonemineral,makingitanidealmaterialforbonerepair.Furthermore,themicrosphereshavethepotentialtobeusedinnanoscaledrugdeliverysystems,allowingfortargeteddeliveryofdrugstospecificareasofthebody.
Inadditiontoitsuseinbonerepairanddrugdelivery,abaloneshellshavealsobeenfoundtohaveexcellentbiocompatibilityandbiodegradability,meaningthattheycanbesafelyusedinthebodywithoutcausingharmoraccumulatingovertime.
Therefore,thisstudyprovidesanewmethodforpreparinghydroxyapatitemicrospheresandorganic-inorganiccompositematerialsfromabaloneshells,whichhavegreatpotentialforuseinmedicalapplications.Itemphasizestheimportanceofexploringnaturetofindmaterialsthatcanbeutilizedininnovativewaystobenefithumanhealth。Inadditiontomedicalapplications,theuseofabaloneshellsandothernaturalmaterialsinvariousindustries,includingagriculture,construction,andenvironmentalremediation,isbecomingincreasinglypopular.Thisisduetothegrowingawarenessofthenegativeimpactthatsyntheticmaterialscanhaveontheenvironmentandhumanhealth,aswellasthelimitedavailabilityandhighcostofcertainresources.
