摘要

钢铁物流园区作为一种新型的物流模式,日益受到人们的关注。合理的货位布局是保证园区正常运转的基础条件之一。本文基于购物篮分析和可达性模型,研究了钢铁物流园区货位动态布局问题。通过对购物篮数据的分析,建立了钢铁物流园区的货品分类和商品属性,从而确定了货位的基本布局。由于不同区域的可达性差异,根据不同区域的运输网络和交通状况,设计了不同规模的货位布局方案,并且针对园区内货品的动态需求,设计了货位自动调整算法,实现了园区货位的智能化管理。实验结果表明,本文提出的算法能够较好地解决园区货位动态布局问题,提高了园区的货品储存效率和运营效益。

Abstract

Asanewlogisticsmode,steellogisticsparkisbecomingmoreandmorepopular.Reasonablelayoutofstoragelocationsisoneofthebasicconditionsforthenormaloperationofthepark.Basedonbasketanalysisandaccessibilitymodel,thispaperstudiesthedynamiclayoutofstoragelocationsinsteellogisticspark.Byanalyzingthebasketdata,thepaperestablishestheclassificationofgoodsandproductattributesinthesteellogisticspark,andaccordinglydeterminesthebasiclayoutofthestoragelocations.Duetothedifferenceinaccessibilityindifferentregions,thepaperdesignsdifferent-scalestoragelocationlayoutschemesaccordingtothetransportationnetworkandtrafficconditionsindifferentregions.Besides,thepaperdesignstheautomaticadjustmentalgorithmforstoragelocationsbasedonthedynamicdemandofgoodsinthepark,realizingtheintelligentmanagementofstoragelocations.Experimentalresultsshowthattheproposedalgorithmcansolvethedynamiclayoutproblemofstoragelocationsintheparkeffectively,andimprovethestorageefficiencyandoperationefficiencyofthepark.

Thealgorithmadjuststhelayoutofstoragelocationsaccordingtothedynamicdemandofgoods.Whenthedemandforcertaingoodsincreases,thestoragelocationsforthosegoodsareadjustedclosertothereceivingareatoreducethetimeandeffortrequiredforloadingandunloading.Similarly,whenthedemandforcertaingoodsdecreases,thestoragelocationsforthosegoodsareadjustedfurtherawayfromthereceivingareatofreeupspaceformorecommonlyusedgoods.

Theexperimentalresultsshowthattheproposedalgorithmeffectivelysolvesthedynamiclayoutproblemofstoragelocationsinthesteellogisticspark,andimprovesthestorageefficiencyandoperationefficiencyofthepark.Theproposedalgorithmprovidesafeasibleandeffectivesolutiontotheproblemofintelligentmanagementofstoragelocationsinthesteellogisticspark.

Inconclusion,theproposeddynamicadjustmentalgorithmforstoragelocationsbasedonthedynamicdemandofgoodsisasignificantcontributiontotheintelligentmanagementofstoragelocationsinthesteellogisticspark.Thealgorithmeffectivelyoptimizesthelayoutofstoragelocationsbasedontheaccessibilitymodelandbasketanalysis,andprovidesapracticalsolutionforthedynamicstorageofgoodsintheparkAdditionally,theproposedalgorithmtakesintoconsiderationthereliabilityandsecurityofthestoragelocations,ensuringthatthegoodscanbesafelystoredandretrieved.Italsooffersaneffectivesolutiontoreducetheoperationalcostsbyoptimizingthetransportationandstorageofgoods.

Insummary,theproposeddynamicadjustmentalgorithmforstoragelocationsbasedonthedynamicdemandofgoodsinthesteellogisticsparkisaneffectivesolutiontooptimizethelayoutofstoragelocationsandreduceoperationalcosts.Thealgorithmnotonlyconsiderstheaccessibilitymodelandbasketanalysisforstoragelocationsoptimizationbutalsoaddressesreliability,security,andsustainability.Withtherapiddevelopmentoftechnologyandtheincreasingcomplexityoflogisticsparks,theproposedalgorithmcanbefurtherdevelopedtoaddressmorechallengingproblemsinthelogisticsindustryInadditiontothebenefitsofoptimizingstoragelocationsandreducingoperationalcosts,logisticsparkscanalsoofferarangeofotheradvantages.Forexample,byprovidingacentralizedlocationforlogisticsoperations,logisticsparkscansimplifysupplychainsandimprovesupplychainvisibility.Thiscanleadtomoreefficientandeffectivedeliveryofgoods,aswellasbettercustomerservice.
