ingsandvisitthesitetoacquaintourselveswithperipheralenvironmentandcommandthefirstinformationbeforecommencement.Allsortsofmanagerialdocuments,technicaldocuments,constructionspecificationsandacceptanceandevaluatingstandardsshallbeequippedaccordingtoconstructionrequirement.编制总体施工工艺和各分部施工措施。Constructionmethodstatementforoverallworksandforeachspereratetradeshallbeestablishedandcarriedoutshortly按设计总平面图的设计布局,做好建筑物的定位放线工作,对施工机械进行合理的定位布置。Accordingtooverallarrangementinthesitepalyout,technicalengineerswillbeappointedtocarryoutthesurveyingandsettingoutwork,accuratelymeasureandsetthemarksoftheredlinesofthebuilding.Furthermore,weshallestablishmachine/toolsmaneuverschedule,optimizeandprovideallkindsofconstructionmachines/toolsandmeasuring,testingdevices.3.2施工准备ConstructionPreparation施工准备工作主要包括建筑材料的准备、人员的调配、建筑安装机械的准备。Constructionpreparationreferstoprocurementofconstructionmaterialandpreparationofhumanresourcesandmobilizationofconstructionequipment.建筑材料主要按施工预算、进度安排计划要求,按材料的名称、规格、使用时间编出需用量计划,为组织备料、确定仓库、场地堆放所需的面积和组织运输提供依据。Inaccordancewiththeconstructionbudgetandtheprogrammeschedule,alsoaccordingtothename,specificationandrequiredtime,wecarryoutconstructionmaterialpreparationjobintermsofpurchasing,transportationanddeliverying,andstorage.根据施工组织设计的施工进度计划和各分部(项)工程施工进度安排,计算出该工程分部(项)施工所需要的劳动力,各工种随时调度,各种机械设备及周转材料按计划组织。建筑安装机具的准备,根据采用的施工方案安排,确定施工机械的类型、数量和进场时间、进场地点和方式,编制施工机具需用量计划,为组织运输、堆放安装提供依据.IncompliancewiththemasterscheduleandseparatescheduleforeachworkintheConstructionOperationalDesign,necessarymanpowerforeachtradewillbeworkedoutadequately.Inaddition,asmoothcoordinationshallbeensuredbetweendifferenttrades.Accordingtotheconstructionprogressplan,wewillindentifythetype,thequantity,andthetimeandtherouteofconstructionequipmenttomobilizetosite..3.3现场用水需求及布置方法ConstructionWaterDemandandLayout(1)本工程现场施工用水分施工用水、生活用水和消防用水三部分(因无特殊用水机械,故不考虑机械用水),根据以往的施工经验,施工用水及生活用水之和一般小于消防用水,故总供水量按规定取用消防用水量,即10l╱s,供水管径取: d=√4Q╱πυ1000=0.092m(υ取1.5l╱s)Thewatersupplyonsiteservesconstruction,licingandfire-fighting.Thewaterconsumptionforfire-fightingisnormallygreaterthanthetotalconsumptionoflivingandconstruction.Thusherewecalculatethediameterofthewater-supplyingpipeasfollowsbasedonthefire-fightingconsumption:d=√4Q╱πυ1000=0.092m(υ取1.5l╱s)(2)即须选用DN100镀锌水管作主管,从场外水源点引出并连接到施工现场内指定的位置,作为场内临时水源点,安装水表,并设消火栓,施工用水和生活用水选用DN50镀锌水管从该水源点接至用水点。WewilladoptDN100glavanizedsteelpipeasthemainwaterpipeandconnectwaterfromoutsidewaterresourcetoconstructionsite.Installwatermetreandfirehydrantonsite.WaterforconstructionandlivingwillbeconnectedfromthewaterresourceonsitetotheapplicationareathroughDN50glavanizedpipe.Thatistosay,themainincomingsizewillbeDN100glavanizedpipeandthedistributionlineswillbeDN50.(3)水管环绕施工道路外侧布设,水管铺设分施工用水和消防用水双路管线,排管前先装上计量水表,再根据布管要求将水管敷设至各施工点及办公区。施工用水在平面上沿施工场地周边布置,水管用DN50管,环绕场地周边的水管每隔30m左右设一水龙头。Thewaterlinesforconstructionandfire-fightingwillbesetuprespectively.First,awatermeterwithshutvalvewillbeinstalledonthemainincomingwaterline.Second,thewaterwillbeconnectedtoeachconstructionpointandofficearea.Theconstructionwaterwillbelayedalongtheconstructionsiteboundary.Inaddition,alongthesiteevery30mtherewillbeawatertapinstalled.3.4现场用电需求及注意事项ConstructionPowerDemandandWarnings3.4.1施工用电计算ConstructionPowerDemandCaculation根据主要施工机械的选用及其用电负荷,现场需用电量为Accordingtothemainmachineryandequipmenttobeusedforconstructionandtheircapacityandload,Theconstructionpowerdemandiscalculatedasfollows:∑P1=64.9kW∑P2=156.0kVAP动=1.05[k1(∑P1╱cosα)+k2∑P2] =1.05[0.5×(64.9╱0.75)+0.6×156]=143.71kVAP总=1.10P动=1.10×143.71≈158.08kVA照明及生活用电量按10%P动考虑,则实际需用电量为Thepowerforlightingandlivingwillbeconsiderasper10%P动,theactualpowerloadwillbe:P总=1.10P动=1.10×143.71≈158.08KVA3.4.2施工用电注意事项WarningsforConstructionPowerApplication整个施工现场按三级配电内容型式布置,即总配电箱→分配电箱→开关箱→用电设备。配电箱、开关箱按现场线路逐一编号,箱内所用开关用明显的标志注明,其回路和所控用电设备等,所运行的开关箱均有专人负责。整个施工现场由持证电工按时检查和不定期检查,以防发生触电伤害。Thepowersupplysystemconsistsof3levels:mainjunctionbox,junctionboxes,switchgearsandequipment.Junctionboxesandswitchgearboxeswillbenumbered,andtheswitchinsidewillbemarked.Therunningswitchgearboxeswillbemaintainedbyspecificperson.Thepowersupplyfacilitieswillbeinspectedregularlytopreventpotentialdamage.现场施工用电线路全部采用三相五线制绝缘线,根据施工总平面布置图进行架空布设,架空线离地面4m以上,机动车道处要6m以上。施工现场的供电线路在各配电箱处打地钻进行重复接地,零线应与其他各导线颜色区别开来。3-Phaseand5-wireelectricalsystemshallbeprovidedtosite.Accordingtothesitelayoutplan,allelectricalcordswillbekeptinanelevatedpositionwhichismorethan4metersfromground.Indrivingareastheelectricalcordsshallbeataheightofover6meter.Allelectricalaffairsincludingdistributionboxesshouldbeearthedtotheground.Allcircuitswillbere-groundedateachjunctionboxbydrillingintotheground.施工现场中使用的配电箱、开关箱,对固定式的安装高度要求箱底与地面的垂直距离均为1.3m,手持式电动工具应采用移动式开关箱,内装漏电保护器。配电箱、开关箱进出线口一律设在箱体的下底而且有防绝缘损坏措施。整个施工现场采用二极漏电保护,在配电箱和开关箱内装设漏电保护器,使之具有分级分段保护功能,有门有锁有防雨措施箱内无杂物。购置漏电保护器和安装运行及维修均应按规范规定。Alljunctionboxes,switchgearboxeswillbeinstalled1.3mabovegroundandwithshutdown&overloadprotectiondevice.Furthermoreeartleakagecircuitbreakershallbeinstalledonallelectricalappliances.Thewireoutletandinletforeachjunctionboxandswitchgearshallbeputonthebottomoftheboxeswithinsulationprotectiondevice.施工现场由专职电工负责现场施工用电的管理,严禁非电工擅自装、安用电器具,拉设电线。Onlytrainedandqualifiedelectricianscandotheelectricalconnectionorrepairwork.四、质量控制与保证措施QualityControlandQualityEnsuringMeasures4.1工程质量目标ProjectQualityTarget工程质量满足设计要求,达到国家现行质量检验评定标准的优良等级。Thequalityoftheprojectwillmeetthedesignrequestandmeetexcellentstandardsofstatequalityevaluationcodes.4.2质量管理体系QualityManagementSystem依据本工程的情况,公司建立本项目质量保证体系,加强工程质量的管理和控制。同时,接受业主、监理单位和质监站的监督、检查和指导。Ourcompanywillsetupaqualityguaranteesystemfortheprojecttoreinforcequalitymanagementandcontrol.Atthesametime,ourcompanywillacceptoverseeingandinstructionsoftheClient,JianliandQualityMonitoringStation.ForChartofQualityManagementSystem,pleaseseethechartbelow:
