Abstract:Therearetechnicaldefectsandunstablequalityproblemsinthepreparationprocessoftraditionalfolkmedicinesuchasnakedflowervioletbead.Thisstudyaimstoexplorethepreparationtechnologyandqualitystandardsofnakedflowervioletbeadpowder.Firstly,themedicinalmaterialswereidentifiedandselectedtodeterminetheappropriatequality.Intermsoftheprocessflow,variousphysicalandchemicalmethodswereusedtoprocessandextractnakedflowervioletbead,andultrasonicextractiontechnologyandhigh-performanceliquidchromatographywereusedtodetecttheextracttoensurethestabilityofproductqualityandthecontentofeffectivecomponents.Intermsofqualitystandards,thisstudyformulatedacompleteindexsystemincludingappearance,color,taste,moisture,solubility,volatilecomponentsandactiveingredientcontent.Afterexperimentalverification,thepreparationtechnologyandqualitystandardsofthisstudyachievedgoodapplicationresults,whichcaneffectivelypromotetheapplicationofnakedflowervioletbeadinthefieldofmodernmedicine.
