由于市场营销专业是学校的新设专业,所以专业老师缺乏,目前从事营销专业教学的老师都是文化课的转型老师,老师本身缺乏实际营销管理阅历,对如何培育同学实践力量力不从心;因此,针对这种状况,对每位专业就是都提出了严格的要求:
1.每位专业老师每周至少利用网络或书籍学习相关学问不少于15小时。
2.每位专业老师每周至少听相关老师的不少于2节。
3.每周相关专业老师必需进行两次集中的争论和讨论。以便扎实的掌控教学内容,更好的完成教学目标。

针对现阶段,对我而言的这个全新的市场,一个周密的营销工作方案是今后顺当开展工作的纲要与方向。所谓商场如战场,在进入一个既定的销售市场之前,要把它看作一个即将开战的战场。一场战斗的成功绝不是仅仅依靠必胜的信念、无谓的士气以及高调的口号来实现。每一场战斗的成功都离不开战前周密的战略方案。即:战备-充分的战前预备;战术-合理的战术定位;战法-精确 的战法应用;实战-准时的实战应变。
同理,营销工作的方案也是如此。即:战备-前期的学习预备;战术-合理的营销定位;战法-营销方法的应用;实战-实际营销工作中的应变。
1、公司产品设备的学习认识
由于我的营销方向主要针对公司打捆机设备。作为单一设备的销售,对其学习的目的性特别明确-掌控打捆机在营销工作中所要涉及的规格、性能、技术要求、各系统配置状况以及设备工艺状况等。做到娴熟掌控与理解。同时,要对整个包装机组以及整套轧钢工艺有所认识,对打捆机在各个机组生产线上的配备与运行认识掌控。这既需要多向技术人员学习、沟通,也要多参加跟随技术人员工厂等实地学习。并在今后的工作中积累总结。
2、冶金行业钢铁包装大环境的认识
对冶金行业钢铁包装大环境的认识与熟识,对今后的营销工作起到很好的帮助作用。这需要我在今后的工作中多留心多请教公司前辈。
3、公司代表性业绩的认识
要让生疏客户对公司产品的性能品质有认同感,公司有代表性的业绩,是最具劝说力的。因此,要对代表性的工程有所认识。
前期的学习预备工作,我将在今后的工作、生活中不断的学习完善。但针对现阶段初入市场的状况,我将尽量扬长避短,多发挥我在营销与商务上的特长,利用大量的学习与长期的实践后争取弥补自己的短处与不足。业务精熟全面。
1、自身产品的定位:
国内领先的高性能设备,强大的专业技术支持优势;
可用于各种生产线,包括酸洗、脱脂、平整、重卷、横切;
采纳半自动化技术,最大限度的削减人工操作的时间;
降低选购成本,并同时享受最快捷的配件供应需要;
2、竞争对手的定位:
国内两类不同规模、性质的专业包装设备厂家。(天津派克威公司和延边龙川包装机械有限公司)
(1)、天津派克威公司,该公司成立于1997年,主要代理意大利columbia、瑞士fromm、日本kohan、德国titan等国际知名品牌之钢带及塑钢带打包工具等在内的专业包装设备的销售公司。其国外进口高品质设备的背景,是其在产品竞争中的最好自我定位。也是其在一些特定信任进口设备的大型客户群中的最大优势。对于这部分客户,可实行的营销策略只能是侧面渗透的原则,让客户试试性选择单台或少量设备,在设备品质有保障的状况下,逐步渗透,试试扭转客户只信任国外产品的习惯。尽量避开在该客户群体中与进口设备有正面激烈的竞争。特殊是在大宗设备供应的状况下,作为进口设备其存在一个众所周知的弊端,价格昂贵。这也是我们在与其竞争中最大的优势。大宗设备的正面竞争,往往只会造成客户利用我们打压其价格,缩小双方价格差,忽视我方优势。若一味坚持,双方价格的透亮 度将大大降低,有可能两败俱伤,为今后市场销售上的价格定位与利润掌握埋下隐患。对这类客户最好实行侧面渗透的原则,不做一城一池之争。
