针刺结合耳穴割治治疗湿热浸淫型亚急性湿疹的临床疗效观察摘要：目的：研究针刺结合耳穴割治疗湿热浸淫型亚急性湿疹的临床疗效。

方法：选取从2019年10月至2021年10月在我院就诊的湿疹患者60例，按照随机数字表法分为两组，治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用针刺结合耳穴割治疗，对照组采用口服抗过敏及抗炎药物治疗。采用皮损面积、临床症状、自我感觉以及生活质量等4个指标对患者进行疗效分析，并对两组患者进行比较研究。

结果：治疗组患者皮损面积显著缩小，临床症状明显改善，自我感觉得到了较好的提高，良好的生活质量得以恢复；对照组患者治疗效果欠佳，皮损面积及临床症状均较治疗组略有恶化，生活质量得不到有效改善。

结论：针刺结合耳穴割治疗湿热浸淫型亚急性湿疹具有显著的疗效，且不良反应较少。是一种有效的非手术治疗方法。同时，针对本方法的不足之处，可以进一步完善其操作技巧，提高其应用效果。

Abstract:Objective:Tostudytheclinicalefficacyofacupuncturecombinedwithearpointcuttingforthetreatmentofdamp-heatimmersionsubacuteeczema.

Methods:SixtypatientswitheczemawhoweretreatedinourhospitalfromOctober2019toOctober2021wereselectedanddividedintotwogroupsbyrandomnumbertablemethod,30casesinthetreatmentgroupand30casesinthecontrolgroup.Thetreatmentgroupwastreatedwithacupuncturecombinedwithearpointcutting,andthecontrolgroupwastreatedwithoralanti-allergicandanti-inflammatorydrugs.Fourindicators,suchasskinlesionarea,clinicalsymptoms,self-feeling,andqualityoflife,wereusedtoanalyzetheefficacyofpatients,andthetwogroupsofpatientswerecomparedandstudied.

Results:Theskinlesionareaofpatientsinthetreatmentgroupwassignificantlyreduced,clinicalsymptomsweresignificantlyimproved,self-feelingwassignificantlyimproved,andthequalityoflifewasrestored.Thetreatmenteffectofpatientsinthecontrolgroupwaspoor,andtheskinlesionareaandclinicalsymptomswereslightlyworsethanthoseinthetreatmentgroup,andthequalityoflifewasnoteffectivelyimproved.
