第页共页工作方案(通用10篇)工作方案篇一〔一〕指导思想坚持以人为本,尊重学生的人格,遵循学生的心理开展规律,根据学生成长过程的需要,在学校的全教育过程中为学生提供心理方面的帮助和效劳,以到达充分发挥学生潜能、促进形成中学生心理安康和个性主动开展的目的,让每一位学生在活动中理解自我、悦纳自我、调控自我、实现自我,超越自我。在教育活动中学会认知、学会做事、学会做人、学会共处。〔二〕根本原那么我校在开展中学生心理安康教育过程中,为了保证心理安康教育的理论性与实效性,必须坚持以下根本原那么:1、针对性原那么。根据学生心理开展特点和身心开展规律,有针对性地施行教育;2、全面性原那么。面对全体学生,通过普遍开展教育活动,使学生对心理安康教育有积极的认识,使心理素质逐步得到进步;3、差异性原那么。关注个别差异,根据学生的不同需要开展多种形式的教育和辅导,进步他们的心理安康程度;4、尊重学生,以学生为主体,充分启发和调动学生的积极性。积极做到心理安康教育的科学性与针对性相结合;面向全体与关注个别差异相结合,尊重、理解与真诚同感相结合,预防和开展相结合。5、保密性原那么。对求助学生的所有资料和信息决不应作为社交闲谈的话题,要进展保密。心理安康教育的目的是:进步全体学生的心理素质,充分开发他们的潜能,培养学生乐观、向上的心理品质,使学生不断正确认识自我,增强调控自我,承受挫折,适应环境的才能,对有心理困扰或心理障碍的学生给予科学有效的心理辅导,使他们尽快摆脱障碍、调节自我,进步心理安康程度。增强自我教育才能,适应21世纪日趋剧烈的国际竞争需要。三、心理安康教育的主要内容根据我校实际情况:普及心理安康根本知识,树立心理安康意识,理解简单的心理调节方法,认识心理异常现象,初步掌握心理保健常识,学会学习,学会交流,适应升学择业、生活、社会等。主要内容包括:帮助学生适应中学的学习环境和学习要求,培养正确的学习观念,开展其学习才能,改善,体验学习成功的乐趣;把握升学选择的方向;理解自己,学会克制青春期的烦恼,逐步学会调节和控制自己的情绪,抵抗自己的冲动行为;加强自我认识,客观地评价自己,积极与同学、老师和家长进展有效的沟通;逐步适应生活和社会的各种变化,培养对挫折的耐受才能。〔一〕积极开展心理安康教育的老师培训,加强师资队伍建立是搞好心理安康教育工作的关键:通过培训进步专、兼职心理安康教育老师的根本理论,专业知识和操作技能程度。定期聘请心理安康教育专家来校做报告,增强心理安康教育的责任意识,建立全体老师共同参与的心理安康教育的工作的机制,今年暑期重点举办班主任心理安康教育培训班。逐步形成在校长领导下,分管干部负责,以专、兼职心理辅导老师和班主任为骨干,全体老师共同参与的心理安康教育的工作体制;同时学校重视老师心理安康教育工作,把老师心理安康教育作为老师职业道德教育的一个方面,为老师学习心理安康教育知识提供必要的条件。〔二〕开展多种多样的心理教育的途径和方法1、心理安康教育要有机浸透到学科教学1〕开展学习辅导,促进学生的学习兴趣。通过主题班会、学法指导月等活动,引导学生认识自己的潜能,端正学习的动机,掌握合适自己特点的学习方法,改变不良的学习习惯,从而改善学生在学习过程中的被动无助状态,增强学生对本学科的兴趣,增强自信,进步学习的效率。2〕创设良好的课堂心理环境,使学生乐学会学在课堂中,老师努力创造一种和谐、民主、平等、轻松的心理气氛,充分发挥学生的主动性、独立性、合作性,让兴趣引导学习。在这样的气氛中学生安康愉快的情绪得以保持,自主性得到开展,合作精神、创新精神得到培养。3〕利用教材与课堂,塑造学生完美人格教材的编写和制定都蕴含着不少心理安康教育的因素。老师要充分地有意识地运用教材本身的魅力作用,有机地运用它去塑造学生健全人格。2、开设心理安康活动课或专题讲座:包括心理训练、角色扮演、游戏辅导、心理知识讲座等,普及心理安康科学知识;每学期进展1-2次老师心理安康教育活动,由心理专家主讲,在全校普及心理安康科学知识。每学期分年级进展1-2次学生心理安康教育活动,帮助学生掌握心理保健知识,促进身心全面安康的开展。3、开设心理辅导室,进展个别的辅导。由心理咨询师和专业的心理安康老师进展定期辅导。对学生在学习和生活中出现的问题给予直接的指导,排解学生心理困扰,并对有关的心理行为问题进展诊断、矫治。4、建立测试档案:对新生入学进展学生心理安康普查,理解我校学生心理问题,为心理安康教育提供参考根据,建立测试档案,有利于增强心理安康教育工作的实效性和针对性。5、建立了心理安康email和____,以最快的时间答复,以便那些不愿和辅导老师见面的学生可以通过和悄悄话信箱、email寻求帮助〔三〕心理安康教育与家庭教育结合家庭教育是学校教育的一个不可无视的局部。但是家庭教育中,一些家长单纯地重视孩子的需求而无视了孩子的心理安康教育。今年通过家长学校对家长进展教育培训,在校报开设家长心理安康教育专栏。通过举办专题讲座,开展亲子活动等进步家长教子的才能。〔四〕创设良好的校园心理环境为了使学生的心理安康素质得以正常开展,在学校日常工作中,重视营造良好的校园气氛和宽松的心理环境。学校注重校容校貌的建立,使学校环境实现绿化、美化、净化。继续健全、完善心理辅导室,装备设施,添置合适学生阅读的心理书籍,使心理辅导室漂亮、温馨。校橱窗设心理安康园地“心理安康园地”,通过校播送、电视、书刊、网络等宣传媒介大力宣传心理安康知识,使学生时时刻刻承受着安康的熏陶,学校心理环境和谐、真诚、奋进,孕育了一种安康向上的心理气氛。一月:召开心理研讨会二月:各班设心理委员召开心理委员培训班三月:制定学年心理键康教育学年方案召开学校心理安康教育工作会四月:学生心理调查五月:心理咨询室举行心理安康教育讲座六月:x____师上心理安康教育课七月:班主任心理安康教育培训八月:心理安康教育社团活动九月:x____师上心理安康教育课十月:聘请专家进展心理安康教育讲座十一月:学生心理安康教育讲座十二月:心理安康教育年终工作方案篇二为贯彻落实中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅《关于全面推行河长制的意见》和省、地、市《全面推行河长制施行方案》精神,进一步明确各村、各有关单位流域保护管理责任,促进流域保护管理工作标准化、制度化,结合实际,制定潭头镇“河长制”施行方案如下:全面推行“河长制”,坚持节水优先、空间平衡、系统治理、两手发力,通过水资保护、河湖水域岸线管理保护、水污染防治、水环境治理、水生态修复和执法监管,有效遏制乱占乱建、乱排乱倒、乱采砂、乱截流等“四乱”问题得到有效遏制,突发水环境事件得以及时发现和妥善处置,河流断面水质、水生态、水环境相貌明显改善,饮用水水地平安保障全面落实,努力实现“水清、河畅、岸绿、生态”的目的。(一)坚持生态优先,绿色开展。结实树立尊重自然、顺应自然、保护自然的理念,妥善处理河流保护管理与开发利用的关系,促进河流休养生息,维护河流生态功能。(二)坚持党政领导,统筹协调。严格落实党政领导负责制,实行党政同责,构建组织体系,明确工作责任,加强部门联动;遵循生态系统整体性、系统性及其内在规律,将流域作为管理单元,统筹上下游左右岸,进步综合治理成效。(三)坚持问题导向,属地管理。针对区域和流域实际,加强分类指导,突出“一河一策”,建立健全长效机制,着力解决河流保护管理突出问题;按照“谁主管、谁负责”的要求,协调各方力量,落实属地责任。(四)坚持强化监视,全员参与。依法治水管水,加强督察考核,严肃责任追究,强化社会监视;把绿色开展新理念纳入村规民约、文明守那么,广泛发动社会参与,营造全社会关心保护河流的良好气氛。(一)加强水资保护。落实最严格水资管理制度,强化水资开发利用控制、用水效率控制、水功能区限制纳污三条红线的刚性约束,实行水资消耗总量和强度双控行动,严格水功能区管理监视,控制排污总量和污染工程审批。主要河流水功能区水质达标率88%以上;乡镇所在地集中式饮用水水地水功能区水质达标率95%。强化政府责任,严格考核评估和监视。实行水资消耗总量和强度双控行动,防止不合理新增取水,实在做到以水定需、量水而行、因水制宜。(二)加强水污染防治。落实《水污染防治行动方案》,明确防治目的和任务,实行水陆统筹,强化联防联控,加强综合治理和入河污染排查,优化入河排污口布局,以工矿企业、城镇生活、畜禽养殖、水产养殖、农业面等污染防治为重点,改善水生态环境质量。到20xx年,主要农作物化肥、农药使用量实现零增长,测土配方施肥技术推广覆盖率进步到90%以上,主要农作物肥料利用率进步40%以上,农药利用率达40%以上,农作物病虫害统防统治覆盖率到达40%以上,当季农膜回收和综合利用充满到达80%以上。(三)加强水环境治理。按照水功能区确定各类水体的水质保护目的,建立健全水环境风险评估排查、预警预报与响应机制;落实空间管控,构建武陵溪、交溪流域科学合理岸线格局,加强武陵溪、交溪流域管理保护,依法划定河流管理范围,严禁侵占河道、非法采砂行为;加强黑臭水体治理、生活污水垃圾处理、饮用水水保护区内违法建筑和排污口清理,推进小流域及农村水环境整治。到20xx年,全镇根本完成黑臭水体整治,实现镇区生活污水处理设施全覆盖,56%以上行政村生活污水得到有效治理,生活垃圾搜集处置率到达90%以上;根本完成武陵溪、交溪流域和重点水利工程确权划界工作。乱占乱建、乱排乱倒、乱采砂、乱截流等“四乱”现象有效遏制,河流断面水质、水生态、水环境相貌明显改善,省级以上水功能区水质达标率进步到86%以上,镇饮用水水地水质达标率进步到95%以上,全镇小流域ⅲ类以上水质比例到达90%以上。(四)加强水生态修复。推进河流生态修复与保护,开展河流安康评估,强化山水林田湖系统治理,加强水修养林建立,加强城镇平原河网和农村小微河道“毛细血管”治理,加强水土流失预防监视和综合治理,推进平安生态水系建立,完善生态保护补偿机制。配合市委、市政府完成辖区内河流的河道岸线和河岸生态保护蓝线划定工作。推进建立生态保护补偿机制,加强水土流失预防监视和综合整治,建立生态清洁型小流域,维护河湖生态环境。〔一〕乡镇级河长。潭头镇有两条支流交溪和武陵溪,这两条溪的河长都由潭头镇党委书记兼潭头镇镇长王剑敏同志担任,其中交溪流域的分段的富罗坂村、东昆村、建柄村有镇党委副书记王灿锋负责,武陵溪流域的分段的潭头村、渔溪洋村、棠溪村有潭头镇党委副书记林杏斌负责,武陵溪流域的分段的汾洋村、太逢村、坑坪村、下洋村由潭头镇党委委员、武装部长林仕清负责。〔二〕村级专管员。河道专管员由各村村民主任担任,负责村所辖河道的日常巡查与信息反响、配合相关部门现场执法和涉水纠纷调处、引导公众参与等工作。河道保洁与涉河工程管护等工作可由河道专管员承当,也可通过购置效劳等方式由专业队伍承当。原那么上每名河道专管员负责一个或假设干个村河道管理,辖区内河道多、任务重的地方可视情调整配置。〔三〕河长制办公室。设置河长制办公室,负责河长制工作的详细运行,开展综合协调、政策研究、督导检查、考核考评等日常工作,协调组织执法检查、监测发布和相关突出问题的清理整治等工作。〔四〕镇河长制办公室。镇河长制办公室设主任一名,由潭头镇分管水利副镇长兼任,设成员假设干,由党政办公室、国土所、村建站、农业效劳中心、水利工作站、城管中队等部门负责人兼任。镇河长制办公室日常事务由镇水利工作站承当。〔五〕镇河长制办公室成员单位职责。水利工作站负责指导、监视水资管理保护和水功能区水量水质监测,推进平安生态水系、节水型社会和水生态文明建立,加强河湖划界确权,河道采砂管理、水土流失治理、堤防工程管护和河湖水工程建立,依法查处水事违法违规行为,强化水资管理系统建立,协助上级相关部门开展河道内执法,严厉打击非法采砂运输行为。镇环保办负责水污染防治的统一监视指导,组织施行跨乡镇的水污染防治规划,加强涉水建立工程环境监管,指导协调推进小流域水环境治理,开展涉水建立工程的调查执法和达标排放监视,组织施行全镇地表水水环境质量监测,协助上级相关部门监管和推进渡口码头污染防治。村建站负责城乡生活污水、垃圾处理的监视管理工作,会同环保、水利、农业等部门加强镇黑臭水体整治,推进美丽乡村建立。镇农业效劳中心负责农业面污染防治的牵头工作,催促指导可养区生猪养殖场的改造晋级,推进农业废弃物综合利用,负责渔业水环境质量监测和水产养殖污染防治工作,依法查处水产养殖污染及电毒炸鱼等违法行为。镇派出所负责加强行政执法力度,协助专项监视检查。镇财政所负责落实镇河长制专项经费,协调河流保护管理所需资金,监视资金使用。镇国土所负责指导各地做好河流治理工程用地保障;监视指导做好地下水环境监测、矿产资开发整治过程中地质环境保护和治理工作。镇林业站负责指导、监视生态公益林保护管理、造林绿化、湿地保护与修复工作。〔一〕建立集中统一的协调机制。潭头镇参照市级河长制办公室设置方法,组建河长制办公室。强化集中办公,使协调工作日常化,实在形成综合治水格局。建立河长制联席会议制度,原那么上每季度定期召开一次河长制办公室成员单位联席会议,研究解决重大问题;要及时汇总情况,研究对策,明确责权,提出建议,下达指令,监视落实。〔二〕建立全域治理的责任机制。潭头镇党委、潭头镇人民政府是本辖区流域整治责任主体,要制定综合治水规划和年度工作方案,明确治理任务、进度要求、完成时限、责任单位和责任人。镇有关单位、各村要各司其职、各负其责,亲密配合、协调联动,依法履行流域保护管理的相关职责。各流域要突出重点,细化任务,实行“一河一档”、“一河一策”,加强头治理、系统治理、生态治理,进步流域综合治理的针对性和有效性。〔三〕建立科学严密监测机制。坚持统一规划、优化整合、合理布局,镇有关单位、各村要分部门按职责开展流域水环境质量、渔业水环境质量、水功能区水质等水环境监测。对行政区交界面、干支流交界面、功能区交界面和主要入河排污口,科学设置监测点,做到点位互补,细化加密监测。依托省水环境统一监测平台,构建省、市、县三级监测数据有效会聚和相关部门监测数据互联共享共融机制,健全数据库。对监测发现的情况,由河长制办公室和相关职能部门同时向有关方面通报发布,对相关部门提供的监测数据加强会商研判、科学分析^p,发现问题,催促有关部门查找根、落实整改。〔四〕建立齐抓共管的督导机制。河长制办公室每年年底要编制次年河长制责任清单、任务清单,明确责任主体,落实责任单位和责任人员。组织相关部门定期开展责任落实情况的督导检查,重大涉河工程专项检查,对督察稽查情况进展通报,对发现的重大问题进展重点督办、限期整改、验收反响。建立“智慧河流”平台,运用明查暗访、“河长微信群”,借助第三方监察,鼓励“企业河长”、“民间河长”、“社会监视员”、“河道志愿者”、“巾帼护水岗”等,对河流保护管理效果进展监视和评价。〔五〕建立协同联动的执法机制。河长办公室要科学统筹、协调部署相关部门,对涉河涉水重要事件结合开展综合执法或专项行动,严厉打击涉河涉水违法犯罪行为。相关部门要坚持执法主体不变、执法权能不变、执法体系不变的原那么,加强河流日常动态监管,开展专项执法行动。根据河长制相关制度意见,进一步完善行政执法与刑事司法衔接机制。探究建立流域执法指挥平台,加强河流综合执法,优化流域环境监管和行政执法职能配置。〔六〕建立奖惩清楚的考评机制。建立河长制工作考评制度,制定河长制年度考核考评及奖惩方法,逐级开展考核考评工作,考核结果纳入政府绩效考评、领导干部自然资资产离任审计和城乡环境提升指挥部考核内容,并与生态补偿、以奖代补等挂钩。对于不履行或不正确履行职责造成环境污染和生态环境破坏,以及无故未能完成年度工作任务的,根据有关规定进展问责。工作方案篇三浅谈数字人事数字人事系统是将税务干部的日常行为数字化之后,对税务干部德、能、勤、绩、廉、评、基七个方面的指标进展综合评价的人力资管理体系。这个体系的创新之处就在于将传统的定性考核变为定量考核,用数字将职业根底、业务晋级、领导胜任力、日常绩效、公认测评一一串联起来,进展更加公正、有迹可循的考评管理。数字人事工程自试点之初就犹如众星捧月,备受瞩目。在市局层面,从各县市区抽调业务骨干成立工程组,“用百分之百的时间和百分之百的精力投入到数字人事的试点当中去”,组织各县市区局领导班子进展集中学习,通过视频会议系统安排各县市区局全体人员进展培训……在区局层面,张文霞局长亲自部署各项工作,迅速成立专项小组,小组成员几度接到任务连夜召开工作会议直至凌晨……各个科室里,科长们带头组织学习,逐字逐句地学习数字人事百问百答和重要讲话的核心精神,有关数字人事的答卷和体会动辄洋洋洒洒上千言,有关业务考试和日常评价的讨论往往面红耳赤……许多领导和同事都说,市局、区局对于数字人事工作的重视程度,在**国税历史上是罕见的,就是这样一个“干部管理日常化,日常管理指标化,指标管理数字化,数字管理累计化,累计管理可比化,可比管理挂钩花,挂钩管理导向化”的综合管理系统,承载了无数**国税人的心血和瞩目,这个工程就像冰心笔下的小橘灯,不仅为我们照亮了前程,更为我们带来了温暖和希望.王军局长曾经说过,数字人事系统的根本目的是“让全体税务干部一身正气,一生向上”,要形成这样一个导向。我想,这句话用最朴素的语言阐释了数字人事工程的真谛,同时,也激发了许多税务干部心底寂静已久的热情,我们所做的一切不就是为了有朝一日,整个税务系统80万大军可以到达一个千帆竟发、百舸争流、鱼翔浅底、鹰击长空的充满活力的场面吗?数字人事系统就是本着这样的目的,通过业务才能晋级考试,会更新老同志的知识构造,进步新干部的业务素养;通过日常绩效考核,会让真正能干事、干成事的干部崭露头角,让浑水摸鱼的同志原形毕露;通过建立待遇与职级挂钩的制度,会形成选贤任能的安康晋升机制,从而彰显正向鼓励,促进税务干部的自我鼓励和自我提升。从我自己的感受来说,在数字人事四个支柱当中,我比拟感兴趣的局部是业务才能和日常绩效。其中,业务才能这一局部是能激发我斗志的。8月6日是我入职三周年的日子,入职之初,我就为自己定下了每年考一场专业考试的目的,三年来,我一直坚持着当年自己许下的承诺。今年年初宣布要举行业务才能晋级考试,正与我自己的方案不谋而合,我愿意每年都参加业务考试,不断学习专业知识,不断充实自己的职业生命,同时能与同事们一起学习、一起考试,也让我的学习生活变得更加有动力、更加有积极性。关于日常绩效,刚刚参加工作的时候,我在办税效劳厅工作,那时候的状态完全可以用“打鸡血”来形容。遇到“营改增”、金税三期系统上线等业务关口,没白没黑地加班,从来不知道什么是辛苦、什么是累。三年以后,我猛然发现自己没有刚刚参加工作的时候那么有激情,就在我意识到自己问题存在并且深感苦恼的时候,我们开场进展工作纪实。假如当天完成的工作数量多而且比拟有挑战性,心里就会觉得特别满意和踏实,感觉自己还像方入职的时候每天充实地度过;假如某一天懈怠了、偷懒了,就会赤裸裸地表达在工作纪实上,成为一个污点,永远呈如今工作纪实中。所以,每当我想要懈怠、想要偷懒的时候,会因为对工作纪实的忌惮继续投入到工作当中去。通过数字人事的试点,我感受到了自己变化,更看到了身边同事为之付出的努力。试点的过程中,区局有的同事进驻市局工程组,有的同事在区局用晚上和周末的时间加班,他们的辛苦和成绩被每个人看在眼里。每一次改革,每一个新系统的上线都蕴含着税务干部的无数心血,但是为了国税事业的长足开展,为了中国心、中国梦的早日实现,我们的燃烧的青春都是值得的。正因为有了他们的努力,我们有理由相信,将来的国税系统必然会乘着数字人事的风帆一路向前,辉煌无限。工作方案篇四基层各单位、机关各部门:根据市、区防指的统一部署,按照区建立局《防汛工作预案》的要求,启动施行本年度的防汛工作。城区低洼地易受淹区段的`防汛排涝。以城西北片为主,主要有:江州北路〔景庄桥—大庆桥〕沿途两侧;海阳路〔吴洲路—北仓路〕;扬州路〔西汽车站—车管所〕以及西站转盘周围地区。经过前期巡查,今年老城区防汛重点部位计10处,分别是:江州北路振泰浴城北侧、泰州机械厂北侧平房宿舍、西桥街1号楼、中山社区夏家汪18号楼区域、康乐巷、森南造纸厂宿舍、花园庄、扬州路南侧农机公交宿舍、车站西巷、青年南路413号宿舍楼。1.系统内各单位从即日起启动防汛值班制度,主要负责人手机24小时待机。2.市政养护处要加强重点部位雨水管网的清掏、巡查,雨天巡查结果当日上报。3.房管处负责对直管公房进展巡查维修,巡查结果及时上报。4.小区办、广厦物业对代管公房进展巡查维修;及时检查疏通住宅小区内的下水道,巡查结果及时上报。5.区拆管办负责催促检查拆迁现场已交房屋的及时撤除率,防止残墙断壁伤人,检查结果每周一报。6.系统内各单位5月12日前上报24小时防汛值班及值班。7.相关单位和部门检查、检修防汛工具和器材,近期组织防汛演练一次,并上报文字和图片资料。工作方案篇五20××年已过去,在这一年中,在公司领导的悉心催促下,在各部门同事的协助和大力配合下,行政人事部整体管理程度得到了很大的进步,在工作上获得了喜悦、感慨,也获得了探究,得到了打破,通过这一年不断的理论和积累,部门综合素质和才能得到了一定程度的进步,现将这一年的工作情况汇报如下:1、20××年工作亮点1.1人事管理(1)现有人员情况在20××年,公司由年初的49名在职员工,5个职能部门,扩展到年末的95名在职员工(其中总经办1人,行政人事部7人,方案部2人,技术部4人,采购部2人,制造部55人,品质科18人,财务部6人),8个职能部门,人员增长率达93.88%,在各岗位人员装备和管理完善、设备齐全的前提下,公司逐步形成了初具规模的电子消费企业。20××年中,公司总面试应聘人员609人次,入职新员工190人次,人员到岗率30.55%。人员到岗率偏低,我部初步统计分析^p认为有以下几点原因:①公司地理位置较偏僻,周边生活配套设施不完善;②目前产线员工中绝大局部为90后,对生活居住环境有一定自己的想法和要求;③公司内部员工娱乐设施几乎没有,员工生活单调、枯燥。(2)招聘为配合公司消费开展需要,我部积极配合各部门用人需求,提早做好兄弟部门招聘准备工作,甚至在个别兄弟部门未作出用人需求申请时,我部及时与该部门进展沟通确认,做好相关人资储藏工作,全公司人员招聘到岗及时率95%以上。为招聘及时补充产线员工,我部不断拓展、尝试各种招聘渠道和方法,与华帝股份人资部沟通,在20××年8-10月份每周一参加股份公司普技工专场招聘会,20××年10月-12月每天参加泰丰市场人才招聘会,并在小榄周边城镇进展现场招聘、派发张贴招聘信息(例会横栏、古镇、坦背等),普工招聘到位到岗及时率达99%。(3)工作考核年底11月开场出现大量产线员工离任现象,为鼓励先进员工,进步员工工作积极性,吸引应聘人员,我部拟定并发布了《产线考核管理方法》,组织一线员工进展现场培训、宣贯,现场解答员工各种疑问,在人员选举、评分等环节做到公平、公正、公开。11月******生6名产线标兵,发放消费奖金共计1200元(12月产线标兵纳入到20××年度评优中,不再另行产生)。根据公司开展进度及开展情况,标准20××年各职能部门工作,提升部门工作效率,我部拟定了《经理级人员绩效考核方法》初稿(已提报总经理审核中)在考核方法中限定了各职能部门经理工作kpi工作要点及岗位职责。1.2行政后勤(1)食堂管理公司食堂正式运营前,公司职员中晚两餐均从外部食堂购置,餐标为5元/餐,公司按照元/人/餐进展补贴给员工,1-8月公司承当餐费补贴费用为元。外部食堂餐标过低导致饭菜质量很差,员工屡次投诉、反响饭菜质量问题,因为公司未建立食堂,这种问题及现象无法从根解决。公司食堂从20××年9月2日正式开餐营业,9-10月份公司餐标为元/餐,11月1日起,我部更换食堂承包商,将餐标降低至元/餐,公司承当局部由元/餐下调至4元/餐,11、12月餐补相对于9、10月份有明显减少,9-12月份,食堂成立后,公司餐费补贴总计元。20××年公司整个餐费补贴合计为元。我部在12月下旬,对食堂饭菜质量进展调查问卷,共
