摘要

在以人为本的现代社会中,城市轨道交通的服务水平需要不断地提高。对乘客安全、车站环境、节能等方面的要求也在相应的不断提高。屏蔽门系统正是由于城市轨道交通的这些需要而产生的。屏蔽门系统是设置在城市轨道交通车站站台边缘的一种安全装置。它将列车与车站站台候车区域隔离开来,在列车到达和出发时可自动开启和关闭,为乘客营造了一个安全、舒适的候车环境。本文从屏蔽门系统的基本定义和结构开始,首先在文章的第一部分对屏蔽门系统进行了介绍,包括屏蔽门系统的定义、类型及结构。接下来,文章在其次部分介绍了屏蔽门系统的特点。通过一系列概念和分类的介绍,使读者对屏蔽门系统有了一定的认识。从文章的第三部分开始,我们重点陈述了屏蔽门系统在城市轨道交通中的应用。文章的第三部分主要对屏蔽门系统以后的应用前景进行了展望和分析。最终,我们还通过分析,对屏蔽门在城市轨道交通中的应用提出了几点建议。

一屏蔽门系统概述

1.1屏蔽门系统定义

屏蔽门系统是应用在城市轨道交通中设置于车站站台边缘的一种安全装置。它将列车与车站站台候车区域隔离开来,在列车到达和出发时可自动开启和关闭,为乘客营造了一个安全、舒适的候车环境。1.2屏蔽门系统的类型

屏蔽门可以大致分为以下两种类型:1.2.1全封闭式屏蔽门

它是一道自上而下的玻璃隔离墙和活动门,沿着车站站台边缘和两端头设置,能把站台候车区与列车进站停靠区完全隔离。这种屏蔽门系统的主要功能是增加安全性、俭约能耗以及降低噪音等。1.2.2半封闭式屏蔽门

它是一道上不封顶的玻璃隔离墙和活动门或不锈钢篱笆门。与全封闭式相比,安装位置基本一致,但结构简单,高度低,空气可以通过屏蔽门上部流通,造价也低。它主要是起一种隔离的作用,提高站台候车乘客的安全,同时它也还能起到一定的降噪作用。1.3屏蔽门系统的门体结构

门体结构由支撑结构、门槛、顶箱、滑动门、固定门、应急门和端门组成。(1)支撑结构

支撑结构包括底部支承部件、门梁、立柱、顶部自动伸缩装置等部分。支撑结构能够承受屏蔽门的垂直载荷、隧道通风系统产生的风压、列车运行活塞风形成的正负方向水平载荷、乘客挤压力和地震、震动等载荷。底部支承部件分为上

下两部分,底部下部构件表面通过绝缘镀层处理,采用绝缘安装,使屏蔽门与建筑结构绝缘。底部上下部分采用椭圆形孔连接,实现前后方向的调整;与底部预埋槽钢协同,实现纵向调整。顶部自动伸缩装置与立柱连接,实现高度方向士30mm的调整,通过顶部方形垫板上的弧形孔和预埋件的纵向导槽实现前后左右的位置调整。(2)门槛

门槛包括固定门门槛和活动门门槛。固定门门槛承受固定门的垂直载荷,活动门门槛承受乘客载荷。门槛采用不锈钢材料,表面设有防滑齿形槽,提高门槛的耐磨性和防滑性。门槛结构中有滑动导槽,与滑动门协同,导槽底部有直通孔,导槽内的杂物和灰尘可以下落。(3)顶箱

顶箱由站台侧不锈钢固定板铰接、不锈钢盖板和后盖板等组成。顶箱内设有门驱动系统、锁紧和解锁装置、门控单元、配电端子箱、导轨及顶梁等部件.顶箱可以承受各种水平载荷。顶箱前盖板上设有门锁,盖板周边有可压缩橡胶密封条,当盖板关闭紧锁时,形成完整的密封箱体,有效地降低噪声。(4)滑动门

滑动门(SD)由门玻璃、门框、门吊挂连接板、导靴、门榜相交密封条、手动解锁装置等组成。正常运行时,滑动门是乘客上下车的通道,也是车站隧道内发生火灾或故障时,列车到站后乘客的疏散通道。滑动门上部的吊挂连接板与门机的吊挂板连接,下部装有导靴,两扇滑动门靠近中心处装有橡胶密
