TheKingdomofLesothoisoneoftheleastdevelopedcountries,islocatedinsouthernAfrica,isalandlockedcountry.Theamountoffoodcannotbeguaranteedduetothedroughtcausedfoodshortagesbroughtaboutaseverefamine.Foodsecurityhasbecomeanimportantissue..However,inAfrica,therearemanycountrieslikemyowncountry,people'shungerbecomesanimportantfactorinfoodsafety.Onthisissue,myGovernmentbelievesthat:

First,allcountriesshouldattachgreatimportancetofoodsecurityinordertoachievethesetattheUnitedNationsMillenniumgoalofreducingpovertybyhalfby20xx.

Second,bothdevelopinganddevelopedcountriesthereisafoodsafetyproblem.Statesshouldenhancefoodsafetymanagementandsupervision,establishandimprovethefoodsafetysupervisionsystem.

Third,fortheleastdevelopedcountries,tosolvethefoodsafetyproblemshouldfirstensurefoodsupply,andimproveagriculturalproduction.

Inrecentyears,weyieldreductionandfoodcrisisinthecountry,identifyingappropriatepolicyobjectivestoincreasefoodandlivestockproductiontoensurefoodsecurity.
