摘要：本研究旨在探讨中药方剂归肾益经汤治疗肾虚肝郁型早发性卵巢功能不全的临床疗效和机制。选取符合诊断标准的60例早发性卵巢功能不全患者进行随机分组，治疗组30例口服归肾益经汤，对照组口服盐酸地塞米松片，每天一次，连续三个月。比较两组患者的临床疗效、生殖激素、内分泌指标和卵巢容积等指标的变化。结果显示，治疗组患者的总有效率为90.0%，显著高于对照组的63.3%（P<0.05），生殖激素、内分泌指标和卵巢容积等指标均有不同程度的改善，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。说明归肾益经汤能够改善早发性卵巢功能不全患者的生殖内分泌水平和卵巢状态，具有良好的临床应用前景。

Abstract:ThisstudyaimedtoinvestigatetheclinicaleffectivenessandmechanismoftheChineseherbalformulaGuinianYijingTangintreatingearlyonsetovariandysfunctionwithkidneydeficiencyandliverdepression.Sixtypatientswithearlyonsetovariandysfunctionwhometthediagnosticcriteriawererandomlyassignedtoeitherthetreatmentgroup(30cases,treatedwithGuinianYijingTang)orthecontrolgroup(30cases,treatedwithdexamethasonehydrochloridetablets).Bothgroupsweregivenonedoseperdayforthreeconsecutivemonths.Thechangesinclinicalefficacy,reproductivehormones,endocrineindices,andovarianvolumewerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Theresultsshowedthatthetotaleffectiverateofthetreatmentgroupwas90.0%,whichwassignificantlyhigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup(63.3%,P<0.05).Thereproductivehormones,endocrineindices,andovarianvolumeofthetreatmentgroupwereimprovedtovaryingdegrees,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).ThisindicatedthatGuinianYijingTangcanimprovethereproductiveendocrinelevelandovarianstatusofpatientswithearlyonsetovariandysfunction,andhasagoodclinicalapplicationprospect.

Inthisstudy,weaimedtoevaluatetheclinicaleffectivenessofGuinianYijingTanginimprovingthereproductiveendocrinelevelsandovarianstatusofpatientswithearlyonsetovariandysfunction.Ourresultsshowedthatthetreatmentgroupexperiencedsignificantimprovementsintheirreproductivehormones,endocrineindices,andovarianvolume.TheseimprovementssuggestthatGuinianYijingTangcaneffectivelyimprovethereproductiveendocrinelevelsandovarianstatusofpatientswithearlyonsetovariandysfunction.

ThemechanismofactionofGuinianYijingTangintreatingearlyonsetovariandysfunctionliesinitsabilitytoregulatethehypothalamic-pituitary-ovarianaxis.Theherbalformulacontainsingredientsthatcanstimulatetheproductionofgonadotropin-releasinghormone(GnRH),luteinizinghormone(LH),andfollicle-stimulatinghormone(FSH),whichareessentialforregulatingthemenstrualcycleandfertility.Additionally,GuinianYijingTanghasantioxidantandanti-inflammatoryproperties,whichcanprotecttheovariesfromdamagecausedbyoxidativestressandinflammation.

Inconclusion,GuinianYijingTanghasshownpromisingresultsinimprovingthereproductiveendocrinelevelsandovarianstatusofpatientswithearlyonsetovariandysfunction.Itseffectiveness,alongwithitsnaturalcompositionandlowriskofsideeffects,makeitavaluabletreatmentoptionforwomenwiththiscondition.Furtherstudiesarenecessarytoevaluatethelong-termeffectsofGuinianYijingTangandtostandardizeitsdosageandadministrationInadditiontoitspotentialbenefitsforwomenwithearlyonsetovariandysfunction,GuinianYijingTangmayalsohavepositiveeffectsonotherareasofhealth.Forexample,traditionalChinesemedicineoftenusesthisherbcombinationforthetreatmentofstress-relateddisorders,suchasanxietyanddepression.Someoftheherbsintheformula,suchasBaiZhuandFuLing,havebeenshowntohaveadaptogenicproperties,meaningtheycanhelpthebodycopewithstressorsandmaintainbalanceinthefaceofchangingcircumstances.

Anotherwell-studiedbenefitofsomeoftheherbsinGuinianYijingTangistheiranti-inflammatoryproperties.Manychronichealthconditions,suchascardiovasculardisease,diabetes,cancer,andautoimmunedisorders,haveinflammationasacommonunderlyingfactor.Byreducinginflammationinthebody,theseherbsmayhelptopreventormanagetheseconditions.

Overall,thepotentialbenefitsofGuinianYijingTangextendbeyonditsuseforearlyonsetovariandysfunction,anditmaybeworthexploringasacomplementarytreatmentforotherhealthconcerns.However,aswithanytreatment,itisimportanttoconsultwithaqualifiedhealthcarepractitionertodetermineifitisappropriateforyourindividualneedsandtoensuresafeandeffectiveuseItisimportanttonotethatwhileGuinianYijingTangshowspromiseinmanagingovariandysfunctionandotherhealthconcerns,itisnotasubstituteformedicaltreatmentprescribedbyaqualifiedhealthcarepractitioner.Itisessentialtoworkwithahealthcareprovidertodiagnoseandtreatconditionsappropriately,especiallywhendealingwithreproductivehealthissues.
