教材分析本模块以“生日”为话题。Unit1的话题是邀请朋友参加自己的生日聚会，学会表达邀请并学习频度副词的使用。因此教师设置相关语境让学生练习并了解生日文化，借此培养和提高学生的乐于交友、乐于参加集体活动的良好情感态度。

学情分析与课前预测学生对本课题内容较为感兴趣。教师可以利用学生对过生日的热爱，创设语境，引出相关词汇和功能句型，提高他们学习英语的热情。前两个模块一般现在时的学习，为本模块的学习打下了基础。本课将继续学习一般现在时，简单了解几个表示频度的副词。由于我们的学生基础不是很好，在上课过程中教师尽量为学生搭建听和说的支架，引导学生掌握听力技巧，鼓励学生多说以达到交际的目的。
