1(1)Coordinatesystems坐标系Machinecoordinatesystem机床坐标系Thereferencepointofthemachineisdefinedasthemachinezeropoint.Themachinemanufacturersetsamachinezeropointforeachmachine.Themachinezeropointistheoriginofthemachinecoordinatesystem.

机床参考点被定义为机床零点。机床制造商为每一台机床设置一个机床零点。机床零点是机床坐标系的原点。1.PreparingforCNClatheprogramWorkpiececoordinatesystem工件坐标系Whentheoperatorwantstodeterminethepositionoftheworkpieceonthemachine,hemustsettheworkpiececoordinatesystems.Severalworkpiececoordinatesystemscanbesetforoneworkpiece.操作者想要确定零件在机床上的位置时,必须建立工件坐标系。一个工件可以设置几个工件坐标系。1.PreparingforCNClatheprogramLocalcoordinatesystem局部坐标系Ifthedimensionofaworkpieceistoobig,theusercansetanothercoordinatesysteminalocalareaoftheworkpiece,thisisalocalcoordinatesystem.当工件尺寸太大时,用户可以在工件上的某一局部区域设定另一个坐标系,这个坐标系就是局部坐标系。

车床程序零点一般设在工件右端面中点。1.PreparingforCNClatheprogram(3)Absoluteandincremental绝对与增量Whenyouarespecifyingcoordinatesfromtheprogramzeropoint,itiscalledtheabsolutemodeofprogramming.以程序零点确定坐标值称为绝对模式编程。Formachiningcenter(lathe)programming,theabsolutemodeisspecifiedbyaG90(X、Z)wordintheprogram.加工中心(数控车床)用G90(X、Z)表示绝对模式编程。1.PreparingforCNClatheprogramIntheincrementalsystem,everymeasurementreferstothepreviouslydimensionedposition.在增量系统中,每个运动都是相对于前一个位置的。Iftheprogrammermakesamistakeinincrementalprogram,everyincrementalmovementfromthatpointwillbeincorrect.如果编程者在增量编程中把某点坐标值弄错,那么从那点后的每一个增量运动都是不正确的。Iftheprogrammermakesthesamemistakeinanabsoluteprogram,onlyonemovementwillbeincorrect.Anymotioncanbecommandedineithertheabsoluteortheincrementalmode.如果编程者在绝对编程中出现同样的错误,则只有一个运动是不正确的。任何运动都可以用绝对或增量来表示。1.PreparingforCNClatheprogram(4)Programconfiguration程序结构Generallyspeaking,therearetwotypesofprograms:themainprogramandthesubprogram.一般来说,程序类型有两种:主程序和子程序。Eitherthemainprogramorasubprogramcontainsthreeparts:theprogramnumber,theprogramcontentandtheprogramend.不论是主程序还是子程序,都由三部分组成:程序号、程序内容、程序结束。

(5)TheF,S,MandTcodes1.PreparingforCNClatheprogramTheFcodecontrolsthespeedofthecuttingfeed.Itcanbeexpressedasfeedperminuteorfeedperrevolution.F代码控制切削进给速度。可以用每分钟进给量或每转进给量来表示。AFspecificationisamodalandremainsineffectinaprogramforallsubsequenttoolmovements.F代码是模态的,在随后的刀具运动程序段中一直有效。Feedspeedcanbechangedfrequentlyinaprogram,asneeded.一个程序中可以根据需要改变进给速度。F、S、M和T代码

(3)Cyclecodes循环代码G71(stockremovalinturning)Thiscannedcyclewillroughoutmaterialonapartgiventhefinishedpartshape.此循环指令能按照给定的精加工后的零件形状粗车去除多余材料。AllthataprogrammerneedstodoistodefinetheshapeofapartbyprogrammingthefinishedtoolpathandthensubmittingthepathdefinitiontoG71bymeansofaPQblockdesignation.编程人员需要做的是通过编制精加工刀具轨迹来定义零件形状,并且通过PQ程序段把指定刀具轨迹赋予G71指令。2.ProgramCodes

ManualcontinuousfeedRotatethefeedrateknobtoadjustthefeedrate.Youcanselectthefeedrateyouneed.旋转进给速度旋钮调节进给速度,可以根据需要选择进给速度Therateincreasesifyourotatethefeedrateknobclockwise.顺时针旋转该旋钮,进给速度增加;Theratedecreasesifyourotatetheknobcounterclockwise.逆时针旋转该旋钮,进给速度减小。HandlefeedThecoordinateaxescanbemovedbyrotatingthehand-wheel.通过旋转手轮能移动坐标轴。

(2)InputtingaprogramEnsurethemodeselectionswitchinthe“EDIT”mode.Programsareorganizedinthecontrolbyprogramnumber.Youwillbeallowedtoretrievethedesiredprogramfromthecontrol'smemory,makingittheactiveprogram.确保模式选择开关处于“EDIT”模式。通过程序号调用程序,可以从内存中调用需要的程序,使程序激活。

2.CNCLatheOperation

Theproceduretoinputaprogramisshownbelow:输入程序的步骤如下:·Switchtheknobto“EDIT”modeonthepanel,thesystemwillbeintheeditmode.·将面板上的旋钮转换至“EDIT”模式,系统处于编辑模式。·Presstheprogramkeytodisplaytheprogramscreen.

·按下程序键显示程序屏幕。·Inputtheprogramnumberwiththeaddress/numberkey.

·Whentheinsertkeyispressed,theprogramnumberappearsonthescreen.·按下插入键,程序号就会出现在屏幕上。·Afterthat,youcaninputtheprogramcontent.Attheendofeachline,pressthekey,and“;”willappearonthescreenthenpresstheinsertkey.

·Pressthedryrunkeyduringautomaticoperation.Thetoolmovesattherapidfeedratespecifiedinaparameter.·在自动运行过程中按下空运行模式键,刀具以系统给定的参数快速移动。·Pressthesingleblockkeyduringautomaticoperation.Thetoolstopsafterasingleblockintheprogramisexecuted.Ifyoupressthecyclestartkey,theprogramwillcontinuebeingexecutedoneblockfromthecurrentblockoftheprogram.Checktheprograminthesingleblockmodebyexecutingtheprogramblockbyblock.

·在自动运行过程中按下单段模式键,程序执行一段后刀具停止。再按循环启动键,将从当前程序段继续执行下一个程序段。一段一段执行程序用于检查程序。
