,美本教育背词策略:根据美本教育刷词法把安排的单词在一天内全部刷完,1秒钟后想不出来意思的算不会,请做好标记并筛选。调整好单元格格式里的行高和列宽打印背诵。每次打印500个不会的单词,每天在不同的时间段内背诵10遍,每次30分钟,连续3天,一般能背诵80%以上。剩下的单词以此类推,直到所有的单词背完为止。这时,再把当初所筛出的单词再刷一遍,并背诵之,以防有些单词没有背出或遗忘。这样周而复始,直到考试当天上午,都要不停的重复。本策略是郭大爷根据艾宾浩斯遗忘曲线头3天容易遗忘而特地设计出的背词策略,简单易懂,方便自测,且能够满足任何学员的独特情况。,,
