unlesseveryonesucceeds.Groupgoalsandtasks,therefore,
mustbedesignedandcommunicatedtostudentsinwaysthat
makethembelievethattheyshouldsinkorswim5together.
Whenpositiveinterdependenceissolidlystructured,ithigh-lights6thateachgroupmember
seffortsarerequiredandindis-
pensable7forgroupsuccessandeachgroupmemberhasau-
