建筑师负责制治理手册大纲OutlineoftheArchitectResponsibilitySystemManagementManual一、建筑师负责制ArchitectResponsibilitySystem“建筑师负责制”是以担当民用建筑工程工程设计主持人或设计总负责人的注册建筑师〔以下称为首席建筑师〕为核心的设计团队，依托所在的设计企业为实施主体，依据合同商定，对民用建筑工程全过程或局部阶段供给设计询问治理效劳，最终将符合建设单位要求的建筑产品和效劳供给应建设单位的一种工作模式。ArchitectResponsibilitySystemreferstotheworkmodeunder which the design team, with a registered architect(hereinafterreferredtoasthechiefarchitect)asitscore,providesdesignconsultingmanagementservicesforthewholeorpartoftheprocessofthecivilarchitecturalprojectandsubmittheOwnerconstructionproductsandserviceswhicharerequiredbytheOwnerasstipulatedinthecontract.Underthismodel,thechiefarchitectshallbethemainprojectmanagerortheoverallpersoninchargeandthesubjectofimplementationshallbethedesignagencyforwhichtheyworkfor.本工程首席建筑师负责制贯穿规划优化、方案设计、初步设计、施工图设计、招标选购、施工监管、竣工验收等项目全生命周期。ArchitectResponsibilitySystemwillrunthroughthewholeprocessofthisproject,includingphasesasplanningoptimization,schematicdesign,preliminarydesign,constructiondrawingsdesign, bidding procurement, construction supervision, andcompletionacceptance.TheChiefArchitect’sResponsibilities首席建筑师是本工程建筑师负责制的主体，担当建筑师负责制中的各项责任和义务，通过介入工程全生命周期的管理来保证建筑外观效果呈现、功能及造价把握目标的实现。首席建筑师负责主持方案、初步设计阶段的具体设计工作，并参与施工图阶段的设计成果审核和施工阶段涉及建筑观感、功能和造价方面的治理工作，具体工作内容详见《首席建筑师主要工作清单》及《首席建筑师工作内容明细表》。Thechiefarchitect,asthemainbody,shallassumealldutiesandresponsibilitiesasstipulatedinthesystem.Theyshallguaranteetherealizationofsuchthingsastheappearancesandfunctionsofthebuildingandcostcontrolbyinvolvingintheprojectmanagementlifecycle.Thechiefarchitectisresponsiblefortheschemedesignandconcretedesignintheconceptualphase.They shall participate in the design work review in theconstructiondrawingsdesignphaseandsupervisetheworkinvolvingtheappearancesandfunctionsofthebuildingandcostintheconstructionstage.MoredetailedinformationislistedintheListofChiefArchitect’sMaiashiefArchitectJobDescription.三、首席建筑师主要工作清单ListofChiefArchitect’sMainDutiesProjectInitiationDesignBiddingPlanningOptimization 1.
