锰硅铁合金炉外精炼的基础研究摘要:

锰硅铁合金作为一种重要的合金材料,在钢铁冶金、化工等行业得到广泛应用。针对锰硅铁合金生产过程中所存在的问题,本文运用炉外精炼技术进行锰硅铁合金的精炼,研究了不同操作参数对精炼效果的影响,分析了精炼后锰硅铁合金中夹杂物的变化规律及对合金性能的影响。

在不同的操作参数下,研究发现,在炉外精炼温度为1550℃,精炼时间为45min,保温时间为30min,亚氯酸钾加入量为0.2%的条件下,精炼效果最佳,夹杂物含量明显下降,合金的物理性能和化学成分均得到显著提高。

研究表明,在锰硅铁合金的炉外精炼过程中,操作参数对精炼效果有重要影响,通过合理的操作参数选择,可以有效降低合金夹杂物含量,提高合金的物理性能和化学成分,为锰硅铁合金的生产提供了一种新的思路和方法。

Abstract:

Manganesesiliconironalloyisanimportantalloymaterial,whichiswidelyusedinsteelmetallurgy,chemicalindustryandotherindustries.Inviewoftheproblemsexistingintheproductionprocessofmanganesesiliconironalloy,thispaperusestheexternalrefiningtechnologytorefinethemanganesesiliconironalloy,andstudiestheinfluenceofdifferentoperatingparametersontherefiningeffect,andanalyzesthechangelawofinclusionsintherefinedmanganesesiliconironalloyandtheeffectonthealloyproperties.

Underdifferentoperatingparameters,itisfoundthattherefiningeffectisthebestwhentheexternalrefiningtemperatureis1550℃,therefiningtimeis45min,theholdingtimeis30min,andtheamountofpotassiumperchlorateaddedis0.2%.Thecontentofinclusionsinthealloydecreasessignificantly,andthephysicalpropertiesandchemicalcompositionofthealloyaresignificantlyimproved.

Thestudyshowsthattheoperatingparametershaveanimportantinfluenceontherefiningeffectintheexternalrefiningprocessofmanganesesiliconironalloy.Throughthereasonableselectionofoperatingparameters,thecontentofinclusionsinthealloycanbeeffectivelyreduced,andthephysicalpropertiesandchemicalcompositionofthealloycanbeimproved.Itprovidesanewideaandmethodfortheproductionofmanganesesiliconironalloy.
