adjustingscrewturnedinandthepowerreductionplateinstalledintheexhaust

manifoldtolimitthepoweravailablewhiletheylearn.Thelimiterscrewmaybe

graduallyturnedouttoincreasemaximumspeedasthebeginnerbecomesmore

familiarwithoperatingthemotorcycle.Parentsshoulddecidewhentoadjustthe

motorcycleformorepowerastheiryoungster'sridingskillsimprove.Oncetherid­

ercanoperatewithskillatthetopspeedpermittedbyadjustingthespeedlimiter

alone,thepowerreductionplatecanberemoved.Sinceremovalofthisplatewill

resultinasignificantincreaseinpower,turnthespeedlimiterbackinagain;adjust

itoutinstagesasyoudidbefore.
