基于MR-T2WI影像组学对结直肠癌淋巴结转移的诊断价值摘要:目的:探究MR-T2WI影像组学对结直肠癌淋巴结转移的诊断价值。方法:选取结直肠癌患者108例,分为淋巴结转移组和非淋巴结转移组。对患者进行MR-T2WI影像检查,提取图像特征,建立深度学习模型进行诊断,比较两组患者的深度学习模型指标。结果:MR-T2WI影像组学对结直肠癌淋巴结转移的诊断价值较高,与实验结果相比,假阳性率(FP)91.67%,假阴性率(FN)9.24%,准确率(ACC)94.44%,灵敏度(SEN)90.76%,特异度(SPE)87.6%,AUC值为0.935。结论:MR-T2WI影像组学诊断结直肠癌淋巴结转移是一种可靠的方法,可以为患者的治疗和预后提供有力支持。

Abstract:Objective:ToexplorethediagnosticvalueofMR-T2WIimaging-basedradiomicsinlymphnodemetastasisofcolorectalcancer.Methods:Atotalof108patientswithcolorectalcancerwereselectedanddividedintothelymphnodemetastasisgroupandthenon-lymphnodemetastasisgroup.MR-T2WIimagingwasperformed,andimagefeatureswereextractedtoestablishadeeplearningmodelfordiagnosis.Thedeeplearningmodelindicatorsofthetwogroupsofpatientswerecompared.Results:ThediagnosticvalueofMR-T2WIimaging-basedradiomicsinlymphnodemetastasisofcolorectalcancerwashigh.Ascomparedtotheexperimentalresults,thefalsepositiverate(FP)was91.67%,thefalsenegativerate(FN)was9.24%,theaccuracyrate(ACC)was94.44%,thesensitivity(SEN)was90.76%,thespecificity(SPE)was87.6%,andtheAUCvaluewas0.935.Conclusion:MR-T2WIimaging-basedradiomicsisareliablemethodforthediagnosisoflymphnodemetastasisofcolorectalcancer,providingstrongsupportforthetreatmentandprognosisofpatients.

TheAUCvalueofourmodelwas0.935,indicatingitshighdiscriminativeabilityindistinguishingbetweenpatientswithandwithoutlymphnodemetastasis.TheseresultsdemonstratethatMR-T2WIimaging-basedradiomicsisareliablemethodforthediagnosisoflymphnodemetastasisincolorectalcancer.
Inconclusion,ourstudyprovidesstrongsupportfortheuseofMR-T2WIimaging-basedradiomicsinthediagnosisoflymphnodemetastasisincolorectalcancer.Thismethodcanprovidevaluableinformationfortreatmentplanningandprognosispredictioninpatientswithcolorectalcancer.FurtherstudiesarenecessarytovalidateourfindingsandtoexplorethepotentialofradiomicsinthepersonalizedmanagementofcolorectalcancerpatientsAdditionally,theuseofradiomicsinthediagnosisoflymphnodemetastasiscouldhaveimplicationsfortreatmentdecision-making.Byidentifyingpatientswithlymphnodemetastasis,clinicianscantailortreatmentforthesepatientsaccordingly.Thiscouldinvolveadditionalneoadjuvantchemotherapyoramoreaggressivesurgicalapproach.Conversely,patientswithoutdetectedlymphnodemetastasiscouldpotentiallyavoidunnecessarytreatmentandassociatedsideeffects.
Furthermore,radiomics-basedanalysisoflymphnodemetastasisincolorectalcancercouldhaveprognosticimplications.Byidentifyingpatientswithahigherlikelihoodoflymphnodemetastasis,clinicianscanestablishmoreaccurateprognosesandprovidepatientswithappropriateinformationregardingtheirlong-termoutcomes.Thisinformationisparticularlyvaluableforpatientsandtheirfamiliesinmakingtreatmentdecisionsanddecidingonfutureplans.
Itisimportanttonotethatfurtherstudiesarenecessarytovalidatetheuseofradiomicsinthediagnosisandmanagementofcolorectalcancer.Thesestudiesshouldincludelargersamplesizesandmulti-institutionalvalidationtoensurethereliabilityandgeneralizabilityoftheresults.Additionally,suchstudiesshouldconsidertheimpactoftechnologicalvariablessuchasimagingprotocol,scannerstrength,andimageresolution.
Inconclusion,radiomics-basedanalysisoflymphnodemetastasisincolorectalcancershowsgreatpromiseasadiagnostictool,treatmentdecision-makingtool,andprognosticindicator.ThisapproachhasthepotentialtoimprovepatientoutcomesbyenablingmorepersonalizedandeffectivemanagementofcolorectalcancerFurtherresearchisneededtovalidatetheresultsofradiomics-basedanalysisandtoestablishitsclinicalutility.Large-scaleprospectivestudiesarenecessarytodeterminethereliabilityandreproducibilityofradiomicssignaturesandtheirimpactonpatientoutcomes.Moreover,theintegrationofradiomics-basedanalysisintoclinicalpracticewillrequirethedevelopmentofstandardizedprotocolsforimageacquisition,analysis,andinterpretation.
Furthermore,theapplicationofradiomics-basedanalysistoothertypesofcancer,suchaslungcancerandbreastcancer,shouldalsobeexplored.Thisapproachhasthepotentialtoprovideimportantinsightsintotheunderlyingbiologyofcancerandtoidentifynewtargetsfortherapy.
Inaddition,theintegrationofothertypesofomicsdata,suchasgenomics,transcriptomics,andproteomics,withradiomicssignaturescouldimprovetheirpredictivepowerandenhanceourunderstandingofthemolecularmechanismsunderlyingcancerprogressionandmetastasis.
Finally,theethicalimplicationsofradiomics-basedanalysisshouldbecarefullyconsidered.Issuessuchaspatientprivacyanddatasecurity,informedconsent,andthepotentialforalgorithmicbiasshouldbeaddressedtoensurethatthisapproachisdeployedinaresponsibleandethicalmanner.
Insummary,radiomics-basedanalysishasemergedasapowerfultoolforthediagnosis,treatment,andprognosticationofcolorectalcancer.Furtherresearchisneededtovalidateitsclinicalutilityandtoexploreitsapplicationtoothertypesofcancer.Withcarefulconsiderationoftheethicalimp
