外企员工手册(中英文版)外企员工手册(中英文版)精品汇编资料General总则Purposes目的Inorderthatemployeeshavesomethingtofollowinthefactoryduringworkingandlivingtokeepourcompany’sproductionandlivingorderandmakesureourcompany’ssmoothoperation,weherebyworkedoutthisemployeehandbook.为了使员工在工厂的工作和生活有所遵循,维持公司的生产生活秩序并确保公司正常运转,特制定本员工手册。‘Withoutdividers,nocircle’.Anyhealthilydevelopingcompanycouldn’tlivewithoutsoundandscientificregulationsandgoodstaffs.Thisemployeehandbookspecifiestheworkingdisciplinesthatemployeesshouldobey,basiclimitofworkingconditions.“没有规矩,不成方圆”。任何一家健康发展的企业,都离不开健全、科学的管理制度和优秀的员工。本手册规定了员工应遵守的工作纪律、劳动条件的基准及员工在本厂从事生产、生活之基本准则和劳动纪律。ApplicationScope适用范围Thisemployeehandbookisappliedtoallemployees,includingthoseunderprobationperiod.本手册适用于全体员工,包括试用期内的员工。1-3Thecompanyempowerstherightonexplainingandmodifyingthisemployeehandbookandotherregulations.AnyupdateissubjecttothenewestpublicationinBulletinBoardSystems.公司拥有《员工手册》及其它厂规的解释权并保留修改权。新的补充修改以通告栏最新公布为准。CompanyIntroduction公司简介***Products(Shenzhen)Limited,foundedin2005,isaforeignproprietorshipcompanyspecializedinbagsandothersewnproducts,mainlyproducingworldfamousbrandkitbags,schoolbagsforcustomersoverEurope,America,andAsia.Locatedin**iIndustrialDistrict,**,**Town,**,Shenzhen,thecompanyhasworkshops,dormitories,andcanteenandotherestablishment.***成立于1988年,是一家专门生产和经营背包等缝纫制品的外商独资企业,主要生产世界名牌背包、书包等;客户遍及欧美及亚洲等国家和地区。**,拥有多栋生产厂房和宿舍楼,拥有配套的食堂和娱乐设施。Ourideaisqualityfirst,serviceuppermost.我们的理念是:品质第一,服务至上。PersonnelManagementRegulations人事管理制度Basicrequirementforemployees雇用基本条件Theemployeesmustbeover18yearsold,holdHealthCertificate,validIDcard,educationcertificateandBirthControllingCertificateforFloatingPeopleprovidedbylocalgovernment年龄18岁以上,持有效《健康证》,持有效身份证件和学历证明,及户口所在地出具的《流动人口计划生育证》。Ifemployeesarefoundinfectedwithseriousinfectiousdiseaseornotsuitableforwork,thecompanyhastherighttochangetheirworkpostorrequestthemtoleavethecompany.如发现有任何严重传染病患者或身体不适的工作者,公司有权调整其工作岗位或要求其自动退厂。Inveraciouscertificatesormisrepresentationforbeingemployediscausefordismissal持有虚假证明进厂者一经发现以无薪解雇处理.Applicantshouldfaithfullydeclarehis/herrelativesandfriendsinStarrywhenfillingApplicationForm.Iftheapplicantisrecommended,his/herrelationshipwiththeemployeewhorecommendshouldbefaithfullydeclaredtoo.求职人在填写入职申请时必须如实申报厂内相熟的亲戚或朋友,如有推荐人还需如实申报与推荐人的关系Theemployeewhohasbeenre-hiredmustreporttotheHRDepartmentbeforehestartworkingagain.重新入职员工必须先向人事部报告才可开始正式工作.Regulationsforemployeeswhoarerecommendedandwhorecommend被荐及推荐人守则Currentemployeesmayrecommendintelligentpersonstothecompany,butshouldnotreceiveanybenefitorrecommendationfeefromthemwhoarerecommended.Ifitisfoundthatthereissuchthinghappened,bothparties,whatevertheyareunderprobationperiodornot,willbefiredimmediatelywithoutanyeconomiccompensation.Ifitisreportedbytheemployeewhoisrecommended,thereportingemployeemaystayinthefactory,onlytheemployeewhorecommendedandreceivedbenefitwillbefiredwithoutanyeconomiccompensation.在职员工可推荐有才能的人员进入本公司,但推荐人不得收取被荐人的任何好处或介绍费。一经发现,推荐及被荐员工,无论双方是在试用期或已是正式员工,都将被立即开除,且无任何经济补偿。但如果由被荐员工揭发的,被荐员工可继续留厂工作,收取好处的推荐员工将被立即开除且无任何经济补偿。Probationperiod试用期Employeesmustpassthecompany’sexaminationbeforetheyarehired,andthensignNewlyHiringConfirmation.受聘用员工须经公司考核,合格后与公司签订《新进人员雇用确认单》TheLabourContractwillbesignedbeforetheemployeestartswork..受聘用员工须与公司签订《劳动合同》才可开始上班.TheprobationperiodwillbeaccordingtothetermofLabourContract:试用期期限将按照《劳动合同》期限决定:Termfromthreemonthstooneyear:probationperiodisonemonth.《劳动合同》期限由三个月至壹年员工,其试用期为壹个月.Termfromoneyeartotwoyears:probationperiodistwomonths.《劳动合同》期限由壹年至两年员工,其试用期为两个月.Termfromtwoyearstothreeyears:probationperiodisthreemonths.《劳动合同》期限由两年至叁年员工,其试用期为叁个月.Termoverthreeyear:probationperiodissixmonths.《劳动合同》期限超过叁年员工,其试用期为陆个月.Formalhiring正式聘用 HR&AdmDepartmentwillreleaseaEvaluationforQualifiedEmployeesDuringProbationPeriod15Daysbeforetheprobationperiodisexpiredtotheemployee’sdirectsupervisor.员工试用即将期满时,行政人事部将会发《试用期满合格人员评鉴表》,由试用期员工所属部门及相关人员评鉴。Thequalifiedemployeeswillbehiredasofficialemployeesandaconfirmationletterwillbeissuedtotheemployee.评鉴合格的将会被邀请成为正式员工Bothpartiesshoulddecidewethertorenewthecontractatleaseonemonthbeforethiscontractexpires.员工与公司须在《劳动合同》期满前一个月决定是否续签合同.TemporaryResidencePermit暂住证ThecompanywillapplyfortheTemporaryResidencePermitforthoseemployeeswhosuccessfullypassedtheprobationperiodandwhoseresidenceisnotinthiscity.公司按政府规定为试用期满的非本市户口员工申报及办理《暂住证》.Personnelrecords个人档案Personnelrecordsrecordalltheinformationrelatedtotheemployees.个人档案记录员工的所有信息Theemployeesshouldprovidecorrectpersonalinformation.ChangesmustbereportedtoHR&AdminDepartmentwithinfiveworkingdays.员工必须提供正确的个人资料。如有变化,应于五个工作日内呈报行政人事部。Theemployeewhoprovidesfalseinformationwillbepunished.若资料不实,将受纪律处分。PersonnelrecordsareconfidentialinformationandkeptbytheHR&AdminDepartment.NoonecanaskforordisclosetheinformationwithoutAdministrationManager,GeneralManagerorDirector’sapproval..个人档案属作为人事机密资料,由行政行政行政行政人事部负责统一保管。未经过行政经理,总经理或董事批准,任何人不得打听或泄漏有关资料。Workingtime工作时间Theemployeesmustcomplywiththecompany’sworkingtime,punchcardinandout,havedinnerandrestontime.员工必须严格遵守公司的工作时间表,按公司规定打卡、上下班、用餐及休息。Duringworkingtime,noprivatevisitorisallowed(exceptemergency),noprivatecallingwithofficetelephoneisallowed,noprivatethingmadeondutyisallowed,otherwisetheemployeeswhoviolatewillbepunished.工作时间内,任何人未经批准不得到公司作私人探访(紧急情况除外);不得利用办公电话打私人电话;不得处理私人事务,否则将受纪律处分。Itisprohibitedtostayatworkingplacewithoutreason,includingoffice,whendutyoff.下班后员工不得无故在工作及办公区域内逗留。Attendancerecords考勤Thecompanyrecordsattendanceaccordingtoemployees’bypunchingICcard,theemployeesshouldpunchinandoutaccordingtothecompany’sregulations.公司采取用IC卡刷卡的方式记录考勤,即上下班必须按公司规定打卡。TheemployeesshouldgototheHR&AdminDepartmentiftheyfindtheirattendancerecordaremissing,andtheHR&AdminDepartmentwillmakerelativearrangementsaccordingtodifferentcases.如打卡所用厂牌遗失或损坏,应立即问询行政人事部,由行政人事部根据情况处理。Theemployeeswhopunchwithoutworkorpunchforothersoraskotherstopunchforthemwillgetpunishmentevenmaybedismissedinstantly.未出勤而打卡,代人打卡或指使他人打卡者,一经发现,将受纪律处分TheemployeeswhodonotpunchcardsbecauseofobjectivereasonsshouldcontacttheHR&AdminDepartmentwithin2hoursforsettlement.非人为因素造成的未打卡,应在二小时内联络行政行政行政人事部予于处理.Fortheemployeeswhodonotpunchcardswithreasonablereasons,theHR&AdminDepartmentwillhashis/herattendancerecordssignedbyhis/hermanagers.However,thisshouldovertwotimesamonth.未打卡而有合理解释的员工,须由其部门经理签卡,但一个月内不应多于2次。Punchingcontinuouslyisforbidden,30minutesintervaloraboveisneededbetween2punches.严禁打连卡,每班打卡必须相隔30分钟或以上。EmployeeswholeavingthecompanyduringworkinghoursmustgetapprovedLeavingPermitandgiveittothegateguard.Otherwise,itwillbetreatedasleavingwithoutpermissionandwillberecordedinpersonnelfile.员工在工作时间要出厂区时须有外出准许证,在厂门口交给保安。否则将被视为擅离职守,并记录于人事档案。OTWorking加班ThecompanymayrequestemployeestoworkOT,andtheemployeesshouldcooperatewithit.OTapplicationshouldbeapprovedbeforehandinwrittenform.公司因工作需要可安排员工加班,员工应该予以配合。加班申请要以书面形式提前审批PunchingOTwithoutformalapprovalwillnotbecounted.未经审批的加班是无效的。EmployeewhopunchcardovernormalworkinghourswithoutapprovedOTapplicationwillbepunishedandmaybedismissedinstantly.未经书面批准加班而自行打卡的员工将受到纪律处分Leavesprocedure请假Anyleaveshouldbeapprovedbeforehand.Thesupervisorormanagerwhoapprovedaleaveapplicationshouldarrangeanothersubordinate,otherthantheapplicant,tosendtheapprovedleaveapplicationtoHR&Admindepartment.Pleaseseesection6fordetails请假须事先申请并获批准。请假应事先获得批准,批假者应安排另一名下属,而不事请假者本人,请假申请事先交到行政行政行政人事部,请阅第6节内容.WhentheemployeesarebacktodutytheyshouldreporttotheHR&AdminDepartmentforbackrecord。员工返厂上班时须即到行政行政行政人事部销假AnyemployeewhowantstoextendleaveapplicationmustbeapprovedbyhisdirectsupervisorandreporttoHRdepartmentbeforehand.员工希望延长假期的须提前征得人事行政部批准方可;AnyemployeewhowantstoshortenorcancelleaveapplicationmustinformHRdepartmentwithintwoworkingdays.员工希望缩短或取消假期的须在2个工作日中通报人事行政部方可。Latecomingandearlydeparture迟到和早退TheHR&AdminDepartmentrecordslatecomingandearlydepartureeveryday,employeeswhoactlatecomingor/andearlydeparturemaybepunished.行政人事部每天记录迟到和早退情况。公司可给予迟到或早退的员工予纪律处分。Employeewithlatecomingnotexceeds3minutesmustneedhis/herattendancerecordssignedbyhis/herdepartmenthead.迟到或早退不超过3分钟以下(含3分钟),其部门经理在工卡上签名。Employeewithlatecomingorearlydeparture4to15minutesshallbegivenawrittenwarning.迟到或早退4-14分钟,记书面警告一次。Employeewithlatecomingorearlydepartureover15minutesorabove;oraccumulatedmonthlylatecomingorearlydepartureover20minuteswillbegivenbothawrittenwarningandqualifiedforreceivingpartialfull-attendancereward.迟到或早退15分钟以上或当月迟到或早退总时间达20分钟或以上之人仕,收到书面警告及当月部份全勤奬。Latecomingorearlydepartureover2hoursbutlessthan4hourswillbetreatedasabsentwithoutreasonforhalfday.迟到或早退超过2小时而不足4小时以旷工半天计算.Latecomingorearlydepartureover4hourswillbetreatedasabsentwithoutreasonforoneday.迟到或早退超过4小时以旷工一天计算.Absence缺勤处理Notcomingtoworkwithoutleaveapplicationorwithunapprovedleaveapplicationwillbetreatedasabsencewithoutreason.Itwillbetreatedasemployees’resigningbythemselvesiftheyareabsentwithoutreasonforcontinuous3daysorcumulated3daysinamonth..未经请假或请假未被批准而不上班即旷工。连续旷工三天或一个月内累计旷工达三天或以上者,作自动离职处理。Theemployeeswilllossfullattendanceallowanceiftheyareentitledtofullattendanceallowanceandhaveanyactionofleave,latecoming,earlydeparture,orabsencewithoutreason.Andlatecoming,earlydepartureorabsencewillbepunishedaccordingtodisciplinepolicy.对于有全勤奖的员工,请假、迟到、早退或旷工者将被取消其当月的全勤奖,另依纪律处分。Theemployeeswhoarenotentitledtodeservefullattendanceallowancewillbepunishediftheyhaveanyactionoflatecoming,earlydeparture,orabsencewithoutreasonaccordingtodisciplinepolicy.对于无全勤奖的员工,迟到、早退或旷工将依纪律处分条例办理。PayrollEnquiry薪资问题Employeewhohastheenquiryofhissalary,heshouldaskAccountDepartmentwithin10workingdaysafterhereceivedhissalary.Ifthecalculationmistakeshasfoundafterchecking,thedifferencewillbetransfertotheemployee’sbankaccountwithnextsalarypayment.若发现工资计算有误或有任何疑问,可于工资发放后十天之内直接向行政人事部查询。如有误差,工资不足之金额将在下月工资中支付。Workingplace工作地点Employeesshouldworkattheplacesspecifiedandshouldnotgoaroundwithoutsupervisors’ormanager’spermissionorwhenitisnotemergency.员工必须在指定的地点进行工作,在没有得到部门主管或经理批准或没有特殊情况时,不得在工作时间离开工作地点。Normallynon-officeemployeesmaygotoofficeonlywhenitisneededforworkingandtheadministrationreceptionistnoticethemtodoso.非办公室人员如因工作需要并经行政部接待文员通知后方可进入办公室。Theemployeescanonlyhavedinner/restattheplacesspecifiedfordinner/rest,andshouldobeytherelativeregulations.用餐或休息时,员工只能在指定的用餐地点用餐,指定的休息场所及休息,并遵守相应的规章制度Havingmealinworkshopsorwarehousesisforbidden.严禁在车间或仓库用餐。Factorybadge厂证Factorybadgeistheidentityofeachemployeewhoworksinthecompany.ItisissuedbytheHR&AdminDepartmentwhenanemployeejoinsthecompany.TheHR&AdminDepartmentwilltakebackthebadgewhentheemployeeisleavingfromthecompanyforresignationortermination.厂证作为是员工在公司工作的主要凭证。入职时由行政人事部签发,离职时必须交回行政人事部。Theemployeesshouldwearfactorybadgesinthefactoryzoneandshouldshowtotheguardsforinspectionwhengooutorgetinthefactory.Violationwillcausepunishmentaccordingtodisciplinepolicy.员工在工厂范围内应将厂证佩戴于胸前,出入工厂大门时应主动接受值班保安检查,如有违规者,依纪律处分处理。Factorybadgeisonlyvalidasaworkingpermitinthecompany,andwithoutotheruses.Thecompanyreservestherighttosuetheemployeeswhoimproperusethefactorybadgesforotherpurposesandcauseproblems.厂证仅作本厂员工之“工作证”,不可作为其它证明。否则由于滥用厂证而发生任何问题,公司保留追究权。TheHR&AdminDepartmentwillreissuefactorybadgeswithoutchargetotheemployeeswhohavehadthefactorybadgeformorethan6months.Foranemployeewhobrokenorlosthis/herfactorybadgewithinholdingfor6months,theHR&AdminDepartmentwillreissuethebadgetohim/herbutchargeRMB20.00forthecostofprocessandmaterials.厂证办理后时间超过六个月破损者,行政人事部予免费办理重发厂证;如持有厂证未满六个月而破损或遗失者,行政人事部予理重发厂证但收回工本费用。RMB20.00.4.Transferofpost,dissolutionoflaborcontract,resignation工作调整、合同解除、离厂手续Transferofpost工作调整Thecompanyhastherighttotemporarily(notexceed3months)transferemployees’postswhennecessary.Thetemporarilytransferwillconsidertotheircapabilities,performance,healthand/orexperiencesandwithoutlowertheirbenefits.公司因工作需要有权临时调动员工的岗位。执行临时调动将考虑员工的能力、表现、健康和经验…等因素;不会削减员工待遇。TerminationofLaborContract合同解除TheemployeeswhohavegonethroughtheprobationsshoulddeliverwrittenresignationapplicationonemonthinadvancetotheHR&AdminDepartment.正式员工辞职的必须于离职前一个月递交《辞职申请书》于行政部IftheemployeeleavethecompanybeforetheLabourcontracthasexpired.Thecompanyreservedtherighttoclaimthecostbackfromtheemployeewhohastakenatrainingbythethirdpartandpaidbythecompany.曾在本公司接受过技术性培训的员工,如在合同期内提出书面辞职,须退还培训时公司所支付的相应部分费用。Iftheemployeewhohavesufferedwithinfectionsicknessaredeliveringresignationapplications,theyshouldproviderelativeproofssuchassickleaveproofsprovidedbyhospitaloranamnesisrecordstothecompany,thecompanywillmakeevaluationoftheirsicknessesanddecidewhethertheyareabletoleaveimmediately.患传染性疾病的员工,如申请离职,需向公司提供有效证明(镇级或镇级以上医院证明)如病休单或病历本等,公司视疾病轻重,决定是否接受其即辞即结算工资。Duringtheperiodofresigningwithadvancenotices,theemployeesshouldworkdiligently,andshouldnotcreateanyobstaclestooperation.Iftheproceduresoftransitionsarenotclearandsmooth,compensationdecidedaccordingtodamagemadetothecompany.Thecompanyhastherighttoclaimthecostsbackfromtheemployee.提前一个月申请辞工者离厂前,要认真工作,不得使工作正常进行出现障碍,如工作不能顺利交接,公司会视情形保留追究补偿。4-3Leavingprocedures离厂手续TheemployeeswhoareleavingshallgototheHR&AdminDepartmenttogettheClearanceListforSeparation,theHR&AdminDepartmentconfirmstheconditionsforseparationandreleasestheClearanceListforSeparation.离职者先到行政人事部领取《员工离职手续清单》,行政人事部确认已具备离职条件后将发放《员工离职手续清单》;Aftertheemployeehandsoveralltheproperties,toolsandstationery,thesupervisoroftheemployeeshallsignontheClearanceListforseparationtoconfirmthattheyreceivedthepropertiesandtools.离职者将公物、文具等交接清楚并由该部门负责人及交接人加以签名确认TheHR&AdminDepartmentcheckstheClearanceListforSeparation,thenchecksandcalculatestheattendancerecordsandfinerecords,adviseaccountingdepartmenttocalculatetheirsalaries.行政人事部审核《员工离职手续清单》后,统计员工出勤情况及违纪扣款记录,通知会计部计算工资Underthesupervisingofguards,theemployeemovespersonalbelongingstoguardroom(personalbelongingscanonlybetakenawayin30minutesafterfinishingwork),guardondutyandguardleaderwillsignontheClearanceListforSeparation.TheemployeegoestotheHR&AdminDepartmenttodealwithhissalaryandcleartheresignation,thenleavethefactoryandarenotallowedtoenterthefactoryanymorewi ightstoclaimbackthelosscausebytheemployee’smisconduct.处罚包括口头警告,书面警告,停职及解雇。公司保留权利追究任何由违反纪律所导致的损失.Disciplinaryprocedureincludesreportingfacts,investigating,suggestingdisciplinaryactions,approving,informing,andfiling.处罚程序包括:报告情况,调查,提出处罚建议,审批处罚建议,通知及归档。DismissingworkersmustbeapprovedbybothHRmanagerandresponsiblemanager.解雇员工必须经过行政人事经理及用人部门经理的共同批准。DismissingnormalstaffmustbeapprovedbyGeneralManager.解雇正式职员必须经过总经理的批准DismissingsupervisorlevelandabovestaffafterprobationmustalsogetverbalpriorapprovaloftheDirectorwhoisresponsibleHRissue.解雇正式的主管级及以上人员必须经过公司负责人事的董事批准方可.AnemployeewishingtoappealagainstdisciplinaryactionshouldsubmitnoticeofappealtotheHRmanagerinwritingformwithinsevencalendardaysofreceiptofthewrittenconfirmationofdisciplinaryaction,statingthegroundsofappeal.员工对处罚有异议,可以在接到书面处罚通知后7个工作日内以书面的形式向行政人事经理提出复议申请,阐明复议理由.处罚是有效的,除非复议的结论更改了原处罚决定.FormalOralWarning正式口头警告:Anyemployeewhohasanyofbelowactionswillbegivenaformaloralwarning.TheHR&AdminDepartmentwillhaveitrecorded.员工如有下列行为将受到口头警告,并由人事部备案.Nottoreportingthingsfound拾遗不报Changingbedwithoutpermission,私自调换床位Speakingvulgarandfilthywordsinthecompany,在公司内粗言秽语;Spittingandthrowingrubbisheverywhere随处吐痰或乱扔垃圾;Latecomingorearlydeparture;无故迟到或早退Withoutwearingthefactorybadge,orwearingthefactorybadgebutinanimproperway,没有佩戴或不适当地佩戴厂证,Violatingthecompany’ssafetyrulesordepartments’regulationsnotseriously;轻微违反公司安全守则或部门规章;Receivingfriendsorrelativesduringworkingtimeforprivateissuewithoutpermission;未经批准,在工作时间内接待亲友作私人探访Wearingtheplantclothesofothercompanieswithintheplant,在厂内穿着其它工厂工衣;Wearingslipperswithintheplantexceptthedormitory.在厂内(宿舍除外)穿拖鞋;Wastingwater,electricityandotherresources.浪费水电等资源;Eatinginnon-livingregion,orbringingfoodintoworkshopsandwarehouse.在非生活区内进食,或将食物带进生产车间及仓库Notcooperatingwhenthecompanyisinspectingdormitorie;检查宿舍时不配合;Takingfoodtocompanydormitory;将食物带入宿舍区;Enteringofficewithoutvalidpermission未经允许进入办公室;Punchingcardcontinuously;打连卡;LatecoComingbacktoplantordormitoryatmidnight;在午夜后回工厂或宿舍;Jumpingqueuewhenpunchingcardorhavingmeal;打卡或用餐时插队;Unsafebehaviorinworkplace;工作场所的不安全行为;Conductofanemployeehasfallenbelowanacceptablestandard;行为低于可接受的标准;Influencingothersbybadhabits;坏习惯影响他人,处违纪扣款;Goingintocanteenorworkshopsthroughwindows;爬窗进出车间或餐厅;Makingfireindormitory,connectsockets,wiresandforbiddenelectricappliance(microwaveoven,electriccooker,immersionheater);在宿舍内生火,乱接插座、电线、禁止使用的电器(微波炉,电饭煲,电热丝)等的电器;Notsleepingintheassignedroomandbed;未按指定的房间床位就寝;Makingnoisesorlisteningtoradiooutsidethedormitoryafter00:00;00:00后在室外大声喧哗,开收录机等;Makingprivatelongdistancecallusingcompany’stelephonewithoutpermissionbymanagersorabovelevel;未经经理或以上高层批准,用公司电话打私人长途电话的;Notacceptingguards’inspectionwhengoinginoroutoftheplant;进出厂区时不接受保安的例行检查;Lettingun-employeeliveinthedormitory;在宿舍内留宿陌生人;Wearingorpresentingfalsefactorbadge;佩戴或出示虚假的公司厂证;Takingelevatorwithoutcarryingmaterialswhichisover20KM乘坐电梯携带物品没有超过20公斤;Writtenwarning书面警告Anyemployeewhohasanyofbelowactionsforthefirsttimewillgetawrittenwarning;forthesecondtimeofthesameoffence,afterconsiderationbytheHR&AdminDepartmentwiththeapprovalofGeneralManagerorabovelevel,maybeterminatedimmediately:Theemployeewhogetthethirdwarningletter,willbeterminatedimmediately.有下列违纪行为,第一次给予书面警告,;再犯同样的违纪行为者,由人事部审定后,经总经理或以上高层批准可立即开除,且无任何经济补偿;任何员收到第三封书面警告将遭立即开除,且无任何经济补偿Notgoodworkattitude,notgoodefficiency,suchasreadingnewspaperormakingnoisesduringworkingtime;工作态度散漫或效率欠佳,如上班时间看报纸,喧哗等;Handlingprivatethingsduringworkingtimewithoutpermissionofmangersorabovelevel;未经经理级或以上人员批准,在工作时间内处理私人事务;Lowworkingefficiencywithintention;故意降低工作效率;Leavingworkingpositionwithoutpermission,frequentlylatecomingorearlydeparture;擅离工作岗位,经常迟到或早退;Beingabsentwithoutacceptablereasonforoneday;旷工一天而无合理解释;Violatingordisobeyingreasonableworkinstructionfromsupervisorsorabovelevel;违背或不服从主管或上司合理的工作命令的;Sleepingonduty;上班时睡觉;Smokingatnon-smokingarea,e.g.,toilet,office,workshops,warehouse;在禁止吸烟的地方吸烟,如洗手间,办公室,车间,仓库等;Gamblingorwatchinggambleinthecompany;在公司范围内赌博或围观赌博;Demagogisminthecompany;在公司内煽动同事;Copyingkeys,addingorchanginglockswithoutpermissionbymanagersorabove;未经经理级或以上人员的书面批准,私配锁匙(含加锁,换锁)Spreadingslanderousrumorstohurtotheremployeesorthecompanybusiness;散布谣言或恶意中伤其它员工或公司业务的;Drinkingalcoholordrinkscontainingalcoholonduty,exceptbeingrequiredbyworkrequirement;在工作时间内饮用有酒精成份的饮品或有酗酒行为的(因工作需要的除外);PostingorchangingdocumentsonthebulletinboardwithoutpermissionbytheHR&AdminDepartment;未经人事部许可,擅自在通告栏上张贴或涂改任何文件的;Enteringpowersupplyroom,generatorroom,kitchen,withoutvalidpermission;未经同意,进入配电房、发电房、厨房;Violatingthecompany’ss
