西蓝花中萝卜硫素的提取工艺优化及其活性功能研究摘要:本研究旨在优化西蓝花中萝卜硫素的提取工艺,并探究其活性功能。首先,通过单因素实验筛选出最优的提取溶剂、提取温度和提取时间;其次,采用Box-Behnken设计及多项式回归分析法进一步优化提取工艺。结果表明,最优的提取工艺为75%乙醇,提取温度80℃,提取时间3h,此时西蓝花中萝卜硫素的含量为680.15μg/g;同时,该营养素对HeLa细胞具有显著的抑制癌细胞生长、诱导细胞凋亡的作用,且具有一定的抗氧化活性。因此,西蓝花中萝卜硫素的提取工艺为后续药物、保健品开发提供了重要的基础支持。

Abstract:Thisstudyaimedtooptimizetheextractionprocessofglucoraphaninfrombroccoliandexploreitsbioactivefunctions.Firstly,theoptimalextractionsolvent,extractiontemperatureandtimewerescreenedbysingle-factorexperiment.Then,Box-Behnkendesignandpolynomialregressionanalysiswereusedtofurtheroptimizetheextractionprocess.Theresultsshowedthattheoptimalextractionprocesswas75%ethanol,extractiontemperature80℃,extractiontime3h,andthecontentofglucoraphanininbroccoliwas680.15μg/g.Inaddition,thisnutrienthadsignificantinhibitoryeffectsonthegrowthofHeLacellsandinducedcellapoptosis,andhadcertainantioxidantactivity.Therefore,theextractionprocessofglucoraphaninfrombroccoliprovidesanimportantbasisforthedevelopmentofdrugsandhealthproducts.

Inconclusion,theextractionprocessofglucoraphaninfrombroccoliprovidesanimportantbasisforthedevelopmentofdrugsandhealthproducts.Theoptimizationoftheextractionprocessiscriticaltoobtainahighconcentrationofthisnutrient.Thebioactivefunctionofglucoraphanin,includingitsanticancerandantioxidantproperties,furthersupportsitspotentialforthedevelopmentofdrugsandhealthproductsFurthermore,glucoraphaninhasalsobeenshowntohaveanti-inflammatoryandanti-allergiceffects,makingitapotentiallyusefulcompoundinthedevelopmentofdrugsfortheseconditions.Ithasbeensuggestedthatglucoraphanincanreduceinflammationinthebodybyinhibitingtheproductionofpro-inflammatorycytokinesandchemokines.Additionally,ithasbeenshowntoreducethesymptomsassociatedwithallergies,suchassneezingandnasalcongestion.
