Abstract:

Intraspinaltumorsareacommondiseaseofthespinalnervoussystem,andsurgicalexcisionisthemainmethodoftreatment.However,traditionalsurgicaltreatmenthasmanyshortcomings,suchasmultipleintraoperativebleeding,largedamagetonormaltissue,andlargetrauma.Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofimagingtechnology,especiallythebirthofminimallyinvasivesurgicaltechnology,moreandmoreintraspinaltumorscanbetreatedwithKeyholesurgery.Thismethodisaminimallyinvasivesurgicaltechnique,whichhastheadvantagesoflessbleeding,lessdamage,andfastrecovery.However,becausethismethodisrelativelynew,therearestillsomesafetyissues.Therefore,thispaperaimstoexplorethesafetyofKeyholesurgeryforintraspinaltumorremovalandconductcorrespondingevaluations.
