职位描述：

职责描述：

1）组织制定产品工艺流程、工艺标准、作业指导书、技术和平安操作流程；

2）负责工艺管理部的技术改进（包括科研开发、科技攻关、合理化建议和标准化管理等）项目的开展与实施管理工作，确保本部门技术发展的可持续性；

3）建立和完善产品技术管理制度和程序；

4）定期组织对车间的工艺流程、产品技术指标等进行综合评估；

5）对生产工艺研发成员进行技术指导和培训，提高成员的工艺水平和实力。

任职要求：

1）40岁以下，全日制大专以上学历。

2）三年以上知名定制家具企业工艺工程师、工艺主管、工艺经理任职阅历；

3）熟识定制家具板材技术特点、生产工艺，以及加工流程，擅长依据产品生产工艺特点、产品技术提出合理化建议；

4）擅长建立和完善生产工艺技术管理制度，曾有胜利建立体系者优先考虑；

5）思维严谨，具有较强的逻辑实力、分析实力、改善实力、培训实力、推广实力、管理实力、沟通实力。
