教师的准备:(1)收集学生爱好的民间剪纸作品;(2)刻制、复制一些儿童题材的剪纸作品,(3)用油印方法刻印若干画稿或叫刻样,发给学生复制参考,(4)根据学生知识水平、接受能力,制订切实可行的教学计划。
学生的准备:(1)准备剪纸材料:复写纸,各种颜色娇艳的腊光纸、标语纸、铝铂纸、彩色卡纸和绘画工具等。(2)制作工具:用美工刀作刻刀,并磨锋利。用木板、层板、硬纸板等制作垫板。(3)协助老师收集民间剪纸资料。
范例是直观教学的一种有效手段,也是美术课必不可少的教学方法之一。通过以各种题材,不同形式,丰富多彩的剪纸作品为范例,引导小学生细心观测剪纸的特点,再直观的讲解剪纸的特点,形式以及方法和步骤,教师亲自示范,然后让学生依照教师讲解的方法和步骤去剪,剪刻完毕,再对照“范例〞进行检查。另外,范例的直观性亦可增加学生的理解力、记忆力和想象力,通过范例,引导学生多观测、多动脑、多动手,启发学生去想象,去创造。如:剪双喜宇,可以用多种方法去剪。一是把一张正方纸对折再对折,然后剪出字形在饱满,笔划端正的双喜字;二是把正方形纸对角折三至四次,按图案折剪的方法,剪出喜字纹样,开启是圆盘喜字等等,在学生把握了基本折剪方法之后,教师要启发学生去联想,在此基础上去创造。除此之外,还可把喜字变形,可方可圆,可长形等等,还可以在喜字两边添加纹样,如:在喜字两边添加梅花、喜鹊、荷花、鸳鸯、双凤和龙凤等等;再如:又可把喜字中方口变形,变成心形,即“o〞叫心心相印喜字。高年级同学可以在“喜〞上进行添花加叶,让字变样。同时,也可以运用多种色调卡纸来剪纸,剪完可以运用绘画工具进行添色;也可以把纸先染色再剪纸,剪出来的作品五彩缤纷。
剪纸不仅能反映民族特色,而且还能反映现实生活,抓住现实生活中最动人的、最能表现内容的形象,用夸诞、变形的手法和简练的线条,创造具有装饰性的艺术之花。剪纸的装饰性没有绘画那样可以细致人微地描绘事物,但是把剪出的花草和人物进行绘画加工,则剪纸变得五颜六色,栩栩如生。
在剪纸的教学中,光是单色剪纸,学生就会觉得乏味无趣,甚至厌恶剪纸。例如:在辅导小学生剪“祥和福临门〞的时候,哪部分应剪掉,哪部分应连接,剪纸时应注意的问题,以及设计图案中的布局、结构安排等等都要和学生交待明白。假使用红纸剪出作品,那这幅作品让人感觉单调,无味。这时教师勉励学生大胆的去想象,去创造,使学生在感兴趣的状况下进行设计加工,运用水粉颜料上色,剪出五颜六色纸的作品,使剪纸锦上添花,栩栩如生。
剪纸是造型艺术,要显示或增加其美就不得不借重于色调,何况剪纸又有衬、套、拼、染、填等制作方法,需用色调之处好多。在小学美术剪纸实践中,可以运用简单的方法让剪纸和色调相互渗透,即当学生完成剪纸作品后,教师和学生分别把作品粘贴在自己喜欢的“作品展览〞上。如在“作品展览〞上设计一件黑色毛衣上,贴上红、黄、蓝三种颜色的蝴蝶,或在“作品展览〞上设计一件白背心上,贴上一个红色的团花,奔马贴在背包上,窗花“福〞“喜〞字贴在美术教室窗户上,并让每个小组派一个代表陈述自己的创作意图:黑色的中式毛衣佩上红黄蓝三原色的蝴蝶,使色调更亮丽,为传统的民族服装增加了现代感,这类作品的装饰性强,赋予服装以活泼、灵动;贴在背包上的奔马,更能表达主人的特性;而蝶恋花图的创作意图是为一个小学美术剪纸创作宣传画,手拉手的儿童像蝴蝶一样翩翩起舞。

二是明确参赛人员。参赛对象就是各中学执教毕业班的教师,由校长带队参考,由学科教研员监考,教师严格遵守考试纪律,从而确保竞赛活动公允公正。三是明确奖励措施。教师竞赛成绩将在全县公布,优秀率为参赛人数的15%,给与表彰和奖励。

根据教育局“课内比教学〞学校教学大练兵活动的通知要求,我校在教师队伍中开展了以“教学基本功〞评比为主题的大练兵活动。这次活动的开展为教师们提供了一个展示自我的平台,激发了教师努力提高教学技能的积极性,促进了教师的自我学习,取得了良好的效果,现总结如下:
1、健全组织,加强领导,成立了校长为组长,业务校长为副组长,教研主任、教研组长为组员的教学大练兵领导小组。校长负总责,业务校长具体实施制订了详细的活动计划,确保工作顺利开展,成立了以教研组长分别为组长,备课组长为副组长,学科教师为组员的语文、数学、综合三个学科评比小组。由教研组长具体负责组织各组教师参与听评活动,并做好相关记载。
2、本次活动自20xx年9月中旬开始,至11月上旬终止,具体时间安排:9月上旬召开班子会,成立评比小组,制订活动计划;9月中旬召开全体教师会,安排布置大练兵活动工作;9月中旬开始,至11月上旬各组开展评比活动;11月中旬开展教学大练兵总结和表彰工作。

“三八〞妇女节是我国的一个重要节日,是专门为女性朋友举办的,这点充分表达了党对普天下女性的关心。为展示广大女教职工的综合素质和时代风采,能有效地提高女教职工的整体素质。
工会精心筹划设计了“三八〞妇女节活动,为了搞好这次活动,以“文明,务实,质朴,有意义〞为原则,在工会主席的带领下,组织了丰富多彩的活动,给庆祝活动增加了十分猛烈的气氛。
各校组织了茶话会、座谈会等活动。使广大女工陶冶了情操愉悦了身心,全面提高了自身素质,进一步加强了团结协作精神和彼此之间的友情。

为进一步提升我校的课堂教学质量,鼓舞教师采用多种方式增加对课堂教学的投入,积极推进教学方法与教学手段改革,提高我校教育教学质量,积极弘扬我校的优秀教学传统,本学期以骨干教师为先导的两轮公开教学活动圆满终止。本次教学活动是以做好课堂常规教学、促进教师专业成长、提高课堂教学质量为核心,给老师们提供了一个挑战自我、展示自我的舞台,提供了一个专业成长的绿色平台。
各位教师都特别珍惜每学期一次的校级公开课活动,把它作为自己练兵和展示的大好机遇,认真备课,认真准备,全部依照要求利用多媒体教学手段上课,并且对于多媒体教学手段的使用也达到了前所未有的效果。不仅熟练,而且运用恰到好处。可以说,每节课都有令大家感到新的地方,都有值得大家借鉴的优点。确确实实达到了我们通过教学活动实现互邦互学,共同提高的目的,都取得了很好的成绩。可以说,本学期的教学活动,从某个侧面浮现了我校教师的教学能力和教学水平有了更大的更快的提高,展示了我校教师朝气蓬勃、积极向上、锐意进取的良好精神风貌。
本次活动每位教师的授课,都各具特色,突出了各自学科的教学特点,教学流程合理,教学重点突出,课堂气氛比较活跃,表现了我校教研活动的亮点:
1、领导重视,群策群力,全程服务
本次教学从校长到副校长都十分重视,并且得到了后勤李主任的协助和支持。组织的每一个细节,学校的各位校级领导都很关心。李校长亲自为大家录象和拍照,制作教学实录光盘。在学校资金相当紧张的前提下,徐校长尽可能地奖励每一位参与活动的教师,足见学校领导十分重视、大力支持指导处认真组织实施,从课堂教学的筹备到评课总结,学校领导自始自终全程参与,教研组年级组全方位予以帮助,评委们认真听课评课。正是由于领导的高度重视和全体老师的积极协同,从而确保了这次教学竞赛获得圆满成功。
2、态度端正,准备充分,展示风采
在活动中,我们看到教师态度端正,十分重视,准备充分。通过锻炼,个人的综合素质得到了促进和提高,也让老教师们受到触动和启发。在活动中,教研组老师团结协作,共同钻研教材,摸索教法,分析学情,资源共享,合作意识强,展示的成绩好。教师认真准备教学方案、教学课件,充分表达了教师的.求学、钻研、上进的精神和互助合作的精神,展示了良好素质风采。如语文组张艳红老师在听取组内老师的看法基础上反复修改自己的教案和课件,张中民老师在课件制作不是十分熟练的状况下利用幻灯积极参与本次活动。教师的求知摸索的精神正在形成,可以说,每一堂课都是老师们心血和汗水的结晶,都是教研组集体聪慧的结晶,都是精彩的展示。
3、打造精品,展示特色,堂堂精彩。
