公司规章制度英文版(共5篇)1.CompanyRegulationsandPoliciesArticle1:PurposeThepurposeoftheseregulationsandpoliciesistomaintainafairandharmoniousworkenvironment,establishahighstandardofethicalbehavior,ensurethesafetyofemployeesandthecompany'sassets,andpromotethecompany'ssuccess.Article2:CompliancewithLawsandRegulationsAllemployeesmustcomplywithallapplicablelawsandregulationsandconductthemselveswithintegrity,honestyandethicalbehavior.Article3:WorkplaceConductAllemployeesareexpectedtomaintainaprofessionaldemeanorandtreatcolleagues,customersandthirdpartieswithrespectandinaccordancewiththecompany'svalues.Article4:SafetyandSecurityAllemployeesareresponsibleforensuringtheirownsafetyandthesafetyofotherswhileoncompanyproperty.Employeesmustreportanyunsafeorpotentiallyhazardoussituationstotheirsupervisorimmediately.Article5:ConfidentialityAllemployeeshavearesponsibilitytoprotectthecompany'sconfidentialinformationandtouseitonlyforauthorizedbusinesspurposes.Article6:Anti-DiscriminationandHarassmentThecompanyiscommittedtoprovidingaworkplacefreefromdiscriminationandharassment.Allemployeesmustrespecttheircolleagues'differencesandmustnotengageinanybehavior,verbalorphysical,thatmaycreateorcontributetoahostileworkenvironment.Article7:ConflictofInterestAllemployeesmustactinthebestinterestofthecompanyanddiscloseanypotentialconflictofinteresttotheirsupervisor.Employeesmustnotengageinanyactivitythatmaycreateorappeartocreateaconflictofinterest.2.AttendanceandPunctualityPolicyArticle1:PurposeThepurposeofthispolicyistoensurethatemployeesmaintainregularandtimelyattendanceatwork.Article2:AttendanceAllemployeesareexpectedtoattendworkregularlyandtobeontime.Absencesmustbeauthorizedinadvancebythesupervisor.Article3:PunctualityAllemployeesareexpectedtobeattheirworkstations,readytowork,atthestartoftheirscheduledshift.Repeatedtardinessmayresultindisciplinaryaction.Article4:AbsencefromWorkIfanemployeeisunabletoattendworkduetoillnessoranemergency,theymustnotifytheirsupervisorassoonaspossible.Forextendedabsences,amedicalcertificatemayberequired.Article5:DisciplinaryActionExcessiveabsenteeismortardinessmayresultindisciplinaryaction,uptoandincludingterminationofemployment.3.InternetandEmailPolicyArticle1:PurposeThepurposeofthispolicyistoprovideguidelinesfortheappropriateuseofthecompany'sInternetandemailsystems.Article2:AcceptableUseThecompany'sInternetandemailsystemsmayonlybeusedforlegitimatebusinesspurposes.Employeesmustnotusethesystemsforpersonalgainortotransmitanymaterialthatisunlawful,unethical,orthatmaydamagethecompany'sreputation.Article3:SecurityEmployeesmusttakereasonablestepstoensurethesecurityofthecompany'sInternetandemailsystems,includingusingstrongpasswords,notsharinglogincredentials,andnotaccessingunauthorizedwebsitesorattachments.Article4:MonitoringThecompanyreservestherighttomonitortheuseoftheInternetandemailsystemstoensurecompliancewiththispolicyandapplicablelawsandregulations.Article5:DisciplinaryActionViolationofthispolicymayresultindisciplinaryaction,uptoandincludingterminationofemployment.4.WorkplaceViolencePreventionPolicyArticle1:PurposeThepurposeofthispolicyistopreventworkplaceviolenceandtocreateasafeworkenvironment.Article2:ProhibitedConductAnyformofviolenceorthreateningbehaviorisstrictlyprohibited.Thisincludesphysicalviolence,verbalthreats,harassment,intimidation,andstalking.Article3:ReportingEmployeesareencouragedtoimmediatelyreportanyincidentsofthreateningorviolentbehaviortotheirsupervisorortheHumanResourcesDepartment.Article4:InvestigationAllreportsofthreateningorviolentbehaviorwillbeinvestigatedpromptlyandthoroughly.Article5:DisciplinaryActionAnyemployeefoundtohaveengagedinthreateningorviolentbehaviormaybesubjecttodisciplinaryaction,uptoandincludingterminationofemployment.5.ConfidentialityandNon-DisclosureAgreementArticle1:PurposeThepurposeofthisagreementistoprotectthecompany'sconfidentialinformationandtopreventitsdisclosuretounauthorizedparties.Article2:DefinitionofConfidentialInformationConfidentialinformationincludesallinformationrelatedtothecompany'sbusinessandoperations,includingbusinessplans,financialinformation,tradesecrets,customerlists,andemployeeinformation.Article3:Non-DisclosureObligationEmployeesareobligatedtomaintaintheconfidentialityofthecompany'sconfidentialinformationandtonotdiscloseittoanyunauthorizedpersonorentity.Article4:UseofConfidentialInformationEmployeesmayonlyuseconfidentialinformationforlegitimatebusinesspurposesandinaccordancewiththeirjobduties.Article5:ReturnofConfidenti
