岗位职责:
1、负责工艺路途管理和作业标准化的建立和维护;
2、负责新工艺、新技术的npi导入;
3、负责基地技术部的日常管理工作。
任职要求:
1、质量管理体系、试验设计doe、精益生产、六西格玛、spc等;
2、光伏行业技术岗位10年以上工作阅历;
3、本科及以上学历,已完成学制并持有相关毕业证件;
4、具备良好的团队精神,协调实力强,具有肯定的抗压实力。
岗位职责:

职位描述:
职责描述:
1)组织制定产品工艺流程、工艺标准、作业指导书、技术和平安操作流程;
2)负责工艺管理部的技术改进(包括科研开发、科技攻关、合理化建议和标准化管理等)项目的开展与实施管理工作,确保本部门技术发展的可持续性;
3)建立和完善产品技术管理制度和程序;
4)定期组织对车间的工艺流程、产品技术指标等进行综合评估;
5)对生产工艺研发成员进行技术指导和培训,提高成员的工艺水平和实力。
任职要求:
1)40岁以下,全日制大专以上学历。
2)三年以上知名定制家具企业工艺工程师、工艺主管、工艺经理任职阅历;
3)熟识定制家具板材技术特点、生产工艺,以及加工流程,擅长依据产品生产工艺特点、产品技术提出合理化建议;
4)擅长建立和完善生产工艺技术管理制度,曾有胜利建立体系者优先考虑;
5)思维严谨,具有较强的逻辑实力、分析实力、改善实力、培训实力、推广实力、管理实力、沟通实力。
