桃红四物汤对C3型桡骨远端骨折术前消肿的疗效观察

桃红四物汤对C3型桡骨远端骨折术前消肿的疗效观察摘要：目的研究桃红四物汤在C3型桡骨远端骨折术前消肿方面的疗效观察。方法选取在我院就诊的C3型桡骨远端骨折患者60例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组在手术前口服桃红四物汤3次/日，持续5天，对照组口服基础治疗。比较两组患者手术前2天和手术前1天的肘关节周围软组织肿胀度和疼痛程度的变化。结果治疗组患者肘关节周围软组织肿胀度和疼痛程度较对照组明显减轻(P<0.05)，且治疗组手术时间可提前。结论桃红四物汤可以明显减轻C3型桡骨远端骨折术前的软组织肿胀度和疼痛程度，且可加快患者手术时间。

Abstract:ObjectiveThestudyaimedtoobservethetherapeuticeffectofTaohongSiwudecoctiononpreoperativeswellinginC3typedistalradiusfracture.MethodsAtotalof60patientswithC3typedistalradiusfracturewhoreceivedtreatmentatourhospitalwererandomlydividedintoatreatmentgroup(n=30)andacontrolgroup(n=30).ThetreatmentgroupreceivedTaohongSiwudecoctionorallythreetimesadayforfivedaysbeforetheoperation,whilethecontrolgroupreceivedbasictreatment.Thechangesinthedegreeofsofttissueswellingandpainaroundtheelbowjoint2daysand1daybeforetheoperationwerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsThedegreeofsofttissueswellingandpainaroundtheelbowjointinthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlyreducedcomparedwiththoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Inaddition,theoperationtimeofthetreatmentgroupcouldbeshortened.ConclusionTaohongSiwudecoctioncansignificantlyreducethedegreeofsofttissueswellingandpainbeforethesurgeryinpatientswithC3typedistalradiusfractureandacceleratetheoperationtime.

Atotalof60patientswithC3typedistalradiusfracturewereenrolledinthisrandomizedcontrolledtrial.Patientswererandomlyallocatedtoeitherthetreatmentgrouporthecontrolgroup.PatientsinthetreatmentgroupreceivedTaohongSiwudecoctionforsevendaysbeforetheirsurgery,whilepatientsinthecontrolgroupreceivedaplacebo.Softtissueswellingandpainaroundtheelbowjointwereassessedbeforeandaftertheintervention.

Theresultsshowedthatpatientsinthetreatmentgrouphadasignificantreductioninsofttissueswellingandpaincomparedtothecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Additionally,theoperationtimeinthetreatmentgroupwasshorterthanthecontrolgroup.

Inconclusion,TaohongSiwudecoctioncaneffectivelyreducesofttissueswellingandpainbeforesurgeryinpatientswithC3typedistalradiusfracture.Itcanalsoacceleratetheoperationtime.ThefindingsofthisstudysuggestthatTaohongSiwudecoctioncanbeapotentialcomplementarytherapyforthetreatmentofdistalradiusfracture.Furtherstudieswithlargersamplesizesarewarrantedtoconfirmthesefindings。Inadditiontothebenefitsobservedinthisstudy,TaohongSiwudecoctionmayhaveotherpotentialtherapeuticeffectsforthetreatmentofdistalradiusfracture.PreviousstudieshavereportedthatTaohongSiwudecoctioncanpromotetheregenerationofbonetissue,whichmaybeusefulinpromotingthehealingoffractures.Furthermore,TaohongSiwudecoctionhasbeenshowntohaveanti-inflammatoryandanalgesiceffects,whichmaybeusefulinreducingpainandswellingassociatedwithfractures.

However,itisimportanttonotethatTaohongSiwudecoctionshouldnotbeusedasasubstituteforstandardmedicaltreatmentsfordistalradiusfracture.Instead,itshouldbeusedinconjunctionwithstandardmedicaltreatmentstopotentiallyenhancetheoveralltreatmentoutcomes.

Inconclusion,thefindingsofthisstudysuggestthatTaohongSiwudecoctionmaybeaneffectivecomplementarytherapyforthetreatmentofdistalradiusfracture.Furtherstudieswithlargersamplesizesandlongerfollow-upperiodsareneededtoconfirmthesefindingsandexplorethepotentialmechanismsunderlyingthetherapeuticeffectsofTaohongSiwudecoction.Nonetheless,theuseoftraditionalChinesemedicineforthetreatmentofmusculoskeletalconditionshasshownpromisingresultsandshouldbefurtherinvestigatedasacomplementarytherapyoption。InadditiontoTaohongSiwudecoction,traditionalChinesemedicine(TCM)offersavarietyoftherapeuticoptionsforthetreatmentofmusculoskeletalconditions,includingherbalmedicines,acupuncture,cupping,andmoxibustion.TCMviewsmusculoskeletaldisordersasaresultofimbalancesinthebody'sinternalenvironment,suchasqiandbloodstagnationordeficiency,andaimtorestorebalanceandpromotehealing.

Acupuncture,akeycomponentofTCM,involvestheinsertionofthinneedlesintospecificpointsonthebodytostimulatetheflowofqiandreleaseblockages.Ithasbeenshowntobeeffectiveinthetreatmentofchronicpain,includingmusculoskeletalpain,andiscommonlyusedasacomplementarytherapyalongsideconventionaltreatments.
